All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The interior of the room, reception area and bar was very modern and cosy. The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Kitchen and bathroom supplied everything we needed. They checked with me how we want the bed(s) to be arranged before check-in. There were so many plugs in the room! Great location. In front of the bus stop, which goes straight to Shoreditch/Liverpool st.

The bathroom looks really nice but the structure (construction) of the shower room could be improved. A lot of water stays on the bottom and had to dry myself with my feet in the little "pond". Water also flew onto the floor outside the cabinet. So we had to use the towel to remove the water, which will make it impossible to re-use the towel if we were staying more than one night. Shorter instruction messages would have been great - some of the texts sent were very looong!!

The nicest, the kindest, helpful and super attentive staff ever. You guys hired the best human beings. You made me feel I am in a familiar place. I can stay for months. all kinds of supermarkets are around us, all kind of restaurants too, Bus stop is right in front of the door. Two overground stationsis around the corner. One major underground station is 15 minutes down the road. You can reach Stratford Westfield Mall in no time. It is definitely a come back place. Enormously convenient in every way. From the second I walked in until last minute. Check in was in two minutes and check out was in two seconds! Thanks all I hope I see you soon.

It is almost never I feel sad I am leaving the place but I felt sad this time, I did not want to leave but until next time.

I often think that when a hotel is lacking, great staff and service can make up for a lot. However in this case, it had both - great staff (Seline at the reception was so friendly and welcoming) and the hotel was excellent too! The apartment was relaxing and comfortable. Bed mattress was really nice. Shower was good temperature and pressure. TV had chromecast, so we were able to watch netflix or youtube from our phones. The location is brilliant - everything you might need is nearby - convenience stores, supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, independent shops, Transport is excellent with two train stations (Dalston Kingsland and Dalston Junction) nearby and excellent bus services. It's a busy street, but the sound proofing in the room was excellent. Incredible really. I used to live in the area, and it was great to be back. But even if you're in London to see the main tourist sites, it's a good location to use as a base to explore London eg. you can get into London Bridge by bus in 30 mins.

The hotel is new and clean and I loved the kitchen and the toiletries. Everything feels well thought out. Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy to get to and from the rest of the city via public transportation. Great places to eat and drink and go out very nearby. Love the idea of the rooftop, laundry room and gym and also the suggestions on what to do nearby with partnering companies.

Beds/mattresses were not supportive and therefore a bit uncomfortable. The aromatherapy smell that greets you when you enter the hotel could sometimes be a bit overwhelming. Roof terrace was not accessible for a couple of nights during my stay due to private events. Could not find laundry room; was not clear where it was and how to get there.

We loved the style and the vibe.

Unfortunately the accommodation that we really wanted wasn’t available (the bigger 1 bed or large studio.

This is a new and comfortable hotel - something not always easy to find in London unless you're willing to pay a lot of money. The hotel is located in a vibrant, well-connected area, it's ideal for those wanting to experience the city's energy and enjoy a variety of top restaurants, bars, cafés, and more. The neighbourhood is young and ethnically diverse. I highly recommend it.

I forgot a box of baklavas in the fridge.

Clean, nicely furnished room, had everything we needed for a one night stay. Quiet room, air conditioning, black out curtains meant for a very good sleep. Fabulous shower with plenty of hot water, fresh towels and bed linen all great quality and clean. Parking was cheap and easy at the shopping centre, £15 for 24hrs with plenty of spaces available. The 3 reception staff we dealt with at various times during the stay were very friendly, polite and welcoming. Lots of nearby cafes with good quality food and service.

Toilet/sink bit of a tight squeeze, a few layout oddities. Kitchen area worktop was very high for no obvious reason, not an issue for an overnight stay, but we would have found cooking there tricky.

The facilities in the room were amazing. Bed was so comfortable. Could definitely see me renting one if I was working in London.

I did think it was a little expensive for location and one night. We’d also left luggage and told someone earlier we would be late arriving due to our commitments. I wasn’t happy to then receive a message (after we’d paid) to ask if we were still arriving and if we didn’t reply by 11, our room would be let go-clear lack of communication between staff.

The welcoming by Toby was nice. The room was really nice and pretty clean, something that I take under consideration seriously! The hotel by itself it’s actually 10/10. The location of the hotel was fine too, lots of shops around the neighborhood. I felt safe too, but it took some time to get to the city of London. There is an underground station, an overground station and a bus station near though!

The location wasn’t great, took around 40-50 minutes to get to Westminster for example. So can’t really go back to your hotel to get some rest during the day. We got a Black Friday offer to book our stay, so yeah it was worth it.

I treated my partner for his birthday and chose kingsland locke due to the location. Initially i chose here for how close it was to Emirates stadium but after doing research i saw just how much there was In kingland for us to do which added to our stay. We ate out at a place called Honest burgers which did not disappoint and was only a 3 minute walk. We also visited a place called "Otherworld" which is a VR experience and this too was very close, only a 8 minute uber or 20 minute walk. Kingsland Locke itself - I LOVED the decor from the moment I walked through the entrance all the way up to our room. Very clean and neat with a industrial feel. Overall a lovely relaxing environment to stay in. Great location, close to amenities and things to do. A bonus for me was having a kitchen in our room, it made our get away more affordable to be able to cook our own food some of the time and gave it a real home from home experience.

The only place we were unable to access was the roof terrace bar. I'm unsure if it's only open at certain times of the year but we would have loved to have a drink up there....maybe next time! :)
