Communal areas and hotel room were spotlessly clean and recently decorated. Not a speck of dust in sight. Bed was really comfy. Staff were lovely.

We were at the top of the building and it was really hot. Room was stifling with no air conditioning.

Very clean rooms. All new furniture and kitchen, carpets and flooring. Everything you need, fan tv etc. great location.

We were on the top floor, up 3 flights of stairs with 2 small children

For the price, you couldn't ask for much else

The kitchen did not have anything to cook with. Had to request and was given a pan. Would be nice if it was adequately stocked.

Clean and had fresh towels and tea.

I had to walk down the road to grab a key and it was late at night. The staff were nice and helpful though.

It was mostly clean. Except for the bedroom floor and there were very off-putting stains on runner on the double bed.

The accommodation was in a different building than the one advertised. There may have been a 24 hour reception in the main hotel building but that was no use to us when a gang of revellers thundered into the property at 3:45am and the revelling continued for some time thereafter. Wardrobe had no clothes hangers.

Good location

The place i was staying at was actually some back alley about 50m from Saba location.Broken fan, which was replaced later when I asked. Floor was bit like a banana, which would indicate structural issues with building.

The room was very hot, no air con and no fan. Requested a fan and had no response No iron either Weirdly has oven, microwave and hobs so I went to the shop and bought some food to cook instead of take out, only to find no utensils, cooking equipment or plates/cutlery etc Ended up getting a take out and disposing of food.

Accessible and staff were good.

Doors banging in the middle of the night, bed linens with stains and bathroom sink blocked :(
