The apartment are modern, clean and have everything you need for a short stay. The location is good for tube stations and bus links and not far from some attractions. There are plenty of supermarkets and loads of restaurants of all types in the area.

If you are not familiar with London the location may put you off as it is on main busy road but you cannot hear traffic form the apartment and mine was on the front and I slept well. The road itself is very busy with people but that is London for you!

The property was really brand new, so everything was very good. The personnel at the Apart Hotel were very kind and were always ready to solve any questions/issues we might have. We were very well received there.

Well, everything was very good, but for our stay, this place was quite far away from the places we were visiting, but this is our problem. The Adagio Apart hotel was really very good!

The decor was beautiful and comfy😍

The shower wasn't very powerful. The bin could be bigger. There could be room service. The reception staff were painfully painfully slow at working the computers. It took 30 minutes to buy a bag of crisps. They can't operate much. They couldn't find my room on checking in, even though I showed a booking reference. The key cards stopped working on my last day and the fire alarm went off at 5am.

Property was good, the only thing is for extra towel you need to pay extra 7 pounds which i believe is not fair because hotel price is not cheap.

only 4 coffee pods for 2 people for 3 nights - we had to buy them at reception on day 2. also a bit dusty and pubic hairs on the bathroom floor :)

The apartment is located close to public transport, both bus and metro. The staff were all friendly and courteous. The apartment itself was modern, clean, well-appointed and had all the necessary items to be able to cook and be self-sufficient. The bed was very comfortable. A filtered water station was available in the lobby along with umbrellas for use by guests. The WiFi was good and the laundry was high tech. On paying for the washer or dry you can select to have a receipt sent to your mobile along with notification when the cycle had completed.

Lack of lighting in the kitchen and bedroom.

Very clean hotel. We are a family of four, and the room we had was perfect. The sofa bed was large enough for 3 people to sleep comfortably if we wanted, the same with the bed in the room. We enjoyed having a TV in both rooms. The staff was amazing. Monet (I hope that is how you spell his name) was very professional and has outstanding customer service. The hotel is located in a great location. There is a bus stop (25) just outside the front door. There are tons of restaurants and stores. The Brick Lane Market is not far from this hotel. The breakfast is decently price. If I ever return to London I will stay here and I will recommend it to my friends and family.

There's not much negative to right about. There is a small sink in the room with the toilet that they could just take it out. Also, the breakfast area fills up fast. There's not enough sits at times.

I'm returning a little late, but it was a facility I was very pleased with. I especially want to thank the reception staff for their support and assistance in every way. My son and I had a very comfortable holiday. It will be my choice when I return.

Only the cleaning staff was a bit careless and there was a fire alarm that went off untimely. However, it was still quite comfortable and made us forget the negatives.

The hotel was very new (or gives off such a feeling), with 24h reception. The room was also very modern, perfectly clean and comfortable. We especially liked the shelf in the bed headboard with electric sockets on both sides. The room was soundproof, with good black-out curtains, so that our sleep was undisturbed. The kitchen in the room was well equipped. The location was alright, within a 5-minute walking distance from the next Underground station.

On one hand there were all kinds of kitchen devices (microwave, toaster, espresso machine, electric kettle), but it was a bit cramped, and with only 2 electric sockets available in the kitchen, so they could not be used simultaneously. Also keep in mind, that all the electric sockets in the room are UK type, not European, so you need to bring adapters for EU-Style chargers (I believe adapters can be rented at the reception).
