It was clean and comfortable and very warm! Nice to have a fridge in the room. Room was a great size for us. Also highly recommend Ayva bistro just across the road for breakfast.! Check in/out was convenient and easy the video helped to find the lock boxes.

10/10 Absolutely perfect stay! The apartment was stunning, beautifully designed, super clean, and genuinely felt like a home away from home. Incredible value for money, I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Special shoutout to Yog, who was incredibly attentive and made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. His hospitality really made the difference! promote this man! The little touches were everything, like snacks and fruit provided, the coffee machine in the room was a game changer for my mornings, and the blue lighting added such a calming, stylish vibe at night. Honestly couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend!

We stayed for 4 days and we had the best time ever. First of all, the apartment looks just like the pictures, clean and really modern, beautiful. The kitchen provides cereal, milk, coffee, jam, juices, ice cream etc for everyone to use, which was such a generous gesture. Yog, one of the employees, was so courteous. We stayed in London during really hot weather and he kindly offered us a fan. He was there every day and was the good soul of the house, giving us cake, ice tea and even offering us to do the dishes. Thank you, Yog! The apartment had usb ports, which is a plus for international guests. The room had a small refrigerator, but we just put our stuff in the huge refrigerator in the kitchen, which worked perfectly. The outside area was also really nice with the different seating areas. We stayed there during the morning and the evening. A Tesco and metro is nearby and the check in was super easy as well as self explanatory. We really loved our stay here and we think about, coming back again!

I would highly recommend this place. The amenities were excellent, way better than hotel. Fresh sheets and towels. Excellent selection of snacks. The area is very exciting and vibrant, very close to bus stops. A good range of shops. Also, a great location for Hackney, gigs, runs around Victoria park, London fields. Very close to Hackney Central station which is so convenient. My room was so well laid out, and very attractively decorated. Lovely comfortable bed and my room was spotlessly clean too and very well made up by the Housekeeper. The host couldn't have been more helpful and friendly and made me feel very comfortable.

I liked this property. Overground station is 10 minutes by walk. I mainly used that line and traveled to Liverpool Street Station to connect underground lines. There are also busses running frequently. I liked the property. It was more than enough for my 1 person stay. Check-in and out was very convinient. I contacted few staff at the morning and they were very friendly. I liked that I had coffee machine and capsules at the room and I enjoyed them at the morning sitting by the big window.

Only downside for me was that main door of the building right next to my room and that made some noise at night. It was not a huge problem for me. And hairdryer didn't work, but I noticed that late at my last night so couldn't have time to ask for help. If I noticed that earlier, I'm sure staff would help me.

Really modern, clean and presentable rooms. Loved the kitchen/dining area that was accessible for all, VERY CLEAN. Our group took over and had a takeaway in the dining area and watched Saturday Night TV. Location and access was good. Street parking (on weekend) was easy, managed to park a short walk from property. the property felt secure. Clean fluffy towels, shower gel, water in rooms! small fridge, TV, really lovely place. Would definitely go back.

It was tad on warm side, not that we tried hard to locate thermostat, as only there one night just opened a window. and the sofa bed was not very comfortable, but for one night it was ok. But for three adults sharing a room as this bargain rate, it's not critisism just a note for travellers who might be thinking of spending more than one night on a sofa bed!

Very clean and well kept. Lovely garden area. Plenty of lights!! Comfy bedding and there’s actually desks with lamps! Felt safe with security cameras everywhere. Nice location. We were lucky that we didn’t have noisy guests and everyone was respectful.

All the large water dispensers had run out and were not replenished. There were hot chocolate pods available but not coffee pods. (Which would have been nice to have in the morning!) No hooks on the doors in our rooms to hang the towels up on. Bed was a bit hard. Tv was extremely slow so we didn’t bother watching anything on that! However these are just nitty gritty issues!

I had a fantastic stay at Hackney Suites. The host, York, was incredibly kind, helpful, and polite—always smiling and ready to assist with anything I needed. His hospitality made me feel very welcome. The place is comfortable, quiet, and safe. My room was clean, spacious, and bright, with lovely views of the garden. It was also very peaceful, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a calm and pleasant stay in London

The room itself was good. Came with a mini fridge with two bottles of water, good sized mirror with nearby plug sockets for hairdryer etc. Plug sockets by the bed. Kitchen was well stocked for breakfast (definitely needed the morning after a wedding when slightly hungover!) Free on street parking as we went at the weekend. Good lighting. Nice garden area.

We booked early check in 5 days before arrival, yet when we turned up they weren't aware so our key hadn't been put in the lock box. Fortunately there were still cleaning staff inside that let us in or we would've missed the wedding we were due to attend. There was also only one towel in the room but two of us staying.

Location was ideal and local for work. The finishing throughout the property is of a high standard with great decor. The en-suite rooms are very spacious and comfortable.

We stayed in room G2 Slight issue with the water pressure inside the en-suite shower. Possibly a new shower head or descale would correct this! The mattress was too soft for my liking, I could feel the upholstery underneath the sheets digging into my back. I would also recommend a technician come and look at the flat screen tv in the room. It was preset on some kind of foreign satellite connection which didn’t work for any streaming services such as Netflix, Prime video etc. there was no wifi connection though the tv? We tried in vain to fix this without success. I also noticed which was odd, 3 x single cigarettes in the upper section of the clothes rail for jackets! May I also suggest 2x extra hangers per room for couples to hang more clothes up.
