We had a flawless time at Orlando Hotel, together with the self check in, the room was just about the right size, of course we are only there to sleep, shower etc, so not expecting it to be huge, but it was more than adequate, the shower had good pressure & was hot enough, it was also good that we could actually open the big sash window, its always nice to have fresh air (as some places don't allow this or have very restricted openings!!), The location was perfect for us, it was quiet, not too far from either Shepherds Bush or Hammersmith tube stations, also within walking distance to Notting Hill, Would definitely stay here again & would recommend to my friends & family, no complaints at all, we can't comment on the TV, nor the wifi, as we never used either of them!!

It was convenient, comfortable and clean. I have no idea why everyone was bad mouthing the place. After booking Orlando hotel I looked at the google reviews and got scared really fast, some were saying they saw bed bugs, I did not see anything such. The room and beds were clean enough and neat. Nothing of a trouble. I don't know is it because I had so low expectations or the place is really good but either way we didn't come across any problems. The staff were helpful if you come across with them early enough.

The walls between rooms are a little thin therefor it might cause some uncomfortable situations, we didn't hear anything bad or weird but its thin enough to warn

The room and bed sheets were clean. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet. The room had cups, toiletries and enough towels for everyone. We also had a free upgrade to our room. The location was good, within walking distance to the tube station. When booking the hotel, the price was very competitive and after staying, I can confirm, that it was good value for money for 4 people.

The common facilities could have been tidier and the entrance hall to the hotel had a smell. The rooms have general wear and tear. These things were not really a problem, considering the low price of the rooms.

- Walkable location from Hammersmith station or Shepherd's Bush underground station. - The room is recently renovated in wihte-grey-black tone which is classic and modern in the same time. - The room is spacious enough for 2 big luggages. - Equipped with a fridge, microwave and stove. So that's very convenience for us. - The room is on the front side of the house and may have some noises from the front road but not a big disturb for us. - You can leave your luggage at the property before check-in. But you just leave it in their basement without staff overseeing it all time. Nothing happens to my stuffs. - walkable to a big Tesco and Westfield London

- No carpet near the room door to wipe the dirt from our shoes. It would be good for your house cleaning team as well. - The wooden floor is so cold. I prefer classic carpet but we can still wear socks in the room. - The check-in process sent to e-mail but not in Booking.com message. Need to check in my spam box.

The room was spacious and clean. We felt the room was newly renovated the beds were new and comfortable. Bus stop and train stations are few minutes away from the property. Although we didn't see any staff, they are always available on line for any question.

This is more of an improvement rather something we didn't really like.. The team needs to improve on providing the correct instructions on the passwords. We appreciate that there is always someone from their end to answer questions even though it is late at night. But all in all, we had a really good stay.

It's excellent for the price, but don't expect luxury when you're not paying for it. It's not far from Hammersmith tube station, and strikes a balance between paying a premium price to stay somewhere more central. It was fine as somewhere to sleep overnight, very clean and had a powerful hot shower, which I liked. The staff are world class and very friendly. They kept in touch with me up to check-in time and made sure I had all of the information I needed.

It's was quite basic, and could have scored even more highly with a touch if TLC here and there, but that wouldn't put me off going back.

An amazing room for the low price, in a decently convenient area with a big Tesco right around the corner and the Olympia centre only 10 minutes away which is where we went for our convention. Beds are comfy, the shower has a nice high water pressure and the space itself is very roomy. Staff were always on hand to help and replies were quick. The self check in system is simple yet extremely secure, we slept well knowing we were safe and no one would be getting in. Will be staying again for the convention next year!

Very nitpicky but the toilet handle came loose, not a big deal as it was at the end of our stay :) next to a main road so it's rather noisy with the ambulances going past but I'm simply not used to all the noise being from the countryside, not the hotels fault at all!

It exceeded all my needs

amazing location! perfect for people attending concerts and conventions in the area. on a really regular bus route. easy check in, just needed to enter codes to get in. didn’t hear neighbours or the noisy london town outside, very well soundproofed. very clean and amenities are provided too! ideal for 1-3 nights in my opinion.

the mattress was horrendous! “boney” is the perfect way to describe it - the moment you sat on it, you could feel the bedframe through the mattress. it was a bit better when lying down, but it was probably the worst mattress i’ve slept on.

This hotel went above and beyond with so many little touches. I arrived early while the staff were cleaning the rooms, and the staff allowed me to leave my luggage in the room, and even offered to carry it up for me. There were two, large water bottles in the room for hydration, little Biscoff cookies on the nightstand, and a hand-written note welcoming me to the room. I never got to utilize the TV, but the electric kettle worked perfectly, and there was even a fan in the room to plug in to blow air on me, as the room did not have air conditioning. They left me clear instructions on how to access the front door and the room itself.
