We really liked our stay at Warwick Lodge. It is a cosy place, close to transportation means and several restaurants, grocery stores and I think there's a pub nearby, too. Our accommodation was in a small room with a double bed with a small private bathroom, kettle, etc. Several streaming services were available free of charge in the room, which we were happy with. Also a big plus was that the room was cleaned every day, clean towels were provided on a daily basis. It is perfect for a few days stay.

The room was simple but had everything we needed. The bathroom looked extremely clean, nice and modern. We missed the time for breakfast but on checking out the host was very kind and offered to open the breakfast room for us. He was ready to make us tea or coffee but we were in a hurry, so we picked up few things and left. Very kind man. Location was perfect for us.

I did not like the smell of the duvet/quilt. I could smell cigarettes in the corridor.

Owners were friendly and helpful. Good value for money as breakfast included. Room clean , bedding changed after 1st night. Room basic but had everything that we needed.

Our Twin Room was top of a narrow staircase,difficult to cope with cases, and the heat rose into the room and we only had a small window and noisy portable fan, so very hot in the current heatwave.

The stay was very good, booked a room that said had shared bathroom but got a small ‘en suite’ which was very welcomed. Room was clean, bed comfy, room small but really OK for one night.

Had a message after checking out to say I’d broken the toilet seat and needed to pay for it! I have NEVER broken a toilet seat and have stayed in hundreds of hotels etc. I did notice the seat in the morning only but not needing it just thought’ oh dear that needs to be sorted’. Forgot to mention it when checking out as in a hurry to get to a meeting. I called the hotel later and the lady there said that I must have broken it as the cleaner didn’t report it before, however she did say not to worry. BUT I do worry as DON’T like being accused of somethingI didn’t do! All in all, as long as they don’t send me a bill for the toilet seat, will definitely stay there again when I’m working in the area.

I have stayed at this Guest House a couple of times previously. Meets all my expectations for my needs. The hosts are lovely people and very helpful. The guest house is clean and tidy, and offer a lovely breakfast in the morning. Free off street parking is a must when I book a stay. My room was perfect, comfy bed + pillows, clean towels as required. I will be back in the area later in the year and will stay here again.

When I visit Surbiton for which I do 3/4 times per year I always book the Warwick. The owners are lovely, I request a certain room because I like it, the location is brilliant for my needs. As and when I have a breakfast it is always good, freshly cooked. The Warwick is clean with the bonus of parking right outside.....

We stayed at Warwick Lodge when my daughter attended an open day at Kingston Uni. The location was ideal, with the bonus of a parking space outside. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the shower was nice and hot. The person who greeted us when we arrived (not sure if she was the owner) was very friendly. My husband and daughter had a cooked breakfast which they said was lovely. It was very good value for money and I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

I always stay at the Warwick when I come to Surbition. The guest house is nice and clean, the owners are always helpful, easy to park and get around. Breakfast is good and ample to start the day. I try to book the same room as I like to be in familiar surroundings. The location is perfect for me to see friends and family.

Good Fried Breakfast. Plenty of Cereals, Yougherts, Fruit and Coffee. Within the Surrounding Area Surbiton, Plenty of Takeaways, Supermarkets, Restraunts and Pubs, All within Reasonable Walking Distance. An Easy Location, to Get to Twickenham for, in My case, The Army v Navy Rugby. Straight Through Bus Route 281, about an hour. . The Hosts were Most Helpful, would Definitely Recommend and Stay Again. Only a 20-30 Min Walk into Main Town Surbiton. Easy Access to M25. All in All, Lovely Stay. 9 out of 10.

London Prices, for a Pint £7.00 and Pub Food, expensive. To Be Expected. Not So Much, Didn't Like, a Couple of Areas Need a Little TLC, and Maintenance. Nothing Major

Very clean rooms. Staff very friendly. Good cooked breakfast, The room we had was towards the back of the property and very quiet considering the location is on a busy road.

Parking can be a problem as it is very limited but staff happy to help Shuffle everyone around
