Good service once again. When bathroom was soaked from the shower, prompt mopping up happened on two occasions when staff notified

Maybe I should say: Male bed changer kept coming into the all ladies room, loudly speaking/striking up conversation and pushily wanting to change sheets between 9 and 10 am without knocking on the Friday morning. Asked him to stop, knock door, and return nr checkout time 10.30. Checkout is 11am, so privacy and permission to be in bed undisturbed is to be respected

A very successful visit here with lovely helpful staff, then a few days off to enjoy the buzzing bar atmosphere downstairs. Had a nice comfy bed in a quiet dorm on the upper floors - be mindful there's no lift. The hostel overall is good and clean though very occasionally gets behind (considering people are coming and going at all hours - this is Hammersmith, and on the metro line to Heathrow Airport). I enjoyed being here, I met people of all ages and backgrounds here, I was very comfortable. Quiet and loud, low and high end plus budget options for eating and shopping all on the doorstep plus great Underground and Bus links. Supermarkets and Lyric theatre nearby plus a short walk.or.metro.gop to Shepherds Bush Market, Westfield and (in the opposite direction) Barnes. I was on floor 3 where it's both quiet by night despite the buzz downstairs, plus there are something like 4 toilets and 2 x showers

No complaints or issues with everything taken into account - I just wish they could tweak their showers to be a *little* bit hotter, but that's just a personal preference (Yes showers were a little tepid)

Been here couple times and never fails to amaze me…the stuff in the hostel & atmosphere watevah the reason is that your visiting leisure work weekend away this hostel got you covered … great location surrounded by diverse restaurants & coffees shops .. st Christopher inn Hammersmith has it all ! Big shout out to ISA one of the team members from the reception team & bar for going above & beyond from the check in moment to recommendations.. & adapting to customers needs is notable! you all are amazing keep it up !

Too perfect not to like

Pleasant and comfortable, clean and welcoming, buzzing atmosphere downstairs at Belushi's bar but reasonably quiet upstairs. Staff are cheerful and pleasant and do all they can to make you comfortable and at ease, free earplugs to help block out the noise of Hammersmith traffic (one gets used to it pretty easily to be honest). I've stayed here several times and am a happy repeat customer. A choice of High and Low end eateries, pubs and stores in the neighbourhood plus the theatre and well connected for public transport too.

The shower was pretty lukewarm and a bit low powered, a personal pet peeve - though overall my high opinion of this facility and the excellent staff remains unchanged,

Another good visit, I'm a happy repeat customer to this pleasant and well located place with a great location and transport links plus a nice bar downstairs. Staff especially Malik were immensely kind and helpful with me. A good choice of stores and places to eat etc in the neighbourhood plus a short walk either Southbto Barnes or North to Shepherds Bush.

Don't want to knock a place that has been good to me every time I've come. It was the first time I've stayed in the 200-series rooms, and there did seem to be a lack of toilets (just 2, 1 flooded and 1 non functional(

what an amazing find. Everything from the location to the facilities is superb. Cannot put it any other way. Everything you need is right nearby from cafe's to transport. Breakfast is worth paying extra for. The rooms are comfortable with privacy curtains Showers & toilets are self contained within the room. Free tea is offered on the first floor along with microwavw & kettle. Water bottle refill also offered. So much there,bar/restaurant also attached 7 day limit per 3 months Also 5 locations across London

I needed to stay one night only. I did not use any other facilities so can't say anything about it. The location was perfect for me. It was easy to get there around a midnight and was on the fast route to my business destination. I had the lower bed in the dormitory room which was convenient for me especially I came about midnight so everyone was sleeping. The people in the room kept quiet in the morning respecting other people who was sleeping. The toilet, sink and shower were in the room. There were facility to make coffee, tea. I didn't use them because I didn't need it. There were curtains around the bed, socket and usb charge, small shelf next to the bed.

It was a little bit noisy from outside, but it was ok to sleep. It was a little bit too warm, no aircon. Again, no problem for me.

I would like to say guys, this place is amazing, first it is 20 mins from Victoria Train station and as you come out of Hammersmith train station it is opposite the station. The staff is very welcoming the lady that have received us on our arrival was very polite and helpful sorry didn't catch your name but thank you. The room is tidy clean for the price common guys, that's excellent . The shower is a great toilet clean and plenty of towels to use. The room comes with complimentary tea and coffee. The bed was comfy .Nice big TV as well. Coming to breakfast in the morning, we had a variety of open buffets .Billy was welcoming that he received us with a smile very helpful gentleman. I will definitely come back on my next trip to London. Keep up the good work From room 211

I love this hostel, the staff are so amazing , especially Ahlam and Nicole the manager , she is very lovely, both very helpful, they made my stay extremely confortable , I have been in many hostels , this is one of my favorite , very good location and service! Even with a rude customer (blonde lady) they still smiled and gave the best service to everyone! This is remarkable and I did not want it to go unnoticed !

Some of the other guest where very rude and toilet paper was poor

I had a very good corner bed, lower bunk as i requested And quiet people Good evening tv in dorm with earpods on phones for some of us. Nice to have such thoughtful people for a change

Two bathrooms we were out of order. Toilet blocked for part of evening in another with somebody else's poo One wet bathroom with a loose toilet seat for the entire hostel And one person playing TV with no earpods in common area.. Bane of my life, the people who can't be bothered to respect other people's peace Its a shame about these matters because it was a great dorm and the bathroom let it down They say they have a school group this week. Will they fix the bathrooms for them?
