Room was lovely and location great

Had email confirmation that I could check in at 4pm. Got there late at 5.30 and they said they had staffing shortages and it would be another 30 or so minutes until it was ready. I understand staffing issues, but a simple text or email would have meant I did not turn up to the accommodation until it was ready. Instead of being able to refresh after my journey I had to carry on to the hospital to visit a relative during visiting hours. Free car parking behind the property is not really true. Very few spaces and you have to pay to use the car park opposite. A token would be better

How close it was to family. The sofa bed was the size of a king size bed.55 inch tv in living area and a smaller one in the bedroom.Well equipped kitchen area.Plenty of shops around and a petrol station across the road.The Crowne Plaza Hotel where you pick the keys up from is walking distance on the same road.

The apartment was a bit of a challenge at first to get in as i was told the wrong block of apartments and then the key was tight to get in the lock,but after a few tries it loosened up.The apartment is looking a bit dated and the sofa bed sheet was a bit dirty.The heating system is dated and to me not functioning properly.You can hear the traffic outside if you are a light sleeper.

It's easy but a walk away, great on a sunny day not so much on a cold and rainy day! The reception staff were polite and helpful and provided detailed directions.

Whilst it is only a short walk from the Crowne Plaza to the apartment it's not good if it's raining. I have stayed on three occasions and the first time I asked the Taxi to wait, the check in process took quite a long time and cost an additional £4 in waiting time with the Taxi. Since then I have walked but got very wet the last time. Perhaps a self check in facility directly at the apartment is worth considering?

Loved the apartment but the TV didn’t work

TV didn’t work Didn’t receive my £100 security deposit back. Told it would be refunded 5-7 days, it’s now been 9 days, will I be receiving the £100 soon?

Easy check in. Parking at rear. Comfortable and spacious. Massive comfy bed in the main bedroom. Sofa bed is a proper double and very comfortable. Great storage. 5 of us stayed first night and 3 for a second night and it was very comfortable even when at capacity. My daughter lives in Kingston Uni halls nearby, so the location was perfect for us. Easy to get into central London and Kingston but also a nice area with good pubs and places to eat within walking distance.

Could do with a bit more in the kitchen, such as utensils for cooking, bread knife etc. Shower room is a bit small and shower could be better, but it’s new/clean and well designed for its size. Apartment is kept very clean but did feel a bit stuffy on arrival, like it needed airing. Not really anything that negative or that would stop me booking again.

I thought the rooms were lovely and clean, bathroom was spotless and there was everything we needed already in the apartment. Nice tea and coffee and biscuits. Sofa bed was very comfortable as well. All very good and would definitely recommend and use again.

It was my fault as I didn’t read the instructions properly!..so I didn’t realise we had to walk to the other sister apartment/ hotel to collect the key but it was only 2 mins along the road. Not a big issue. Left the keys on the apartment table when we checked out.

Key collection was nice and straightforward, just a little walk from the apartments, the best plan is to park at the rear of the apartments and then walk to the Crown Plaza Reception to collect keys as parking at the Crowne Plaza is tight. There us is also a Londis shop at the garage over the road that sells most essentials required if you forget something (like cooking oil or butter). Also a great little pub (City Arms) that was very welcoming and did great Sunday lunch too.

There was a broken towel rail in the bathroom which made hanging wet towels a little difficult. There was also only 1 TV remote for the entire apartment (luckily both the same make) which meant having to share with anyone using the main TV in the lounge.

perfect for a small family - really happy with the setup up and location. bed was super comfy. will definitely be back! a few things to be improved on but super pleased with the place and will recommend to family/friends for sure.

floors were very dirty. my feet were black with dirt as soon as I stepped out the shower. we asked a cleaner to clean it again as we’d only been there for one day but she only mopped/didn’t vacuum so it didn’t get much better which was a shame. toaster also smokes/sets off fire alarm as soon as you put bread in. couldn’t see anything stuck - toast hadn’t even started to get brown so not sure why it was smoking! no frying pan. could do with basics like laundry powder/cling film, etc. microwave needs to be on a shelf. room doesn’t look like advertised photos (but still very nice).

The assistance on whatsapp and the front desk at the Crown Plaza Hotel was exceptional.

Please ask the cleaners to vacuum and clean underneath the bed. I eventually found the 1 tv remote under the bed on the last day and found a very nasty surprise that a previous customer left under the bed :(

It was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. We had two little kids with us and they loved it. It was very clean and great communication ahead of arrival which put us at ease. The beds were really comfy. We will definitely stay again and recommend to others

The bathroom sink didn't have any hot water only in the shower and kitchen.
