Very clean and well fitted room. Everything you need for a short stay including private shower and kitchenette with fridge. A short walk to Finsbury Park tube and lots of shops and conveniences nearby.

It's a brand new hotel, I was the first to stay in the room I stayed in, so don't be put off by the below. It was a good place to stay and I would do it again. Wasn't sure how to get in at first. The hotel would benefit from some signage to say where the office is to check in but it's brand new and I'm sure that will follow. Couldn't find a hairdryer in the room which was listed in the description, so it would be good to provide that or remove it from the description. Clothes hangers would be useful so the wardrobe can be used fully. No batteries in the TV remote 😉 I'm sure all these things can be worked out.

Excelent location just 5 mins from Finsbury park station. Everything was brand new and worked perfectly. Check in was simple and Ali who checked me in was a real gentleman. I will definetly return if I am going to London again.

Just a few small things as its a new hotel I'm sure its just Teething issues. Only 1 towel provided so had to stand on wet floor after Shower. No bedside locker or lamp although there was space and sockets for one. Tea/coffee making facilities provided but no tea or coffee.

The property ia very close 3 minute walk from the station and directly opposite Finsbury park. It is quite clean, with all the mentioned facilities. The staff is quite friendly. The bathroom is a bit small, but that is a minor thing compared to everything else. Thumbs up!

The location of the hotel was opposite finsbury - park and right next to the underground and bus station for easy access to travel all over london. The beds are very comfortable, good amount of space in the family room, great sized little kitchen and great power shower! The street was also very quiet so no noise to disturb your sleep. They also had air conditioning in the room which was great as it was a little warm being right at the top . Brilliant faculties and great value for money. There is also a member of staff on duty for you to collect your key card from which I thought was great incase you had any entering issues, he was very polite and professional. The room was also exceptionally clean and they supplied a big bottle of water for your stay.

I have no complaints expect there was no tea/coffee in the room which would be beneficial for those of us that travel into London and arrive tired. :)

Most of all are excellent. Highly recommended.

The voice of the foot steps from upper floor was so loud especially at late night. I couldn't sleep well.

The room was fantastic we had everything we needed in it and the air-conditioning was a lifesaver in the heatwave. The staff upon check-in were fabulous and made sure we had everything we needed.

Check-out was a bit odd as there was no one in the office at the time and no notice that I saw of what to do if that was the case. I called up to let them know we were leaving and asked where to put the key cards which was fine but other people might not be able to do that so would be worth putting a notice up.

After reading some of the reviews on google/booking.com we was a little nervous for our stay however there was no need to be at all! This is one of the nicest properties we have stayed at in the UK! The staff was lovely and friendly, checked us in very quick and was on hand if we asked for anything such as fresh towels. The room had a lovely little kitchen area with everything you could need such as mugs, plates, cutlery. Yes the bathroom could be classed as “small” but it was absolutely fine, the shower was lovely with a large and small head and there was a little window in there to avoid steaming up. The bed was very comfy and in my opinion a normal double size, not sure why some reviews say it’s a small bed! We loved having the TV with YouTube/Disney on etc for chilling out in the evenings it was a fab touch we usually travel with the laptop or IPad. Location wise the hotel was in a great area, a 5 minute walk from Finsbury Park tube station, lots of shops in the area. Overall we had a fantastic stay, slept great and had everything we needed. We will absolutely be back here and I would probably consider this as my go to hotel for when staying in London now!

We stayed at this aparthotel for 3 nights during the wireless festival at Finsbury Park. The location was excellent for this purpose as we avoided the huge queues towards the tube stations. The property is essentially 3 houses converted into studio apartments. We stayed in the triple room. It was a ground floor room. You can tell that the hotel is new as it is very clean. We arrived at 1.30pm and rang the doorbell. The domestic staff allowed us to store our luggage but we had to come back at 2pm to check in as no one is at the check in desk before this time. The lady who helped us check in was super helpful. We needed extra duvets / an ironing board and she solved our issues very quickly. The area felt safe over wireless in particular as there are lots of people around and lots of security and police. The room itself had one double bed and one single bed. It has a fridge and an electric stove top. Shampoo and shower gel is provided. The air conditioning was so essential in the hot weather.

We were on the ground floor and had to keep the blinds down at all times as otherwise you would be able to see inside the room. The lighting in the room is very bright so this was ok for us but I do think the ground floor rooms would benefit from something as simple as “privacy windows” (a sheet that makes the windows opaque) so that you can enjoy the natural light. There is only one mirror (bathroom mirror). The main room would benefit from 1/2 full length mirrors. The sink is tiny. The shower is also small - good enough but a tight squeeze even when trying to shampoo your hair. There is no phone to call reception if you had issues overnight or before 2pm, you’d have to physically get up and ring the doorbell.

We had a fantastic stay at The Chapter Hotels – Finsbury Park! The location is excellent, just a short 5-minute walk from the correct tube exit, making it very convenient for getting around London. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and everything ran smoothly, including the housekeeping service. We also had complete privacy throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. The room was well-equipped and clean, and while the double bed was a bit on the smaller side for us (we’re both above-average in size), it was still a cozy and comfortable stay. Another great perk is the nearby budget-friendly stores like Lidl and Iceland, making it easy to grab anything you need. A special mention for Finsbury Park, which is just around the corner. While it becomes very lively at night (luckily, the hotel is far enough that no noise reaches inside), during the day, it's a great spot to explore. The park has a small lake, friendly squirrels, and even outdoor fitness equipment available for everyone. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we’d happily return!

The area around Finsbury Park can get quite lively in the evenings, as is common in many parts of London. While we never felt unsafe and the hotel is located on a quiet street, those traveling with young children or looking for a calmer nighttime vibe might prefer to enjoy the area more during the day, when the park and surroundings are especially pleasant and welcoming.

Everything was great. I got there 1 hour before check-in, and they accommodated me, no problem at all, and then we ran into a problem that could have made the stay horrible but was fixed by the amazing staff (Rhodia especially, not sure how to spell her name): the room they put us in first had some issue in the bathroom, and there was a horrible sewage smell, it was impossible to stay there. This could have been a major issue for the stay, but Rhodia promptly changed us to another room and contacted the manager (I assume) to inform them of the issue. The new room was just as good as the original one, and we had no other issues from then on. The room was super clean, comfortable (the beds are amazing!), quiet, and the kitchen was well equipped. Also, there was always one staff member at reception if we needed anything. The location might not be super central, but it's very well connected with metro, train, and buses. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants around that are open late, so we had everything we needed! I would absolutly stay here again if I go back to London!

The ONLY thing that could have been better was the water pressure and temperature for the shower, but that was not a big issue at all, just a detail.
