The receptionist greeted us with a smile and was very kind to us. God bless her. Very warm, smiling, she always makes sure that everything goes well during your stay. We stayed for 7 days and are delighted with our experience with my boyfriend. It is quite decent and the price is justified. The bus station is a few minutes from the hotel. You will find an off license and a few restaurants on the main road. The internet connection is fast. What you see in the description is what you will expect upon arrival. Thank you for everything !

I had a wonderful stay at Warwick Lodge. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the cozy atmosphere and the attention to detail throughout the hotel. The location is excellent, quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to local shops and transport links, which made getting around very easy. Breakfast was freshly prepared and delicious, with plenty of choice to start the day off right. Overall, Warwick Lodge offers great value for money, exceptional service, and a homely feel that makes you want to return. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Met on arrival - friendly reception. Location was perfect as we only had to walk a short distance to the evening party we were attending at the Royal British Legion round the corner. Breakfast was a good selection of cereals and cooked breakfast to follow was filling. Bus stop to Kingston and Surbiton just outside regular services.

Room clean and well appointed but there was a slight smell of a previous occupant having smoked in the room - We did mention this on departure and received an apology.

We really liked our stay at Warwick Lodge. It is a cosy place, close to transportation means and several restaurants, grocery stores and I think there's a pub nearby, too. Our accommodation was in a small room with a double bed with a small private bathroom, kettle, etc. Several streaming services were available free of charge in the room, which we were happy with. Also a big plus was that the room was cleaned every day, clean towels were provided on a daily basis. It is perfect for a few days stay.

The room was simple but had everything we needed. The bathroom looked extremely clean, nice and modern. We missed the time for breakfast but on checking out the host was very kind and offered to open the breakfast room for us. He was ready to make us tea or coffee but we were in a hurry, so we picked up few things and left. Very kind man. Location was perfect for us.

I did not like the smell of the duvet/quilt. I could smell cigarettes in the corridor.

Very charming and friendly couple running the hotel who did everything they could to make my stay pleasant. The hotel and rooms are very clean, comfortable bed and very quiet room - couldn't hear any traffic noise at all despite being on the road side of the hotel. The cooked breakfast was delicious :-)

The water pressure in the shower was a bit feeble, but still worked OK.

Owners were friendly and helpful. Good value for money as breakfast included. Room clean , bedding changed after 1st night. Room basic but had everything that we needed.

Our Twin Room was top of a narrow staircase,difficult to cope with cases, and the heat rose into the room and we only had a small window and noisy portable fan, so very hot in the current heatwave.

When I visit Surbiton for which I do 3/4 times per year I always book the Warwick. The owners are lovely, I request a certain room because I like it, the location is brilliant for my needs. As and when I have a breakfast it is always good, freshly cooked. The Warwick is clean with the bonus of parking right outside.....

I have stayed at this Guest House a couple of times previously. Meets all my expectations for my needs. The hosts are lovely people and very helpful. The guest house is clean and tidy, and offer a lovely breakfast in the morning. Free off street parking is a must when I book a stay. My room was perfect, comfy bed + pillows, clean towels as required. I will be back in the area later in the year and will stay here again.

The stay was very good, booked a room that said had shared bathroom but got a small ‘en suite’ which was very welcomed. Room was clean, bed comfy, room small but really OK for one night.

Had a message after checking out to say I’d broken the toilet seat and needed to pay for it! I have NEVER broken a toilet seat and have stayed in hundreds of hotels etc. I did notice the seat in the morning only but not needing it just thought’ oh dear that needs to be sorted’. Forgot to mention it when checking out as in a hurry to get to a meeting. I called the hotel later and the lady there said that I must have broken it as the cleaner didn’t report it before, however she did say not to worry. BUT I do worry as DON’T like being accused of somethingI didn’t do! All in all, as long as they don’t send me a bill for the toilet seat, will definitely stay there again when I’m working in the area.
