The property is easy to find, 7 minutes walking distance to underground tube. Easy to find halal food, like 4-5 shops sell halal food nearby. And near tesco, sainsbury & Aldi. The place is clean, we booked for 3 nights and everyday they clean our room and provide new clean towels, not sure why the previous customers always give negative comments 🤪 the host is very friendly, when i arrived, he already waited in front of the door of reception 😂 very helpful too

Location was great for the underground but also for local shops. We purchased some breakfast stuff from Sainsburys 50 yds away. Had bowls plates & cutlery with microwave kettle toaster and fridge. Tube was a 10 min walk. Room was quiet considering for London. 24 hour reception was nice and Staff were helpful.

Only niggle would be the state of the Air-con which both units had been bashed about and were unsightly. One had all the electronics on view. Had to get reception to turn them off because I wasn't confident to fiddle with them. Attention to the curtain could improve overall appearance (adding a working draw string to start with). But honestly these wouldn't stop me from rebooking

The staff were all very helpful, friendly and welcoming. The room was nice enough and bed was comfy. A good place to stay if all you need is a bed and shower and are out and about the rest of the time. It's cheap and cheerful so you get what you pay for really. Location is easy to get to as it's close to the tubes and there are plenty of shops and restaurants surrounding. Was my first time in London and if I come back I wouldn't mind staying here again :)

No major complaints to be honest. Just needs a bit of a refreshing. New carpet, coat of paint and furniture as there were obvious stains on both the carpets and walls. Some bulbs were out. Also some visible wiring from the heater and in the bathroom.

Excellent location, very friendly staff, great value for money.

The A/C needs some serious cleaning it looked awful and had layers of dirt. We didn’t use it at all.

The location , convenience , parking, access to buses and tubes. Comfortable and has kettle , fridge , toaster and microwave . 24 hour reception, helpful staff

This is 4th time I have stayed this year and each time , I ask for a chair in my room and they immediately bring a chair which is in poor condition. Also it needs a bedside light light as you can only turn all the others. I always ask about a chair and a bedside light but makes no difference. Never a chair the room 🥺

Really pleasant location behind a church, very close to the tube. It was quiet (during our 1 night stay) bed is large and comfortable. The bathroom was the best part of the room, very new, modern, clean. It seemed safe. I liked the mini kitchen facilities, basic but for the price I’d say this was good enough. Small attention to detail in a few places that I noted and was pleased about like tea.

The tv was very small. There were some eyesores on the wall in the room - looks like they had been damaged but still not painted over with paint, it didn’t look good.

The hotel was located near a tube station, which took us around 15 minutes to get to the centre. The staff was really friendly and polite. Also, the room was not too small, that bathroom was quite big as well. We also had fresh towels every day. The single bed was really comfortable! Think and nice mattress. All in all a very nice experience: Not too expensive, near centre, nice staff and very cute hotel!

The only thing that could've been better was the floor. It was quite sticky - I reckon from the dirt that's been there for over the years and is hard to clean now. Had to wash my socks twice in order to get them clean again, so definitely bring some slippers if you choose to stay here! Also, the double bed was a bit too soft (you really sank in) and the mattress was really thin.

The location was great, I normally stay in Central London but this felt much nicer. Reception was great he helped me with WiFi, hairdryer and food delivery. I have paid double the price in central London for a much worse place to stay. Bathroom and shower were lovely, bed was comfortable the room was smart, and clean. Also had ac and heating bothered worked great. full size fridge. Room clean. Fairly quiet for a hotel. Close to Salisbury and tesco Would stay again if in area

Had to ask for a hairdryer, which is understandable as I'm sure they go missing.

It's basically like a i would call it an apartment room. There's a kitchen, bathroom and your main room. Very big room. The ktichen has a mircrowave/grill thing and a refrigerator. I collected the keys from the main reception desk. Hotel is located off a street of the main high road there there are many many shops so the location is very nilce. I believe they do have on sight parking but i parked my motor bike on the public street because i wasn't too sure. House keep lady was really nice.

Arch Hotel is in great location, close to shops, takeaways and both underground and overground. Room was much bigger then hotel rooms are usually and it was great that had fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave and dishes. Staff is friendly and big thank you especially to housekeeper for tidying up our room and providing clean towels when we been out. I would definitely recommend Arch Hotel for stay in London.

Our daughter's bed had way too hard mattress. Also mattresses in general should be replaced or cleaned as it was quite disappointing to see what condition there are in. There is few small things which could be repaired as broken skirting board or broken tile in bathroom, but didn't affected our stay.
