The location was great 5 minute walk to Hammersmith shopping centre with Primarks, TKMax, cafe Nero, starbucks you will find the Hammersmith tube with piccadilly line, district and circle line. Westfield shopping centre 10 minute walk, loads of cafes and shops. For parking we parked in Tesco car park a 5 minute walk to hotel (short cut too just ask someone will take a few minutes!) Room was clean as was bathroom was family room for 5 and cheap as chips! If you plan to be out need to just chill for bit&sleep choose this hotel. Under new management so maybe that's why we didn't experience negative issues like other reviews For breakfast we went to Hammersmith Premier inn which is on same road towards Hammersmith centre. For £11.50 adult breakfast and two children can have free breakfast. They have an English hot buffet so eggs, beans, veg sausages, hash browns, toast, cold buffet so pastries, yogurts, pancakes, juices, coffee, tea, fruits, cereals, can't go wrong for the price.

The cleaning lady done a good job but she was loud! Woke us up first morning was talking really loud outside room. Second morning she knocked and gave us fresh towels as we didn't require cleaning, final night start knocking at 10.30am. Not her fault hotel should supply do not disturb signs

I really liked the location as it was close to everything. Sheppards bush market and Wesfield shopping centre are only short walk so you can shop until you drop. From big brands to beautiful market items. Surrounded by many restaurants and shops. Hotel is very clean and comfortable. Great price! The location is perfect for every attraction in the city being only few stops away so the travelling doesn't cost you much either. There is fridge in the room so we could store our food for days of exploring. Staff always made sure we had everything we needed. We had clean towels daily with room cleaned and teas and coffees replenished. All you need for your stay in London. Parking is best in the nearby Wesfield or on the side streets. I parked at Westfield for 45hrs and paid £50. Not bad at all for London.

Friendly helpful staff, clean room, fresh towels/bins emptied each day and perfect location for a short (10 minute) walk into work at Olympia (along lovely streets - attractive Victorian terraces). Great value for London (especially as cancellation policy included). My single room had a double bed which was a bonus! Fairly soft but comfy mattress. Don't expect the Ritz and you won't be disappointed - fabulous for the money. I'd happily return.

Check in was a little tricky initially but resolved well. Others reviews mention traffic noise but it's obvious from the listing the hotel is on a busy main road and opening windows may not be a good idea so not something to criticise. I just took and used earplugs which also cut out noise from fire doors and other guests. Although hot weather, the room wasn't an uncomfortable temperature.

Lovely, clean & comfortable space! Bed was very soft & allowed for a pleasant night's sleep. TV worked great. Staff were very kind, patient, welcoming & helpful! A 5-10 walk from Hammersmith centre & tube. Bus stop directly outside.

The magnetic key card stopped working on one occasion, but was quickly & easily fixed down at reception. Can be a little noisy at certain hours, but isn't too bad from my experience.

The hotel is nicer than expected. Is well located and close to the metro, I also found a nice wetherspoons near the metro, the rooms were clean, with handy stuff as a small fridge, mirror outside the toilet, the room were silent and cozy. It was better than expected for good price and location. If returning to London I would stay there again.

The bedsheets or blanket could be better of pure cotton. Perhaps the thick blanket was synthetic and I sweated quite a lot.

The room was good for a short stay. Space was comfortable and clean. It was a little hot but we just popped open the window. Beds were big and comfy and was exactly what we needed after a long journey.

Very narrow stairs to navigate with our luggage but that's usual with most of the properties on that street. The noise from the neighboring room jolted us awake bright and early. And the showers were a little small but thankfully it was clean.

The location between the Hammersmith and Sheppard’s Bush tube stations is really convenient. A Tesco is very close and lots of lovely little restaurants nearby too . The room was small but comfortable and clean and a good value .

London was very hot at the time of the stay and the room stayed quite hot . These old buildings are not built for this kind of heat so I get it . I had the bed by the window and that was cooler at night .

The staff is very polite and the host is very nice. The room is fine and very comfortable. The location is good because it is near 2 stations (Hammersmith and Shepherds Bush). There are many bars, restaurants and mini markets nearby.

The hairdryer wasn’t hot enough so the hair didn’t dry right. There is no place to hang the towels so they would dry during the day.

We couldn't make the dates we booked, as our sailing from Ireland was cancelled, we thought we had lost our money, but we asked could we change our dates and they did no problem, it's a perfect hotel for a few nights and good location for us ,some nice bars and restaurants nearby, will be booking again ,as its reasonably priced

Very spacious room. Clean. All one needs. We went to London to watch rugby league CC final and do some shopping. Personnel was lovely and they let me stay extra hour when I needed to make some important phone calls after checkout.

It is a small hotel don't expect luxury but if you search for a budget yet very comfy hotel , this is the one
