Room was clean, staff were very good. Despite there being no onsite staff, the guy who runs the Guesthouse was quick to reply to any message I sent through whats app. Breakfast was also included, which was a selection of cereals.

The street outside the guesthouse was extremely untidy! Litter everywhere attracting lots of seagulls and crows. The kitchen could also do with a bit of updating as one of the cupboard doors was hanging off.

I booked this accommodation despite reading the negative reviews because it was the perfect location to everything we needed. Based on the reviews, I had very low expectations but it was actually pretty nice for the price I paid. They are a total of 6 rooms in the house, 2 per floor. It had everything we needed for us to sleep. We had a bit of miscommunication with the owners but it was resolved quickly and everything else went smoothly.

There was only one shared bathroom per floor so it wasn't very comfortable to wait for the other guests when we need to hurry to go out in the morning.

This accomodation is perfect for holiday trevellers. The room was absolutely clean, the place is calm. We had a big room with double bed, there was also couch, table with chairs. There are two bathroom, one with shower and the second is with bath, sink and toilet. Kitchen is quite well equipt- microwave, frigde, hotplate, for using there are plates, cups, flatware, pot, bowls... Entry to the accomodation is through the code, nobody is there (reception). The owner is very very helpful, still online (WhatsApp) to help with EVERYTHING.

Very comfortable beds and easy to access. Kitchen was stocked with a few items for guests as well as allowing guests to self cater. Lovely stay!

Maybe having towels would have been good

Comfortable and clean no frills room in the heart of London. Easy to access and good communication texts from the owner. Warm and big enough for bags, coats and a suitcase. Ideal for resting your head for a night.

Walls are thin so you hear people walking by in the street or passage.

It was brilliant

the communication with the host was amazing!! she let us check in earlier and check out later, I really appreciate the flexibility with this, it made my stay super easy. There’s two train stations close by, and multiple restaurants.

We didn’t know kids were allowed in the property, we had a family group next to our room, and as they are kids was super noisy all the time, they were slapping the door every time they went in or out. Obviously, this isn’t the host responsibility.

The rooms were quite spacious and very clean. The kitchen was very organized and well equipped. The internet worked very well too. In short, it's a wonderful place.
