After reading some of the reviews, I was initially cautious about what to expect. However, the property exceeded all my expectations. I arrived after 9 p.m., and check-in was seamless. My room was inviting and comfortable, especially the bed, and I was delighted with the kitchen facilities. It was truly perfect, and I’m already looking forward to returning!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – Feels Like Home! From the moment I booked, the customer service was outstanding. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in smooth and stress-free. The apartment is clean, well-furnished, and thoughtfully designed, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It truly feels like a home away from home, with all the essentials provided and nice little touches that make a big difference. I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout my stay, and the attention to detail really stood out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place that combines great hospitality with a cozy, homely feel.

The bathroom sink was too big and blocked the seat

We stayed for one night in the super family apartments. The room was great and the beds were so comfortable. There is a Tesco right across the street. The location is accessible by buses (1 minute walk). There are tube stations 10 minutes (Victoria line) or 15 minutes (Piccadily) walk. We liked the later check out time too (11 am). Jacqueline at the reception is so friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great stay!

There is no parking near the hotel and no smart TV. Also, since the apartment is for four people, it would have been nice to have enough seats for four people at the table. But apart from that, everything else was great!

The staff are so welcoming and obliging. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was very comfortable with a practical size, great natural lighting and all the facilities that we required. The location is ideal for public transportation. Appreciated having the washing machine and also the air conditioner given the temperatures on some days. The extra window panels on top of insulated glass negated any road noise from the busy road we overlooked.

Initially we were directed to a room which had no comparison to the photos which I had seen when I booked our room. It lacked natural light and was an oddly shaped room. After speaking with receptionist we were changed to another room which was as we expected and suited our needs. Staff were very helpful in this. It was important to us as we were staying for several nights.

Nice apartment, neat, clean and quite. The administrators were very kind and helpful. We could not check in on time as the road was blocked for several hours because of a gas leak. They helped us to carry the luggage for us as we could not get close to the hotel. Moreso, they were very kind to propose us a late check out although it was not their fault. Moreover, nearby there are a lot of shops including Tesco Express open 7am-11pm. Public transport nearby (Finsbury Park tube station is within 10 minutes walk). We highly recommend Jolene bakery, cafe and restaurant on Hornsey road.

We stayed on the first floor, room 7 and the service was exceptional! The staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I want to give a special shout out to Magno who helped us with taking our bags, and being super helpful and accommodating with our questions and requests! He is an absolute super star! A few things I really like about this particular stay: -we have a lovely big window, as the room is at the end of the hallway -whilst we didn't really use the fridge, the one provided is very nice and decently sized -the beds are soft and comfortable -we were provided with slippers, water and coffee at the start -the check in and out process is very easy and smooth. -we were given a key card for the entrance and to our room -the location is great! Very accessible to grocery stores and restaurants and close enough for us to travel by tube/bus to explore London -we are furnished with basically everything needed for our stay (TV, aircon, electric kettle, utensils, plates, towels, shampoo, toilet paper, iron, hangers, etc) and all the appliances work as intended -we can't find the washing detergent but the staff is very kind and helpful and provided us with some when asked -good value for money -the hotel feels safe and secure, and the room feels private -also again, the excellent staff and service

Everything was as we expected, the room was nice and clean, the receptionist welcomed as warmly and was ready to assist in any circumstance. The area was full of pubs and restaurants, supermarkets etc., attractions are about 30 minutes away by bus/underground. All in all, a very pleasent experience in every regard.

The bathroom was very cramped, so if you are very tall/large, you should check before booking. A nighstand/nightlight would have been nice. The room was definetly not soundproofed, we could hear steps/coughing etc (not an issue, but it is advertised as soundproofed).

Lovely clean apartment in a great location.

Reasonably sized appartment with good access (10 minute walk to underground & train and various buses 2-5 min away ) to most parts of London. Internet and AC worked well. Kitchen equipment is basic (we had to ask for more than two cups and glasses). Located at back of hotel, appartment was really quiet at night given Seven Sisters is a major four lane road. Staff were nice and helped out by printing info for a meeting.

Fluctuating water temperature during shower: hot -cold- hot in five minutes. TV stopped working properly on 2nd day and attempts to fix it failed, Reception is open 10 am-6pm;it would be nice to see it open 8am -8pm as WhatsApp does not replace humans.

Very good value, excellent staff. Room had small kitchen which was ideal for tea/coffe in the morning, and breakfast. We arrived in very wet weather and were able to dry our clothes on an airer supplied in the room, also the heated towel rail in the bathroom. Decorated to a high standard, and very good glazing kept out most of the traffic noise from the Seven Sisters road. When leaving the next day, told staff about slight problem with noisy people in next room, they apologised and said they would have had a word if I had sent them a message on whatsapp which I hadn't thought of. Even offered a discount for our next stay.

As above, apart from people talking until gone midnight in the room next door, the only other issue I had was that all the pillows were very big, and I prefer a flatter pillow. This seems to be a problem in a lot of places now and if I am travelling by car I take my own pillow, but we were trvelling by public transport this time. The sheets were washed in a father too highly perfumed detergent for our liking as well. The location wasn't the best, although we did not have any problems - a kind woman helped us to find they way, but I would suggest approaching from the Holloway Road tube stop rather than the Finsbury Park station as it felt safer and better lit.
