Very comfortable, clean and warm. Great location, just a short walk to Hammersmith station, close to lots of tourist sights. Had a couple of issues after the first night but the staff were very helpful and sorted everything for us.

Having arrived during the defined check-in period, it was easy to connect with location staff in the main office just down the street. The location is well-maintained, and its services and setup suited my needs well. The well-supplied kitchenette and a comfortable new bed made all the difference for a very cozy stay.

I always travel with earplugs, and these were indeed necessary due to limited soundproofing on doors and windows. Be prepared to hear guests' conversations (and TVs) as you walk down the hall, and vice versa.

The check-in went really well, it is a 1min walk (109 Hammersmith Grove) The person was so lovely at the réception thanks to her 🥹🥰 The apartment is a few minutes from the Eventim Apollo, tube station, shops, markets, restaurants….Really great The room was perfect, very clean, very tidy, the kitchen was so cute, the bed super comfortable omg!!! The bathroom was super clean with towel, toilet paper, shower gel, conditioner, everything was included! The room was really really nice, the heating was adjustable! I loved my stay I will definitely come back! Thank you Room2💖

The property was Charming & very clean & had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. shower was brilliant & the bed was comfy. The property is right at the heart of Hammersmith yet just away enough to be free from all the bustle & noise. The location is very convenient & we will certainly book there again when we visit London.

Absolutely nothing to be negative about the property itself. My only gripe is I sent messages from which I heard nothing back. We only got any correspondence about getting into the property etc early afternoon on the day of our stay. We were naturally quite anxious on our journey to the property.

I’ve stayed at this property twice before and had wonderful experiences each time, which is why I was happy to book again. Unfortunately, during my most recent stay, I left a pair of boots behind in the room. I contacted the property almost immediately to report the issue and asked if they could hold the item for me, as I was planning to return soon and I booked another stay. Despite sending multiple messages and emails over several days, I did not receive any response. Ultimately, I felt compelled to cancel my upcoming reservation due to this lack of communication. I hope the property can improve their responsiveness in the future, as this would greatly enhance the guest experience.

The location was perfect for us as it was very close to where our son lives. The room we stayed in was very clean and had all the items we needed for a short stay. The laundry facilities are also very handy too. Our room looked out to the back yard and each morning we were entertained by a pair of mischievous squirrels. The fact that the room had two fans was most greatly appreciated for my menopausal wife!

There really wasn’t anything not to like. It is fit for purpose and it served its purpose most satisfactorily.

The atmosphere of the place, the fact that water was free to take and the calmness of the room. It was all just great. It quickly made us feel at home. However, it can be extremely suffocating and hot in summer even with the tower fan. Nonetheless, we got a nice view from our window.

I had completely forgotten that i had to go to another place nearby to get my keycodes when checking in and was not completely clear on how to check out as well. So, the check in and check out was not so straightforward.

Unbeatable location in the heart of Hammersmith. We arrived at Heathrow, and it was an easy 30-min tube ride on the Picadilly line. Modern facilities including digital locks, it meant we didn't have to worry about losing a card, or de-magnetising.

We knew it was a small room, and not surprising. For future guests, if you are considering the little studio, beware the bed is small (my partner is 6' and his feet were hanging off the bed). The bed was also against a wall, so one of us had to climb over the other to get out.

The room was very quiet, well isolated from other rooms and street noise (and it was on a quiet street). The mattress was very comfortable and the bedding and towels were high quality, adding to the experience. Although I didn't use it, the kitchen was nicely equipped with good quality equipment and very clean. Wifi speed is excellent, over 250 Mbps speed test results.
