Family room was comfortable, the ensuite was very clean and the walk-in shower was clean, powerful and water was lovely and hot. Decided to have breakfast on the day. Came into the restaurant within 15 mins before breakfast finished and was still able to get a full breakfast. Was kept informed of the time restraint so we were not disappointed. The staff at reception, bar and restaurant were very friendly and efficient.

The pull out sofa had an issue. The head area of the bed was about 10cm below the rest of the bed. This was rectiffied by using an extra pillow. Bedroom was close to bins outside. Not an issue until 6.20am when the bins were filled and moved. Also some diy was being done bellow us before 8.00am, and on a Sunday! This was our 3rd stay at the hotel and the bins prove to be an issue on each occasion, not a one off. This could be easily rectified.

Peaceful and leafy location very near to Richmond deer park. The grounds and building were lovely and the staff were incredibly attentive, friendly and helpful. They allowed us to check in early which meant our daughter could nap when she needed it. Great to have a pool and gym on site. The room was decent, though a little on the small side, and the bathroom looked newly renovated and was very nice. Breakfast was lovely!

The room was a little on the small side and could do with a bit of modernising (ideally whilst retaining/bringing out any old features). The gym was great but could benefit from some free weights as it only has machines.

Staff very nice. Room was a good size as expected. Carparking excellent.

The swimming pool was closed (apparently it only opens every other week for health and safety reasons). This was not made known at the time of booking, we only found out when we arrived at the hotel, via signage! The restaurant was partially closed off for refurb. A very limited bar food menu was offered (not a la carte as we expected). Would not have booked this £400 a night hotel had we'd have known this. We booked a dinner reservation a couple of days in advance of our arrival; and still no mention from the hotel that the restaurant menu was limited to just bar food. Very disappointing communication.

Location was perfect for us as we had a funeral to attend close by. Loved the ease of parking on site, smooth reception and quality and comfort of our room. We had a very fine view of the attractive garden and beyond into the city of London. It was beautifully quiet and we could open the bedroom window easily. We loved the history of this Victorian hotel and the fact that the owners are clearly investing in its upkeep. Breakfast at £15 was very good value indeed with perfectly cooked ( for us) scrambled eggs. Service was efficient and pleasant throughout. The hotel is located in the most exclusive part of Kingston upon Thames.

Nothing really. Our room was slightly in need of upgrading eg some wallpaper was peeling and the floor felt lumpy in places under the carpet.

Beautiful grounds, impressive interior, old but new in all the right ways, friendly and welcoming staff, easy access to busses (short walk).

Prices for drinks weren't matching the prices on their menu, some drinks are very overpriced, food was ok but we expected more from our dinner for the price we paid aswell as the breakfast. Bathroom floor infront of the toilet hadn't been cleaned which let to unwanted stains that made us feel uncomfortable walking around or sitting on the toilet.The Self playing Piano is to loud, great idea but very overwhelming especially when you having dinner.

lovely room spacious, well appointed all round,, separate bath and shower. nice comfy big bed and a fan which was most welcome as the outside temperature was around 28C. good tea and coffee making facilities plus water, cider cheese and shortbread all complimentary continental breakfast was lovely great coffee, the pub attached to the hotel was great whilst still being partially renovated,, pierce the manager was really good to talk to,, stunning outside terrace. Amanda on Reception was so welcoming all staff brilliant

parking is a bit of a pain

We loved the welcome, the location and the grounds. The beds were comfy and the food from the bar and restaurant was tasty. The best thing about the hotel was the staff. They all went above and beyond for us and were very polite and accommodating. We felt welcome. The pool was brilliant and the gym. The views are lovely and the grounds are peaceful, well kept and relaxed. We loved it. And we would highly recommend afternoon tea. We will come back!

Overall we loved it all. If we were to be picky the carpet in the room could do with a deep clean and some of the walls/furniture felt a little dated/well loved. The pool tiles and changing rooms also felt like they needed an update. But this is 0.1 out of a 9.9 scoring as we thoroughly loved the stay.

The staff were very helpful. It had a beautiful garden setting with fountain it was in a lovely neighbourhood. We only had dinner once and the food and service was very good. There was ample disabled ♿ parking.

The garden shut at 2130 which was a shame as it was a lovely warm evening and would have bought another bottle of wine. The hotel was a little tired looking in some areas. It was a bit expensive but as it was Wimbledon week it was to be expected . It was also a little further from the town centre than we thought The room for disabled was a bit small

Warren House Hotel was perfect. Check in was swift and easy. We arrived early and it wasn’t a problem at all and brought us a lovely pot of tea as we waited. It was our wedding anniversary and they made the bed up with rose petals and turned the towels into swans. They also left a cheesecake out for us with happy anniversary written in chocolate on the plate. How thoughtful and lovely is that? The breakfast was vast and expansive and absolutely delicious. Room was spacious, bathroom was clean and modern and all facilities were top notch. Loads of channels on the TV and a big comfy bed. The building is historic and posh and the grounds are beautiful too. A really lovely stay and thank you to the lovely staff for making it extra special for us
