Overall good value for money. The hotel is very well located (especially if you have a focus on west and central London) and the area feels (very) safe. Rooms are in different houses (located next to each other at the same street) giving it a bit of an apartment feel. Breakfast is included, and while it's no 'Hilton-style breakfast' buffet it's adequate and well organised. It's more akin to a breakfast you would have at home (coffee/ tea, toast, bread and some yoghurt), in other words: more than sufficient to get you going for the day. Staff is working hard and friendly. Rooms where cleaned each day.

Rooms are located in different houses, so our experience might differ from the other places. In all fairness the houses and rooms are not the most modern, but they are clean and adequate for their goal (having a good night sleep in London). They're not very large and I felt the bathroom could need a bit of an update (water of the shower drained slowly). Since you 'share' the house with other guests it also depends on others if there's a lot of noise (The rooms aren't super wel isolated) Luckily, we didn't had that problem, and I assume there's a way to complain if there would be. In short: If you are planning to spend a lot of time in your room then this hotel might not be the best choice, but why would you when you are in London ;)

I did not have breakfast as it was an extra charge. I had breakfast outside hotel

The television didn't work it, not tuned in. One staff member came to fix, but unable to do as it needed to be retuned. He promised to arrange to fix the following day, but this did not happen. Also the room did not have a chair to sit. The headboard had a unit, drawer to store bits attached to it, I believe to be in wrong location as could cause an injury when getting out of the bed. I slept at the bottom of the bed!

Good location with shops and restaurants nearby, as well as a bus stop in front and close to Hammersmith Station (though we mostly used the rental car). The room was just fine to us, it has all we needed: comfy beds, good working shower etc, a small fridge, watercooker, a table and a dining chair and small TV. Housekeeping is done daily and everything was well clean. Staff was kind and when we asked for some things they provided them (extra pillows, extra toilet paper, extra coffee sachets, extra keycard). We are well satisfied and would return there again if we go to London again.

Two minor things that aren’t the fault of the hotel itself, the first of which is temporary: 1) The outside of the building is being renovated, making it look messy at first sight, but once inside you’d never notice nor hear it, so no problem. 2) A thing typical for London: street parking is expensive (4.25 pound per hour from 9:00-18:00, free outside those hours and free on weekends too). Again, not the fault of the hotel, simply reality when visiting London, but good to factor in when making budget estimates and coming by car.

After my disaster the night before, I came to Hotel 65 and was pleasantly surprised about it being a 2 star hotel. I was greeted by a lovely lad at the reception, who immediately made me feel at ease. I could leave my luggage waiting there, as I still had to wait for check in. He told me some nice things to do in the area and told me I could check in between 3 p.m. and 11 p.m. When I came back later that evening I checked in, had to fill in a form and everything was done. I had to go 2 doors down, and up 1 and a half flight of stairs. When I reached my corridor, I was met with a pleasant, vanilla like smell hanging in the air. I reached my room and saw two 1 person beds, a small refrigerator and a TV. I had a bathroom with a toilet, a washing stand and a big enough shower stall. I was very happy about my room. Every morning they had breakfast from 07:30 - 09:30 a.m. with a good variety each day. I had a great time here and I would love to come back.

No complaints :)

Great location - close to my daughter’s uni accommodation and not far to central London. I felt secure and safe even though I was in one of the hotels many ‘other’ buildings ( a few doors down from the main hotel) A fridge in the room was absolutely lovely. A hand towel would have been nice but the small bath /shower towel doubled up as a hand and bath/shower towel. My room bins was emptied daily ( 3 night stay) and a clean bath/shower towel laid out - however I would have liked to have had the opportunity to opt for a dont need my room cleaned/unnecessary washing doing. One toilet roll is all you get - despite a new towel arriving on your bed daily so you need to consider this.

Noise from the people in the room next door was not great - luckily the first few nights of my stay I had considerate neighbours but the last night sadly wasn’t the same ( I was on the top floor). The shower literally hangs from the ceiling in the shower cubicle so if you don’t want to get your hair wet you need to squidge yourself in the far corner before you turn it on One pillow was a nightmare both for sleeping on and propping myself up to watch the small TV

the staff were friendly and the place was clean. our rooms were cleaned almost every day except for when we requested otherwise, with the sheets changed. the water pressure was good when showering and the bathroom was incredibly clean.

the location was very noisy, with emergency services going past every single night, throughout the night, with lights and sirens, although this had nothing to do with the hotel. the shower itself was still usable, although it was broken and hanging out of the holder in the ceiling. the sink was slightly disconnected and we could see the pipes, though again, it didn't cause any issues.

The room was clean and most of the stuff wasn't old. There was a mini fridge and a kettle with tea and instant coffee. The staff was really pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was really good - there was bread, cereal, yogurt, various jams, Nutella, sweet pastries,... We loved the access to public transportation - there was a bus stop in front of the hotel and five underground lines nearby with direct access to the Heathrow airport and the city centre. There is also a big shopping centre nearby and a Tesco very close to the hotel.

Some stuff was a bit old or malfunctional - the TV had bad signal and one of the window handles was broken. It was a bit cold, but it wasn't a problem for us. The hotel is on a busy road and there was some reconstruction going on, but it wasn't a problem for us.

The location is very good. The buses stop right outside the hotel. There are several restaurants in the area and also several grocery stores. There was a fridge in the room. The breakfast was ok. The staff were very good.

The room was ok. The bathroom was very small. If you have to sit on the toilet, the sink gets in the way. You had to sit at an angle to do what you were supposed to do there. The fridge made a lot of noise, which was a bit annoying. It also got very hot on the side, while at other times it was cold there. There was also some noise from the street outside even though the window was facing the backyard. I was glad I had earplugs to block out the sound.

I was thoroughly impressed with my stay at Hotel 65. The cleanliness was impeccable, with daily housekeeping ensuring a spotless environment. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The beds were comfortable, allowing for a restful night's sleep. The hotel's location is excellent, being approximately a 10-minute walk to the nearest tube stations and a mere 12-minute walk to Olympia London. The continental breakfast was sufficient, offering a good variety of products. Freshly toasted bread, coffee, tea, and juice were readily available with refill options. Considering the amenities and services provided, the value for money was outstanding.

This is not so much a complaint as a note for future visitors: the hotel is not newly renovated and does show signs of long-term use. However, this does not detract from the quality of the services offered, which remain excellent despite the age of the facilities.

I had read the reviews , some of the negative ones mentioned lack of cleanliness, stairs and noise. I knew it was on a main raid but we were at the back so no problem with noise. The stairway , room and bathroom were very clean .The room was cleaned and towels changed on second day. There were coffee and tea facilities and even a fridge and shower gel and soaps provided. We were only there for 2 nights and hardly in the room so was perfect for our needs. We booked week in advance so got a good price too.

Very little. There was a communal toilet next door which would have been useful to have known and used. More milk sachets in bedroom
