It's close to Arsenal stadium so it's excellent location for Arsenal fans. There are also a lot of nice pubs nearby and good variety of cuisine to choose from. Regarding hotel itself - nice spacious room with small bathroom. The service is very nice and you can easily reach city centre from here.

The washroom is very small. It's okay for 3 males however if someone needs to do makeup - it would be difficult there. There are mini soaps but there's no place to put them on.

This is a really lovely hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They dealt with any queries our group had. The breakfast was tasty. I liked that you got a cooked breakfast as well as continental type breakfast included with your stay. The room was very spacious. All in all it was a very good hotel and we really enjoyed our stay.

It was a really lovely place to stay and good value for money. If i had to pick any negatives it would be the bathroom was quite small, and the WiFi was abit slow, but it was busy the weekend we stayed so my guess was alot of people were using it, plus it was free so I cant really complain about that.

The staff were all very friendly and happy to help. The breakfast was good and exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and checked every day. tea/coffee on hand. ideal for my trip

It's just for the managers to stay in the rooms every now and then. The toilet seat and bathroom tap were loose (easy fix, but i shouldn't have had to do it!) It was hot in the room, even though I stayed in January and needed the window open. Rooms below were smoking out their windows, which meant it came straight into my room. It's not the hotel's fault, mind.

great location for Finsbury Park, Finsbury Park Station and public transport to get around London. we stayed here for an event at Alexandra Palace. Which we could get to easily. The staff were friendly and helpful. We felt self in the hotel due to policies in place such as showing i.d and having to be let in. I liked that you left the key at reception so that you wouldn't lose your key. We had a free upgrade to our room .the room was a good size , the bathroom was quite small but it had everything you needed in it and made a good use of the space. The windows all opened . the bed was comfortable and there was not too much outside noise. the breakfast was included in the price and was good. We all enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying here early in 2025

The location was incredible! It's quite close to several underground stations and bus stops so it was easy to get to other parts of London. Being across from Finsbury Park was lovely and the area felt safe (I was not out after dark). This was my first trip as a solo female traveler and I felt very safe. The breakfast was convenient and tasty! I highly recommend this hotel especially for solo travelers.

There is no AC so it did get a bit hot in my room. There was a fan in the closet so it was manageable (I visited in early May).

Great location and price, the rooms were clean and the fact that breakfast is included is a plus as it's usually a paid extra in most places. Staff were very friendly and the reception is manned 24hrs. It's a great budget hotel

The rooms, and bathrooms, are very small for a couple of adults sharing, but it is fine for one night. The walls are thin so take ear plugs, with it being central London on a main road that's a pretty standard to bring along. The water takes a few minutes to heat up in the shower but it does eventually get going, and our shower door didn't close properly, but didn't seem to leak, just made it feel even smaller. The carpets in the common areas, stairs and corridors is threadbare/dirty and needs replacing.

Breakfast was not self served, you could only order once for the English breakfast (sausage, egg, mushroom, tomato), so you couldn’t repeat the items. Bread and coffee/tea you can order more than once, but they gave us very little (for a table of 4 people), so we had to keep asking several times for more, and they were not around all the time to take order The hotel doesn’t have a lift, but there are only 3 floors, so if you mind stairs, it’s fine

This hotel was at a perfect location to catch the tube. It was a good value for London. The staff was very courteous. We appreciated the ability to store luggage both before and after our check in & out. The neighborhood had many restaurant and grocery choices.

The room was smaller than it seemed in the property photos. The carpets in the rooms were stained and worn out. We stayed for one night and witnessed two fights outside by the tube station, which was not the fault of the property but a little unsettling.

Location was spot on as really close to Finsbury Park tube station, room was small but clean as was the en-suite, 24 hours reception, the cooked breakfast was small in portion but tasty.

The room I had was on ground floor, the walls seemed to be so thin that I could hear all that was going on when folks were coming in & out of hotel, the bed mattress was quite thin also, not the best that’s for sure, the shower, although very clean took an age to heat up. The cooked breakfast could have been a little larger in portion size.

The lady who checked us in was lovely and managed to get us in early. Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice. Comfortable beds and lots of towels, good facilities in room. Very close to Finsbury Park tube station. 24/7 reception so felt very safe. Great check out time. Good value for money!
