Great hotel, I found it to be really good value for money. Good location, 15 minute walk from the station and shopping area, it was clean and had all the essentials including towel, shower gel, well stocked with tissue and had a little kettle. The breakfast was good and very friendly, courteous staff.

I did notice a slight smell in the bathroom, maybe some air freshener would resolve this. The neighbours were very noisy - but of course this is not an issue with the hotel.

Perfect position near the center of Croydon, free and big parking lot unlike of many others accommodations in the area, nice and big rooms, tasty breakfast for free and everything for solid price. Nothing to complain from my side.

Well, we didn't had any breakfast but there was provision of making your own tea or coffee in the room which was very good for us.

The staff are commendable.

The bed bugs in the room. Apart from the bugs it was a nice warm comfortable room especially on a wet cold windy day. I would stay again once the bed bugs have been eradicated

Shower facilities can make better

on my last night there were some creatures that were looking / trying vehicles in the area ( happens all over the country especially London so no detriment to the hotel) The gentlemen working on the desk actually went out to confront them at risk to himself He then came to my door to confirm I had locked up etc He said he was there all night with camera on van and he would let me know if any more issues. These guys care!! I have been broke into many times over the years in London and this was a refreshing touch, these guys care, would deffo stay here again

Breakfast OK for the price. Room clean but mattress on bed very uncomfortable. Needs a mattress topper. Staff friendly and helpful in the main. With this hotel, you get what you pay for!
