I found the self check-in process easy and straightforward. The staff were helpful and friendly, even providing ice when we asked. The hot and cold filtered water tap was a nice touch, and the air conditioning worked well throughout our stay. Although the room had large windows facing the walkway outside, the full-length blackout curtains provided excellent privacy and darkness. The modern bathroom was overall very good, despite the toilet space being a little tight. The property was in a great location with easy access to public transport, and the entrance being through a busy restaurant gave the place a lively feel.

The biggest drawback was the lack of a fridge or bar cooler in the room. While we were aware of this in advance, having at least a small fridge would be a great suggestion for the owners. The bar staff did offer to store only baby food or medicines in their fridge. At £65 per night, the price felt okay - not a great value but also not overpriced.

The staff is excellent, very kind and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable. Excellent breakfast in a cozy funky atmosfere. The Aldgate East Station is just 2 min.across the park, The Tower Bridge and Sky Garden are just a 10 min. walk from the hotel. Great location, wonderful staff, good breakfast and cozy eclectic room made my stay in London even better. Tnak you!😊

The shower head is fixed on the ceiling and it is a little hard to shower without getting your hair wet. And I don't want to wash my hair every time I shower. It takes eterity to dry it 😁

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was nice and cozy, with a spacious bed that was really comfortable to sleep in. They also provided a separate crib for our baby and a dog bed - our dog even preferred it over her own that we brought with us! Breakfasts were good and perfectly fine for us. We also had dinner once at the hotel restaurant, and it was very delicious. Having a coffee machine on the floor was super convenient too. The location is quite good - we were able to walk to many places, and there are some cafes and a small grocery store nearby. The staff was helpful and responsive when we needed assistance.

We had to carry our stroller over a few steps, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, it would’ve been nice to have a mini fridge in the room.

Rooms are quirky in terms of design, but have all the essentials (including a bottle of water !). Service in the bar/restaurant is excellent with a fairly chilled vibe. Mix of solo, couples and families in the space. It seems its dog friendly, which add to the atmosphere.

Self check in is fine, but i had a room in the annex, which my key ticket didn't tell me, so went wandering off to the lift. No idea where wifi code is available, having to ask for iron and ironing board (this is just super frustrating - just charge people for one if they take it !).

A really good place to stay, the location is great, close to the tube. Super helpful and polite staff. We had dinner on a couple of occasions, very nice. Breakfast was also good with a nice and relaxed atmosphere.. The bathroom pod in the room was brilliant too.

Unfortunately the beds were not overly comfortable 😕 we found it had a dip in it. Two single mattresses made a really good size double but both had a dip which made it very difficult to get comfortable, overall though it was a great room.

We enjoyed the english breakfast, also there were enough variation of food to the kids (cereal, pancakes). They have it flexible way - gluten free option it's also there (toast and jam croissant). So we could enjoy it celiac safe way. The rooms are the same as in the pictures in addition with comfy beds. So the sleep was well. In general - what you see is what you get. But the service here it's even better! Thank you.

We came with family of five, so there's was a lot of stuff with us. We missed having more wardrobes and shelves, but this did not spoil our experience at this hotel.

Great location for public transport (Whitechapel is on the Elizabeth Line, so you can go straight to Heathrow, and Aldgate East for the Underground). There’s a lovely little park in front of the hotel, and so many good food options. Walking distance to Shoreditch and Spitalfields. Helpful staff! If you don’t need housekeeping, you get a coupon for a free drink at the bar, which is such a lovely incentive. We stayed for 7 nights and couldn’t be happier.

The TV in the room was slightly old, and placed off centre, which made it a bit awkward to watch from the wrong side of the bed.

Good location, close to subway and and to London Tower.

It was verry cold in the room. On the second day i told to staff to do something because is too cold and they say that has no one for maintenance because it is weekend and said that maybe i don t know how to start the clime. I went in the room tryed again to start but also not worked. I called again to the reception ask for someone came to check, nobody came but after 5 minutes the air conditiining has been started automatically. So everyone can take the conclusion :) The bad luck was that is worked only 10 minutes than stopped again :(

The air conditioning in my room was broken. They couldn't fix it in time, but they provided me with a fan. We slept quite well, though. The staff was very attentive and friendly. They apologized for the inconvenience and explained that they couldn't change my room because the hotel was fully booked. Honestly, I missed not being offered "something" in return, I don't know... free breakfast??, for example...

I'll come back again, I don't think I'll be unlucky enough to have the air conditioner break down again.

The location is great, the hotel is within comfortable walking distance to two main train stations in zone 1, the area is very lively and full of bars and restaurants and walking distance to the brick Lane vintage shops area. Less than 20 min commute to central London and near a bus stop to Stansted airport. Their commitment to operating in a more environmentally friendly way.

The breakfast is perhaps a point for improvement, which despite having plenty options, the flavour didn't really hit the mark for the cooked options. The room was a bit small for two people with two suitcases. The bathroom is not designed for privacy and the room decoration is a bit too funky.
