Easy check-in. Very proactive host. Instant help via WhatsApp messaging. Bart personally came down to help with the malfunction of the room heating system. Walking distance from Manor House tube station. 2 bus stops Endymion Road and Rowley gardens provide direct bus services to central London, so very very convenient. Grocery stores ALDI and SAINSBURY walking distance. SUBWAY, PIZZA HUT, KFC... all walking distance. Well equipped with Kitchenette, Washing machine, Dishwasher, wi-fi, oven, room heater. TK Maxx , POUNDLAND also close by for shopping. Spacious apartment.
As we were staying for a long period of 2 weeks in Dec-Jan with peak winter, we had a good amount of luggage. Found it difficult to climb up the narrow stairs with the same. Also the bed was a bit narrow for a couple

The studio was spacious, clean, modern, and very well-equipped! Plus it's also on the ground floor. You literally only need to bring yourself and your clothes as they generously provide toiletries, towels, dish soap, kitchen utensils, you name it. Basic pantry items (coffee, tea, oil, sugar, salt etc) are especially helpful the first few days when you're still tired to go out. There's a shortcut to the shopping arena. Sometimes you can hear people upstairs walking (during daytime), but I understand this is common in older buildings in London.

The location is good it's a little further out but well connected and not too far from the tube, and with plenty of buses from the end of the road. The apartment is great much better than I expected. Kitchen could use some glasses, but apart from that had everything I needed. The balcony is nice and felt private. Communication from the lovely host was quick, responsive and helpful.
The building next door's staircase can be heard from the apartment, but there are ear plugs provided for those who may be lighter sleepers. I didn't bother me so much. Could use some glasses in the apartment, I'm guessing there might not be any to save breakages on the balcony/garden access, but plastic ones would do.

The accommodation is located in a quiet part of London, but there is a bus stop and an underground station nearby and you can get to the center very easily. The accommodation was well furnished and clean. Self-service check-in and check-out is convenient and easy. :-)
A refundable deposit is required for the accommodation in advance (in case something was destroyed), but there was no problem with the return. The sunroof leaked a bit when it rained. But we were accommodated in July, it will probably be fixed by now.

It is the second time I booked for friends or cousins who I can't put up in my house cause of not having enough room and I will book again cause its nearby my house for all who want to visit me. The first time we stayed on the first floor and now the basement. Hopely next time you'll get the second floor so that we can have the full layout of the place. I find the place very comfy and wonderful. I'm suggesting this place to everyone who want to visit . It's near Finsbury Park and a has a lot of transportation and accessible by trains and busses.Also has a lot of shops and restaurants at walking distance for all your everyday need..inside it has all the comforts you need ,washing machine and dish washer ,big bed and its very warm .it can accommodate a family and make feel they are at home.
All was perfect.There was nothing I didn't like..The only think that was messed up was that the car had broken down and was towed by the AA and we let the desk know that it would have come late at night.and the next day we will rent another car after the carage would come to tow the broken car away.the desk didn't understand and canceled the parking resulting in the car getting a ticket.we were told to send the ticket so they'll take care of it.we hope this is the case and they will.

The place was nice and functional and at a very good location. All the appliances were basic but fine for the price. We had everything we needed for a one-week stay in London. Everything was easy to use and find.. Thank you!
Furniture was very basic but ok for the the price. It was generally clean, but there were some minor scrapes and stains on the furniture and we had to clean the oven before using.

Small, cute, clean. Little flat that is equipped with kitchen, washer and fast wifi. Owner is extremely responsive and quick in helping with whatever needed (bed linen, spare keys, internet, heater). There is no AI here but a real person who cares.

They thought of (almost) everything! Down to the coffee pods for the coffee machine & detergent pods for the washer/ dryer! I was very impressed indeed. Great for small families.
No cleaning or rubbish collection for the entire stay.

Easy to get to, a short walk (or 2 bus stops) from Manor House station, near shops and supermarkets. There's a cute garden at the back, very lush green in the summer and cool shade against the heat. Check-in and communication was very easy and Bart was very helpful with all my queries and concerns.
It was very hot (but I have to disclaim that it was The hottest week in history in London and the host made efforts to put a big aircon)
