-The location of the hotel was excellent, only a 3-minute walk from the tube. The room size was sufficient for three people. -The reception staff were very helpful and polite, especially when it came to our special requests. -Housekeeping came every day and provided fresh towels, which we really appreciated.

-Although the room was cleaned daily, detailed cleaning was lacking. We often noticed dust and hair on the floor, and the bed was not made neatly. The mattress protector and sheets were not properly fitted. -The pillows were very uncomfortable. There were two types: one too firm and high, and the other too flat. The duvet could also have been lighter. -One morning, we were disturbed twice by wake-up calls at 5:45 and 6:00 a.m., even though we never requested this service. We were told it was a system error, but it interrupted our sleep. -A mini fridge in the room would have been a nice addition. -For a triple room, there was only one luggage rack. We had to keep the other two suitcases on the floor.

Location perfect for tube station. Lobby had a lot of seating. Rooms good size. Beds very comfortable

As so close to tube station, I could hear and feel the trains beneath. Would need to request a room on a floor higher than level 1. Considering hotel just opened recently, shower tray already stained.

The hotel was very quiet considering next to a busy road and railway line. It was a peaceful nights stay. bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning available and was a good temperature in the room. Nice touch of fresh bottles of water each day. Breakfast selections of fruit and yoghurt and homemade granola were tasty . Overall very pleasant stay Very close to underground station Tesco express close by any quick needs and open late

The hot selection of food wasn't that great. Boiled eggs fine but the fried eggs were hard and the sausages were cold and poor quality. In the Bathroom the toilet roll holder was falling off the wall. Didn't like having to check in online and do self check in rather then desk

The room was ok I did not like using the wardrobe hanging area found it very difficult, there was a smell in the room when we entered and in the toilet, which came and went, I did not complain but one of my family did and they were moved to a higher floor. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well, although the first night was rather hot and I know my Son in another room asked for the heating to be turned down. The staff were very friendly and helpful particularly bar and dining room staff ,rushed off their feet still nothing was too much trouble, all in all good experience.

Heating was too hot first night, nasty smell in room and toilet which was noticeable when we first entered room, but which came and went. I did not like the wardrobe found it difficult to use and far too small.

A perfect hotel if you’re visiting an Arsenal match. The location is excellent, the rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly. Breakfast is recommended as well. Some reviews weren’t too positive about it, but I found it decent with plenty of choice.

I did notice what other reviewers mentioned: the rooms can get quite warm, and the air conditioning doesn’t help much. The first night I slept without it and woke up several times because of the heat. The second night was better with the airco on. This review was written in mid-September, so I imagine the heat could be worse in summer.

Fast check in without the need to queue or speak to staff simply by using the check in machines. Room was clean but standard. Staff knocked on daily to replace towels or to see if you needed the room cleaned. Front of house staff were very helpful and polite. Great location if you’re attending events at Finsbury park.

The room lacked storage for clothing so kinda lived out of the suitcase. The room had some pre existing damage. The shelf’s beside the bed had been removed so you had to put stuff on the floor. Hotel gym was no bigger than a janitors closet but there was a pure gym right next door to the hotel.

The hotel has a great mix of automated and in person services so you can do a lot for your self (self check in/out, coffee machines and self services at breakfast), but there is always a friendly member of staff there to help if you need it. Our room was great, clean and modern and with all the things you might need. The staff were brilliant! I hope I’m remembering their names!!) Alex (Alessandro?) and Rachel (I think) on the bar who were so welcoming and friendly! We ate in the restaurant one of our evenings when we were too tired to go out after a long day and the food was really good! Breakfast had a large selection of hot food (all the usual fry up foods), toast, cereal, pastries, fruit, yoghurt, cheeses, juice and coffee etc.

The only negatives I can find if I try really hard there could be a few more vegetarian/vegan options with the fry up like a veggie/vegan sausage or something but there is a great selection of other foods so it wasn’t a big deal and if you eat meat/dairy then you’ll have more options than you can eat!

hotel is super accessible from Finsbury Park tube station, we flew into Stansted & got there really quickly, made for a stress-free journey back home! the hotel is really modern & comfortable, the bar is very relaxing & chill & staff were all wonderful, helpful & professional. The room was spacious, bathroom good size, well appointed for sockets, full length mirror, light up make up mirror. It's really quiet despite it's location & q had an excellent night's sleep. We didn't eat there but the food looked really good, we will be returning for sure!

The room was very warm, no air con or means to cool the room down, the window didn't open. We couldn't even get under the duvet as that would have been way too warm! The iron didn't work &:bathroom seems to be suffering from some damp as there was a smell of damp from it. The hotel starts messaging you via booking.com in advance of your stay to check-in online however we'd paid extra to have an early check-in but this wasn't reflected via the online check-in which only lets you check-in from 3pm. We had to ring them & confirm that they'd received the payment from us for early check-in which they had however I was continuously messaged to do incorrect online check-in right up until the time we actually arrived & checked in at the hotel.

Location was ok for where we needed to be, easy to find. Really nice hotel. Breakfast was good and there was a good selection of dairy free milk which I needed.

The clothes steamer/iron didn't work in the room which was a bit inconvenient as I could have done with using that. The Air conditioning grate on the ceiling fell down twice in the night and scared us/woke us up so that needs fixing - it could also swing down and smack someone in the face if you were near it (room 624) - however, I did mention this on departure and the receptionist was very good and understanding about it, and although annoying it's fine we got over it but it needs rectifying for the next guests!

The location was great, the bed was super comfortable and the room was very quiet. All staff we interacted with were lovely too.

As others have mentioned, there was a smell of sewer in the room, which we only noticed just as we entered. It was a bit odd, as it wasn’t every time we entered the room, and we weren’t entirely sure it was coming from the bathroom, but not sure where else it would come from. Luckily it quickly disappeared (or we quickly got used to it..). But there is certainly something up with the plumbing.
