The staff were very helpful and attentive. A chap needs coffee to function in the mornings and the staff at the breakfast buffet were quick to find me a place, sit me down and, as if by magic, coffee appeared at my elbow moments later. In particular I am immensely grateful to Sajia and Nusrat on reception yesterday morning (20/10/24), like a dope I forgot to pack my phone charger and they very kindly found a charger (fairly sure it was Nusrat's) and pumped electrons into my mobile. This averted a potential crisis as my train ticket home etc. were stored on the dying phone.

The lifts at the ground floor level required presentation of room passes to access them. This is a sensible security measure but unfortunately the sensor appeared to have trouble recognising passes. I dare say it's a fixable problem but I noticed several guests having the same difficulty (so for once not just my maladroitness).

The front desk staff were lovely and really helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent.

The in room menus stated room service was available until 11pm. We returned late one evening following an event and rang down for room service at around 10.10pm. We were told the kitchen was closed, and when I stated the menu said we could order until 11, the staff member then said they could do pizza. I asked him to hold on for a second whilst I checked with the other person if they were happy with this, and he hung up on me! There was a 24 hour McDonald’s down the road so we went there instead 🤣

Very pleasant stay! The building is nice and new, everything works well. Our room was spotlessly cleaned, very comfortable and quite spacious. Had everything we needed and even more. Nice lobby area to have a drink or work, also they have a gym to use. The staff was extra helpful and really did their job with joy. Breakfast was tasty, but couldn’t have the same menu for 3days:)

The location is easily accessible and bus stop is just few steps away. But the area itself- wouldn’t walk there alone at nighttime, if possible

We booked a room with breakfast- it’s definitely worth it! Wide enough range of options and comfortable environment! The waitstaff named FLOR is super friendly and welcoming!! Thank you for making our day delightful and kids happy 😊 💖🌈🌻 Reception staff are helpful and friendly too. Room is clean, all the amenity items especially body wash and hair wash series are nice! Location- walkable to Tower Bridge (25-30min)

Surrounding are not really easy to shop (but they have supermarket like Iceland and Tesco Express nearby) nor particularly visually pleasant eg. Streets are a bit dirty and some shop fronts are a bit shabby.

Check-in was smooth and staff was friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The shower was great -- spacious bathroom and good water pressure. I liked having a kettle for some tea.

Unfortunately, some construction noises inside the hotel woke us up from our beauty sleep after partying, both on Sunday and Monday morning. The location isn't very scenic, but it is close to a nice club (E1), which is all we needed. Room was nicely warm, but oddly humid.

The room was ok. Clean and equipped with kettle and coffeemachine. Coffee, tea and water for free. Flat-TV, fridge and safe. Sanitary room with bathtub and fresh towels every day.

The area around the hotel is not what one would await from a London tourist. The shops and the restaurants are not in european style and standard. People dont care about their waste. But Public transport with buses, trains, under- and overground is very good around the hotel.

Very clean property with extremely polite staff. Room service and house keeping always on time. Good breakfast. Location within 10 min walking distance to tube station. If you want to get around London and out of London, for sight seeing and visiting attractions, this is a ideal location to stay. My family was well taken care off. We stayed for a week and I highly recommend this place for families considering staying in London for visiting attractions and sightseeing.

The room was large and the utilities were great,comfortable bed and soft and hard pillows,tea and coffee,even a small attention including water and a kitkat! The breakfast was tasty,we tried an English one,there is a buffet where you take whatever you want! There is a Starbucks right next to the reception! We are pleased with the hotel! We are still waiting for the pounds we paid as security deposit.....

Spacious room, very friendly and helpful staff particularly Bren at reception. Large airy breakfast / lunch space with tasty food options. Great location near Whitechapel Shadwell and Aldgate East stations.

Unfortunately there was some drilling work on 2 mornings + very loud Friday afternoon, which we had not been warned about before booking. for a light and bad sleeper this was awful
