The location was outstanding with excellent transport links. It is in the heart of Chiswick right next to a tube station and good bus routes so overall I found it to be great value for money. The room was small but the bed was comfortable with clean bedding and the bathroom was clean with plenty of hot water.

The kettle in my room was filthy inside and it contained fluid that looked suspiciously like urine! Unfortunately I could not find a member of staff to raise this with when I discovered it in the morning and wanted to make a cup of tea. This was disappointing and put a cloud over an otherwise positive experience.

Cheap, near tube- so easy access to the rest of London, but of course it makes for disturbed nights for light sleepers( OH slept through both nights). comfortable bed small double room but adequate for a couple of nights. Bathroom could do with a bit of a deeper clean as mould spots starting to appear in tilr grout and on shower doorson the base- ( room 2). Curtains could do with being a bit bigger and thicker to block the light out more.

Better than i expected! Room was great, clean and warm, with kettle, TV, en-suite. No lifts but ok for me. Location was AMAZING! Literally next door to Tube entrance. Right opposite cute park and surrounded by gorgeous cafes, restaurants and shops. On street parking across the road, up to 4 hours paid parking. Room was a great price too

I am a heavy sleeper but the trains did wake me a couple of times but next time i'll bring ear plugs!

Very comfortable bed, tea and coffee facilities provided. The hotel is in the heart of Chiswick and very close to the underground station, accessible to the city and all amenities.

The shower was very small, and the window wouldn't open when I closed it once. Could have been a bit cleaner as I saw some ants and mildew.

The hotel is located right next to Turnham Green Station, where within 30-40 min travel in tube you can cover most of London attractions.

The room we stayed was very small, although it had a private bathroom.

Property was very easy to find and central to where I needed to be. Situated right next to the tube Turnham Green stop was the main reason why I booked where I did. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. I traveled for an audition so being local was great!

The only thing I didn’t like was how small the room was however it served its purpose & I can’t complain.

The room was much bigger than what you’d normally get for the price, all the toiletries and facilities worked well, my room was clean and it was right next to Turnham Green station.

The staff were good but weren’t around in the morning when I needed to drop off my key. Late in the evening some of the guests were being quite loud outside and it would have been nice if a staff member had reminded them that others were trying to sleep.

Exceptional value for money in a great and very convenient location. There was some train noise but it didn't bother us and the tube doesn't run overnight so no problem. I had a senior moment(!) getting the door key to work but the guy on reception was very patient and showed me how. Good supply of tea/coffee sachets etc which was much appreciated. No food available but there are so many restaurants/cafes in the area that this is no issue at all. Would definitely use the hotel again for a convenient and cheap stay in London.

The room was very clean, including the bedding BUT there were two lumps of chewing gum on one of the bed heads which was rather unpleasant! I removed it with a tissue but the cleaner really should have spotted it. Also the door only opened halfway and then smacked into the table with the kettle on as the room was a bit crowded with 3 beds in - it was really a 2 bed room but for the price who's worried?! Oh and the description says a hairdryer is supplied but there wasn't one. I could have asked at reception and maybe would have been supplied with one but I managed without and again for the price, really no big deal.

This is a low-cost hotel, so don't go in expecting the Berkeley. But for the money you pay, it is good enough. I was in the hotel's additional building though, which is down the other end of the high street and away from the train station - I can understand why some guests might not like to be in the main building beside the train station. Ask for the second building if you want a quieter room (or just put some ear plugs in, like I do). Otherwise, it was warm, comfortable, clean and in a good location behind the lovely High Road House.

The bed was quite creaky and there was no kettle.

Location, clean, bed comfortable, had everything I needed. Host was very accommodating with all my requests. Stored my luggage for me after I checked out at no extra charge.

Was a bit dusty along curtain rail. Curtains were hanging askew - so initial look was not as welcoming as it could have been, which was a shame as everything else was great.
