Old Station Gardens is a lovely little gem tucked behind the railway station. Our room was clean and very comfortable, a comfy bed, tea and coffee making facilities. Continental breakfast was fresh fruit and yoghurt and beautiful home made bread. Our host shared great knowledge of the area regarding places to eat and travel into the city. A fantastic location for our visit to Hampton Court Palace.

Alex made us very welcome and she prepared a good breakfast with her home made bread too. The location was ideal as we were visiting Hampton court. There is on street parking and Alex kindly provided a parking permit for the duration of our stay. Alex communicated everything very well and I would definitely recommend her as a very good host.

It was close to the train station and because I am a light sleeper I did not have a good night's sleep. However, my partner slept well. The rating would have been higher if my sleep had been better.

The breakfast was great. Really enjoyed the fresh fruit salad and Alex's lovely home-made bread! There was granola, yoghurt and fruit juice too - just what we needed to fuel our sightseeing each morning.

There was nothing we didn't like. The location was excellent too - less than 5 minutes' walk from Teddington railway station. Great train service - very handy for visiting Central London as well as areas further afield.

We loved our stay here and hope to come again. The location (close to Heathrow, Hampton Court, Kew Gardens) was 2 min.walk to the train station. We loved the quaint village and our privacy. Our host was friendly, interesting, engaging, generous, and helpful. Breakfast was outstanding. We hope to return and explore more of greater London.

Beautiful clean home close to transport. Alex was a lovely, welcoming and helpful host. Breakfast was delicious especially the fresh fruit and fresh bread every single day. Good pub close by and nice restaurants in Teddington.

The stairs were quite steep but that said, Alex helped us with our bags up to the attic room.

The room and home was very clean and comfortable , large bedroom and also big shower/bathroom. Location was perfect for us, we were happy to stay outside of the main London central areas. Close to Teddington town centre, rail station, pubs and restaurants. Simple but decent breakfast with fresh baked bread. Host,Alex was lovely and very helpfull.

Rather steep stairway to room. The bedroom was large enough but no real storage area for bags or to hang clothes. You have to enter hosts main house for access to room.

Alex was really pro-active in giving us directions and details of how to get in if she wasn't at home. This extended to giving us bus routes to get round the train drivers strike, recommendations of nice places to eat and where to shop for shorts during the heatwave. Outstanding customer service, added to a lovely, clean, comfortable room and a fabby continental breakfast with the best homemade sourdough bread I've ever tasted. As it's only a few stops from Twickenham, we'll definitely be back for Scotand :England Rugby games. ❤️

Having to go home!

Very nice cosy and clean accommodation with care and attention to detail given by the host. She took time to contact me before the trip to explain parking and access instructions and baked really delicious gluten free bread as part of a very nice breakfast, including fresh fruit, orange, coffee and various spreads, jam, honey. The accommodation is 2 floors up with own shower room. It is next to the railway line but noise was very minimal and the setting charming.

Parking and access not completely straightforward, a simple map showing where to park and how to access the property, with key codes provided all in one place, on booking confirmation would would be really helpful for orientation.

The room is clean and bright and spatious. The breakfast especially home made bread is good and the amount is sufficient for me. Nice to know English style home, if you are tired of a hotel room.

If you do not like going up and down the stairs, you may need to discuss before booking. I have no problem for this, however.

Alex is a wonderful host, and the attic room is lovely. The freshly baked bread for breakfast is a must! Proximity to transport is phenomenal for getting around. The local pub is really good and there are numerous really good eateries on Teddington high street. All in all, highly recommended.
