location wasn’t bad just noisy at night no different to staying anywhere else in london, the room was so clean extremely comfy beds we was all happy with our stay. the staff there were extremely helpful and friendly especially when we had a complication when checking in they helped us out to the best of their abilitities, rahi the receptionist did the absolute best to his abilitities to make sure we had a pleasant stay, will definitely be staying again!

My Mother and I both agreed that what made the experience exceptional was the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to go above and beyond for you to make your stay comfortable. We loved how there's so many buses going past regularly and how it is not far from the Train Station. It is close to all the amenities of Hackney and the room was clean.

Warm welcome and very clean. Location was excellent for our needs. Good telephone communication with Raja on reception ahead of time regarding family member with limited mobility and related issues. Was also helpful when bank randomly did not allow card payment to be taken before arrival.

Lack of in-room tea/coffee making facilities.

The Manager was welcoming and helped take my suitcase to the room. He swapped our room so we could have 3 single beds. Small parking on site. Room was clean.

Could do with a hook on the back of the bathroom door to hold the towel. Location was behind a mental health hostel, mind building and appeared a deprived area.

Decent size triple room, decent beds, nice staff. Great location, 20 mins bus from the big hubs. Bathroom is a little small and there was a small vent but I was surprised that it was actually decently effective.

Only issue was that the shower was pathetically weak in water pressure.

Staff is very friendly, receptionist waited for us until almost 2am to check-in as we had just arrived in England. We appreciated it very much 🙏

No shampoo or bodywash provided besides a small piece of soap, but thankfully we had our own.

the receptionist went out of his way to assist us when we arrived late, making our stay very enjoyable. the hotel is basic yes, but its cheap and the staff were friendly and helpful . i would stay again

Convenient location fir us, Hotel sited beyond a courtyard off the main road and was therefore very quiet. Staff (Raja) very friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable, impressed by the marble staircases!

Great place with very friendly staff and fantastic location. It exceeded my expectations. Would definitely stay there again.

Staff friendly, hotel in a great central location, room was clean, bed comfortable, we slept well, didn't hear any noise at night or the morning.
