Hi my daughter stayed for one night 18-19 of august as we went to all points east festival in Victoria park which was 10-15 min walk from hotel .

Nothing !! Everything was great for our stay Room was reasonably sized for one or two ppl with Tv and fridge in it which we took advantage of oh and a fan on the wall which I needed through the night ! We had our own en suite all clean .me n my daughter slept like a baby as beds are clean n comfortable. I needed to use the hairdryer in the morning and was given one at reception. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Warm friendly staff. Very kind to allow an early check in due to our circumstances. Later when i arrived home, i contacted them, as I forgot some money in the room & it was found & returned to me.. very greatful to them indeed. Our room was very quiet & window view looked out onto a rooftop landing. Appreciated the tv & fridge but didnt need them due to short stay. Fresh cold drinking water available free

Shame about the shower basin.. def need shower shoes id have thought..

Incredibly friendly staff, fantastic location (well linked with plenty of shops and food places in the area), room was clean, fridge in room, TV in room, microwave available in common area. When I asked for anything staff were extremely accommodating and personable. Shower and toilet worked well, and despite being communal was always free - bathroom was not in the best condition but considering the price not the end of the world. Reasonably quiet considering the location and communality of the place. Communal dining area was nice.

Having to leave the key whilst out of the building made me anxious about leaving valuables as there is no safe in the room (this would make up for having to leave the key). Wifi didn’t work for me after a few hours, but not a big deal as I used my mobile data and there’s good connection in the hotel.

Hotel is close the underground and Bus stop. Walking distance. Good options for fresh sandwich and coffee in front of the hotel. Nice clean bedsheets and towels were provided. Value for money.

Room had some odour but it was fixed after reporting the issue in sometime.

very busy road and lots off sirens going all the time. could do with a refurb as very dated

The bed was while and crisp and clean and smelled lovely and was exceptionally comfortable. Excellent. Couldn't wish for better. Perfect. The staff were excellent.

My room smelled like someone had been smoking in it. The shower room was exceptionally small and could have been cleaner.

This hotel offers good value for money. Rooms are small and dark but otherwise OK. Bathrooms are old but clean unless a guest messes them up, in which case they are soon cleaned up again.
