Shepherds Bush House was great, we stayed here 3 nights, it is in a calm street and safe area near Kensington. Markets are really close, we traveled by the bus as the bus station is very near, tube was far away. We had everything there: towels, hairdryer, microwave, small fridge, working wifi and wild cat outside :D small bathroom but ok for the price, could be cleaner. Bed was interesting, soft, but we slept well, sheets were clean and heating on in October.

tube is far away, the wash-basin could be cleaner, we received incorrect info in the Cromwell Hotel about door number but otherwise it was good stay.

I was able to call my host on the phone, and they were waiting for me at the house, in front of the door. The room is in a house upstairs, and on St Elmo's road. The road itself is near enough on a busy bus route, and near enough to see interesting shops for food (ethnic, plus a tesco's), and the neighbourhood was attractive. The room itself was fine. It's tidy, the bed firm enough to sleep on. There's a fridge, microwave and a shower with hot water. It isn't the Dorchester, but it was fine for a place where you could lay your head for a night and sleep comfortably.

There was a window (not my room window, but one where you walked up the stairs) that was open all night outside on the threshold. I wish there was a mechanism to lock the window, but honestly, the lock on my room door was stout enough, so I slept well enough.

Booked the apartment after reservations elsewhere fell through. It was very easy to book the apartment and collect the keys. The host provided information as to whom to contact should there be an issue. The apartment itself was very comfortable for a short stay. The location was perfect and provided accessibility to the whole city. I did cook basic meals at the apartment and everything worked as intended. The bathroom/shower was simple, however, everything functioned as it should. All in all it was great and I feel it was an amazing value.

Like others have said the apartment was lacking in some kitchen items that would make cooking and staying for longer times more viable, however, this was a very minor point. The good outweighs the bad for sure.

Great location, Tesco, bars, Westfield center, approx 25 minutes walk to subway. Thats true that the room needs some deep cleaning (mold, damp on the walls) but still for this price I cant complain! We had the first room on left - bed was really comfortable, working washing machine, hairdryer, stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and some dishes. As we spend there only nights the room was really good!

Yes, there was a mouse but weve seen it for like 10 seconds. in that type of buildings especially on the ground floor theres nothing suprising about that.

The bed was comfortable, we slept really well, the room was spacious, was quiet, easy access to travel on transport, we asked for some extra pillows got them straight away, other places we've had to wait for the following day,

There was no fan, the shower head was broken, not fixed to the wall or held up, the wardrobe wasn't fixed properly so didn't hang anything in it other than that we were really happy with it, one of our better accommodation stays in london

If you look in the facilties in the shower room and beneath the toilet bowl it was dirty the floor was clean but had some hrt stickers. The place was well manageable .it was good the parking 🥰 💞. They need to improve on the cleanliness kicthennette cupboards as well. Communication was great, if u need anything they always bring it for their guest. Thanx for the hospitality Sammy xx

you know what, loads of reviews on here saying it’s so bad and dirty even cold ! NOT on my stay !! it was clean, warm, tidy, spacious, hot water, quiet !! it was absolutely perfect for the money I paid ! the microwave didn’t heat up food but Jesus their is a cooker I really do think people want to pay and get the world for their money ! well I paid for 3 nights here and don’t regret a single penny if it !! your not going to get a palace you will get a place to chill in the evenings and a nice warm comfy clean bed to rest in ! will I say here again !? Dam right I will any time and the the money even more so :)

We booked very early, so the price was very good. It is a small studio, they have a kettle, coffee, tea, sugar, a refrigerator, and soap. We did not need to buy those outside. The location is great, just a few min walk to the bus station to get to the underground. Great value for money in London. Check-in was easy, we called the host to check in a bit early and it all worked out. There is also wifi.

The heater was not working. I hope it is fixed now.

After reading some of the reviews I was a bit worried but I needn't have been. Host made contact by msg on day of arrival which was reassuring. There are 3 rooms / studios in the building and we were in #3. We knew it was a cheap place to stay but the room was functional and exactly what we paid for. There were cosmetic issues (paint work, tired funiture) but they didn't bother us as we just needed somewhere as a base. Good WiFi, TV. Shower nice and hot. Also cooking facilities, fridge and a qashing machine although we didn't use these as we were mostly out. Bed comfortable and bedding nice and soft amd clean. We would stay again.

Could do with a bit of a spruce up decor wise but really this wasn't an issue for us.

great management and communication. homely apartment with all facilities included. upgraded me to a better room for free because mine was overbooked. Area was quite and safe

couch was a bit dirty but otherwise everything else was great.
