The room was spacious with a two bed single and double bed. Electric kettle, coffee, tea leaves and sugar for refreshments. The room was clean and clean beddings. Kind and welcoming staff.

The only thing l didn't like is to be given a room at a sister hotel called pearl hotel instead of getting a room in the hotel booked in the beginning by the name sapphire Hotel. When l asked they said both hotels are one and the same thing. Which l think I should not be the case. Pearl hotels should appear as different on the online fir one choose between them. I felt like l was short changed. Otherwise the hotel was good not sure of the sapphire Hotel.

+Small room is well kept +Shower is great, i appreciate the good pressure showers, shampoo, soap and gel provided +Location is very convenient with many Tube stations, a convenient store and a supermarket all at walking distance +Quite good value for money

-Funky silicone smell even though I open windows for the whole 3 days -Main door is noisy, it closes in a loud bang if you're not careful. -Information given for check-in/out was not consistent. Some staff said 11.30 sharp and needed to take card to the sister hotel, others were told 12.30 and can leave card in the room... but not a big deal if you have flexibility.

Location was super, ther eare 3 Tube stations nearby, one of them, Hammersmith, goes straight to Heathrow. There are pubs, a shopping mall, a convenience store, a Tesco... all within walking distance. The room is a little small, but having stayed in various hotels in London, it's completely functional and quite good value.

The main door was a little noisy, the room was below ground level which isn't great but you don't even notice it once in the room. There are no "Do not disturb" or "clean room" labels, however I met the cleaning team and they're super nice and won't bother you at all. Also, you can still smell the silicon from the renovation.

The hotel has been recently renovated, so it looks good and clean and WAY better than the average cheap hotels in the same area. VERY convenient position, the bus stop is just a few steps away and there's three tube options at walking distance. No noise, no stress, comfortable beds and single rooms bigger than average. There is a little kitchen common space available. The bathroom was very clean. The people from the staff are VERY nice and willing to help at any time. And when I say "any time" I also mean late at night. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to lone travelers, families, commuters and people who just want to retreat to a quiet place (with everything at hand) after a busy day. The check in at the twin-hotel next door is not an issue.

The WiFi connection was off in the building section that included my room. The staff was aware, has hoped to get the thing sorted but couldn't do it on time. The staff offered me to switch to another room but I declined, as it wasn't a major deal. I have been in those hotels before, and the WiFi always worked, so it was just unluck this time around.

It's about what you expect in this price range. I read quite some bad reviews on Booking before staying here. But it was just fine, the staff was very nice, the bed was comfy, sheets clean, fridge working, the shower was nice, and yes there are some black spots on the edges of the shower floor but I really don't care about that and neither should you if you want to book these prices. The temperature & waterpressure was really good, so I was happy! The things I read about it being noisy are true, there are some sirens outside and I could hear the other guests quite well, slamming doors etc.. but for me this was not an issue. The staff was great, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel before check-in and after we checked-out! There is no breakfast but around the subwaystop (Shepherds Bush) there is a Lidl, McDonalds and more who also serve breakfast, so you'll be fine ;-) There also were a lot of power outlets, and the one by the desk even had USB sockets!

Nothing really, go with the right expectations & you're good to go ;-)

I've stayed here before and that time the room was compact but for what I needed, it fulfilled everything for that stay and had an excellent new bathroom. Staff were very helpful with checking in (communication beforehand and in person) and since I was leaving very early about what to do as staff wouldn't have been on site then (leave keycard in room). I was very surprised to find this room was notably larger but I expected the excellent new bathroom. The location is very close to Goldhawk Road Station on the Underground. You could also walk from Hammersmith up Shepherd's Bush Road but that would take longer. Generous amounts of tea and coffee supplied.

This is not a complaint at all as it wasn't an issue for me but if you can't climb stairs, make sure you notify the location well in advance as both times I've stayed there so far, I had to climb stairs to the third floor.

The prompt service. The location was useful with laundry, bus stop, and major metro and train station nearby.

The room needed ceiling paint, and shower pan drainage was failing. I was told I should had reported the drainage issue at the beginning of the stay, but I believe the rooms should be ready to go and not wait for a guest to report, also I really dislike disruptions during my stay. (I really hope they have dedicated shower pan plunges, because they told me they would have used a plunge).

Very tidy and clean. Guy at the reception is very kind and professional. Upgraded me to a bigger room due to someone extending their stay at the room I had been located in first, at no extra cost. Also recommended Greek food place across the street which had amazing fresh food and good customer service too! Location is perfect as I had a meeting in Notting Hill following morning (15mins in the bus)

This accommodation is usually my go to when I visit London, I have stayed here several times. Rooms are clean and modern, comfy beds with en suite, fridge, kettle, hairdryer, TV, free Wi-Fi. Staff always very pleasant and friendly and happy to help with anything. Location ideal, on the underground line so easy access to all the main attractions in London. The area is also nice with plenty to do- restaurants, bars, coffee shops, W12 shopping mall and Westfield, markets.

Unfortunately they no longer provide breakfast.
