I liked the room because we had enough space for 2 large beds, for luggage and for staying in the room ; enough space to put the clothes in the wardrobe and to have a dinner in the room. The beds were large and very comfortable for me and my kids and also I liked the pillows. The bathroom was very clean and we had enough toilet paper, clean towels and so on.

I didn't like the dust. We couldn't stay in the room without wearing any footwear, since we'd bring the dust on to the beds.

The location is amazing. It is situated in the residential area which makes it very suitable when traveling with baby (in our case our 6 month old baby). The locality is full of babies in stroller and families around. We felt just like home. There is park nearby which is good for a day staying in. The place is easily connected by Buses. We toured entire London by buses (which is cheapest mode of transport) where 99% buses went from the nearby bus stop (Egerton road/stamford hill liabrary/ stok Newington)

Everything was nice and we really enjoyed staying. We would even spend our entire night after a very long and tiring day just inside our rooms - which just proves how comfortable our stay were. In fact, my mom even wanted to extend our stay for one more night, and so we did. We loved that they provided disposable cups, with teas, coffee and sugars. The location was alright, though it was a bit far from the underground stations. But it was alright ‘coz we get to passed by local shops that sells nice fruits and other stuffs. The staff that accommodated us on our arrival until we checked out was very nice and kind. She also gave us extra towels on our first night as she informed us that there will be no morning staff on the next day until afternoon. As someone who works in a hotel, I could say that the cleanliness was excellent, spotless.

Hello, my family and I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. It was really clean and the room was cleaned with disinfectant every day. It was great. The staff was very nice and friendly. The location was very good. The hotel had access to the shopping center, the underground, and the bus. Everything was great.

The male staff members were not kind at all. They just did their jobs as they don't really care. The lady from the staff, in the other hand was very kind and willing to solve any inquiry. She must be promoted!!!

We were very impressed with our stay at Park Avenue Hotel Clapham. From the welcoming staff to the stylish room, everything was top-notch. The amenities provided were excellent , from the luxurious toiletries to the complimentary Wi-Fi, everything was designed with the guest's comfort in mind. The location is perfect, with easy access to transportation and plenty of dining options. Highly recommend for a good value stay.

The room and bathroom were clearly newly decorated. Lots of towels with extra in the wardrobe if needed. Lovely touch of having free drinks in the mini fridge. Bed so comfy! All staff we met were friendly and helpful.

The corridor was possibly a work in progress? A flashing light, patches on the walls where they had been filled, plug sockets not screwed in. Only enough spaces for 4 cars at a push.

Very clean and modern and accommodated us very last minute. Very happy with the complimentary mini bar which cheered the kids up after a long day of travelling

Beds were a little hard and smaller than we are used to in other properties. Also the window was open when we arrived which meant the room took a long while to warm up.

Well appointed rooms, looked to be newly renovated. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great bakery nearby and top class restaurant adjacent. Near to transport and big supermarket. We extended our stay at Park Avenue due to contracting CoVid. Housekeeper checked on us daily to ensure we had everything we needed.
