Great location for public transport (Whitechapel is on the Elizabeth Line, so you can go straight to Heathrow, and Aldgate East for the Underground). There’s a lovely little park in front of the hotel, and so many good food options. Walking distance to Shoreditch and Spitalfields. Helpful staff! If you don’t need housekeeping, you get a coupon for a free drink at the bar, which is such a lovely incentive. We stayed for 7 nights and couldn’t be happier.
The TV in the room was slightly old, and placed off centre, which made it a bit awkward to watch from the wrong side of the bed.

both check in and check out were very smooth. they offered to keep our suitcase the last day after we checked out for free. the room was very comfy and quiet. the tea/coffee machine next to the room was very convenient and a nice addition. they also provided water in the room and refilled it every time. the shower was hot and spacious, and the room was very clean. the breakfast was also very good, there is a huge choice and the quality is better than the average breakfast buffet. the vegan croissants were excellent. the location is extremely convenient if you arrive from stansted because the bus stops at whitechapel which is a 10 minutes walk. the subway station aldgate east is a 4 minutes walk and there are bus stops very close too. in a walkable distance you can go to a lot of places too. there is a tesco very close to the hotel too.

Nice hotel with amazing staff. They were very attentive to our needs (for example they prepared an early breakfast at 4 AM). The breakfast is good and has everything needed: a full British breakfast, unlimited coffee and juice, baked goods, pancakes, fruits, etc. The rooms are spacious but the bathroom is a strange capsule inside the room; the bathroom door doesn't shut completely so it is very noisy. Also the shower head is not moving at all so it is difficult to clean the bath area. The hotel is near underground station connected with city center and most attractions. There is a 'hang out' area with games, books and Lego - the kid was greatly impressed about this. If room cleaning is not done, you can get a free drink at the bar. Highly recommend for a few nights in London.

It's a lovely, cool hotel with great vibes and very friendly staff. The room was comfortable and had everything you could need. They're located just steps away from a tube station but also within walking distance of anything you might need, restaurants, supermarkets, shops,... There's even a little park outside the hotel for the sunny days or if you're traveling with kids.
If I have to find one thing to say that I didn't like it would be the blow-dryer, I could only use it for less than a minute at the time before it would die and need a couple of minutes to restart. If you have long hair or a lot of hair and need a blow dryer, maybe bring your own. But if that's the only downside to this entire place I think it's still an excellent option and I would definitely come back!

Staff are excellent, friendly, motivated... all you hope for in London but rarely get. And it feels as though extra effort has been put in throughout the hotel. There's a cheerful vibe about the place which is very hard to fake (though many properties attempt to).
I now know I don't like a room without a window. I felt like a lab specimen, or an inmate, or a packaged item... But I knew the room was windowless, so I am not complaining. It's more a note to self: I need windows. If you're ok in a box at night, maybe you'll manage better than I did. And Whitechapel is not for the fainthearted - a few years ago, it was edgily interesting. Now it feels feral and disturbing. But again - that probably says more about me than anything else.

We loved the bar area as it was welcoming, had a nice relaxing area with comfortable sofas and chairs, we loved the comfy beds and black out curtains in the room. We liked the coffee machine at the end of the corridor, we liked the TV at the end of the bed and the quirky mirror stand, the safe worked which was good. The check out process was easy. We liked the security of the room cards to get in the lift and access the rooms.
There was no extractor fan or window in the walk in shower room and with 3 people having showers it got very steamy. We didn't like the lack of replacement glasses or mugs and had to keep replacing them ourselves. We didn't like the lack of plug sockets as they were all on one side of the bed, I did get used to moving the wooden clothes horse with mirror on over to the plugs on the wall to dry my hair but it wasn't the best really.

Very spacious and comfortable rooms for London. Close to a subway station and easy to reach from the airport and downtown. TV had an alarm and you could get coffee and tea all day from the hallway, which was great. We also liked that you got a free drink at the bar every day you asked for your room not to be cleaned. We had problems with our keycards on multiple occasions, but it was fixed quickly by the staff each time.
Breakfast was generally good, but the hotel could not keep up with the demand on some of the days we were there. There were too few tables and even after we finally got one there was almost nothing left at the buffet. It took a long time for them to bring new food. Area was okay but not the best.

Very comfy bed. Everything was cleaned and quite new. The location is simply amazing and perfect to explore London.
We had the room at the 4th floor with no windows, the air circulation system that was working 24/7 was quite loud and could disturb your sleep during the night. The breakfast should be improved, not many choices and poor quality. The hotel offers the possibility to have dinner as well, the dinner was good but the bill come with an additional 10% commission for the service, in my opinion that should be written in the menu and not be a surprise.

Easy to find from the tube station. Bar area really nicely done out, breakfast was great, everything you needed to set you up for a day sightseeing/ shopping. Nice friendly staff, clean room. Liked the tea/ coffee making facilities
The room didn’t have a window, which maybe I missed the information about that upon booking? It didn’t really make a huge difference to our stay as we were out the majority of the time, I’m not sure I would have changed the booking if I had known previously, but I did find I felt slightly claustrophobic. So maybe just make it a bit more obvious when people book.

Room is spacious and bed is nice. It is a clean and well maintained hotel. Breakfast is amazing with so much choice and a full English breakfast for ppl that like that. There is a bar and an option to eat lunch and dinner as well and it is a good menu. Staff is super nice and helpful. Location is great - close to metro and bus.
The easy thing I would change is to add more place to keep clothes in the room - like shelves or drawers. There is a rack for hanging. Room is quite big so it would fit definitely. One thing that is more difficult to change is the bathroom. It is big and has all it should have but the way it was done is just not ideal. It has plastic walls and very inefficient shower that always has a puddle of water in front. Door of the bathroom is useless and the whole bathroom set up is not sound isolated. It's a pity because there is enough space, but the execution was bad. If you are staying 2-3 days you will survive and it doesn't ruin the whole stay, but it is definitely not helping to have a cosy feeling.
