I found the room in good state. Same for the bed and pillows. I found a small bottle of water and a water boiler (which I did not use). The toilet worked. I found several small bottles of shampoo and body wash. Warm water worked. The price was fair. I met an employee and he was kind and professional.

The shower drain could use some work: the water would not get drained fast enough. I found that unusual, but I could still use the shower as needed. The water would be drained after some minutes. The door lock did not feel very secure: it takes a 4-digit pin code to open a door, without any card. I found it acceptable for a short stay, with no valuable items in the bags. I recommend a small instructions sticker to help opening/closing the window in the room.

Firstly, I am absolutely obsessed with Peacocks, so walking into the room with the peacock patterned feature wallpaper was a real treat :) Check-in was faultless- nce you know what to do Luckily, there was another guest in reception who let me in the main door and then told me to call the hotels number (which is on a sign pinned to the wall,) and from there I would request the codes for both main door and room door). This is usually sent 2 days before check-in (may land in the junk), but I have not received it yet. After a few minutes on the phone, I had my codes and sat on my bed with the TV on amd the kettle, boiling. The location is fabulous, and it is almost The same distance to Sheoherds Bush, e.g., Westfield shopping centre and White Cuty as it is to ù The Appollo and further on to Fulham. Goldhawk Road is famous for its fabric shops, so I highly recommend anyone interested in textiles, fashion, or any other craft to pop down and check out the window displays. Check out is at 11 am, which is great - with comfy beds, a peaceful sleep, and little to no disturbance of sounds from neighbouring rooms I really can't fault the SINO hotel at all.

The only thing I could say is that some of the rooms seem to have a smart TV and others don't. Thud is merely an onservation, it's really not that big of an issue. Ultimately,being able to sit in front of the TV and catch up on soaps, the news, or get lost in a good movie with my partner in this cosy hotel will always make me happy. I will be sure to return to that hotel whenever I am in the area.

Everything was great, room was fairly small but completely adequate, clean and had everything we needed like shower, hairdryer, fridge, fan, kettle etc. Thanks for water, very kind to include! Easy access into building, and we were top floor but stairs were comfortable and not too steep for us to walk up. Communication with company good, could call up anytime I needed. Not sure why reviews so low, such a prime location and completely fine budget hotel in London.

Toilet smelt really bad and couldn't stay in bathroom for long because of it

The self check-in was ideal, and you are able to check in up until 2am (to my knowledge - do check this before you arrive just I'm case it has changed - The lake chicken came in very handy for us. The facilities were great, shower powerful. Toiletries and refreshments provided such as water , biscuits , biscuits , tea , coffee and milk. This was the first stay of many at the Sino hotel

I was not provided with the details on how to check-in, so i spent about an hour outside trying to figure out how to check-in.

Great location was there for a Gig at shepherds bush Empire. Clean and comfortable at a great price. Had a hair dryer , Fan ( although that didn't work wasn't needed ) tea and coffee bits and kettle. A nice little welcome card. Good size clean room and bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Good location in relation to the underground and parking close by. Good sized rooms and good price (based on an advanced booking for 6 people). Check in was simple and straightforward, contactless and effortless! No keys involved, just a code.

Only some small things that weren’t a major concern: There was only 1 teaspoon in our room that was designed for 4 people, thankfully there were 4 cups. No sound insulation so we were woken by noisy neighbours at 4am.

I've stayed here a few times now it's always a nice relaxing stay in clean well equipped room with ensuite nice quiet peaceful Hotel with highly recommend and stay again also the prices always excellent for Central London

Good value for money. If you just want a place to sleep and aren't too fussed this is the place to stay.

Oyo was perfect for myself and two friends! We each got are own bed so that was definitely an add bonus! it is in an amazing location! Never once did we feel unsure about going out walking at night and great food choices just a short walk down the road! We got room 30 that had an over looking view of the street so cute!!

only thing I could say about this place is there is a fire hall and police station just down the road so you could hear sirens at night but honestly didn’t keep me up!!
