I found the self check-in process easy and straightforward. The staff were helpful and friendly, even providing ice when we asked. The hot and cold filtered water tap was a nice touch, and the air conditioning worked well throughout our stay. Although the room had large windows facing the walkway outside, the full-length blackout curtains provided excellent privacy and darkness. The modern bathroom was overall very good, despite the toilet space being a little tight. The property was in a great location with easy access to public transport, and the entrance being through a busy restaurant gave the place a lively feel.

The biggest drawback was the lack of a fridge or bar cooler in the room. While we were aware of this in advance, having at least a small fridge would be a great suggestion for the owners. The bar staff did offer to store only baby food or medicines in their fridge. At £65 per night, the price felt okay - not a great value but also not overpriced.

The staff is excellent, very kind and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable. Excellent breakfast in a cozy funky atmosfere. The Aldgate East Station is just 2 min.across the park, The Tower Bridge and Sky Garden are just a 10 min. walk from the hotel. Great location, wonderful staff, good breakfast and cozy eclectic room made my stay in London even better. Tnak you!😊

The shower head is fixed on the ceiling and it is a little hard to shower without getting your hair wet. And I don't want to wash my hair every time I shower. It takes eterity to dry it 😁

Excellent value for money. Location was great, within a 3 minute walk to the closest underground station (Aldgate East) and a further 10 minutes if you take a stroll towards Whitechapel station. Close to local shops and easily commutable with an uber pick up spot directly outside the hotel. The staff were great and very accommodating, the hotel was very clean and had a great vibe with very unique, fresh and current decor both around the hotel and within the room. The room itself was large, had lots of open space so if that’s not what you like this isn’t the place for you, plenty of space for luggage though which is a plus, beds very large and comfortable, the room had a private walk in waterfall shower room almost like a seperate built pod within the overly large room. Overall a very clean and airy room with plenty of lights and sockets and charger ports. Overall a great hotel and I would recommend to anyone wanting a comfortable space with friendly staff and easy to commute anywhere in London.

I didn’t experience any flaws or concerns during my 3 night stay, so as far as the overall experience goes it was pretty much perfect.

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was nice and cozy, with a spacious bed that was really comfortable to sleep in. They also provided a separate crib for our baby and a dog bed - our dog even preferred it over her own that we brought with us! Breakfasts were good and perfectly fine for us. We also had dinner once at the hotel restaurant, and it was very delicious. Having a coffee machine on the floor was super convenient too. The location is quite good - we were able to walk to many places, and there are some cafes and a small grocery store nearby. The staff was helpful and responsive when we needed assistance.

We had to carry our stroller over a few steps, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, it would’ve been nice to have a mini fridge in the room.

The staff here are fantastic and look after guests well. The rooms are large, very clean and a little bit quirky. Buffet breakfast was good.

There are just a few things that made my stay less comfortable: kettles are not provided in the rooms, hot drinks are instead available in reception 24 hours but cost £2.50. Bathrooms are part of a pod incorporated into the back of the bed and the drainage pipe from the room above is within the headboard, leading to the intermittent sound of running water right by your head. Finally, there is a small desk, but as the only sockets are within the bed pod, I couldn’t work there when I needed power.

Rooms are quirky in terms of design, but have all the essentials (including a bottle of water !). Service in the bar/restaurant is excellent with a fairly chilled vibe. Mix of solo, couples and families in the space. It seems its dog friendly, which add to the atmosphere.

Self check in is fine, but i had a room in the annex, which my key ticket didn't tell me, so went wandering off to the lift. No idea where wifi code is available, having to ask for iron and ironing board (this is just super frustrating - just charge people for one if they take it !).

Location is brilliant, you can literally walk to Sky Garden and the very city centre. Three metro lines within walking distance, Tesco stores, and cafes. The room I selected was without windows (deliberately) - though small, it was well designed and modern. The aircon works perfectly, and the bed was super comfortable. What surprised me the most - two types of wall socket for charging devices, etc, UK and EU standard - first time I saw such a thing in a hotel, must be a ground rule! The check-in is quite late, but there is an option to leave bags in a locker.

There were many reviews mentioning the loud noises of running water - it's noticeable, especially at night, but bearable, especially after a day out in London. The no-windows room could do with more light as well.

A really good place to stay, the location is great, close to the tube. Super helpful and polite staff. We had dinner on a couple of occasions, very nice. Breakfast was also good with a nice and relaxed atmosphere.. The bathroom pod in the room was brilliant too.

Unfortunately the beds were not overly comfortable 😕 we found it had a dip in it. Two single mattresses made a really good size double but both had a dip which made it very difficult to get comfortable, overall though it was a great room.

Property is very ‘quirkily decorated’ both downstairs and their guest rooms - with a small communal lounge area and bar, which we used, and restaurant,which we didn’t use. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Toiletries available. Plenty of hot water. Windows opened (with restrictors) handy if you like to sleep with fresh air. No kettle in rooms but free coffee machines on every floor. 2 elevators which were efficient even at peak times, like breakfast time. Left luggage lockers were available which we used without any issues. Staff very accommodating. Close to Brick Lane markets and Aldgate East tube.

We upgraded and found ourselves ‘upgraded’ to an ‘accessible’ room with emergency pull cords and wheelchair accessible shower - which we didn’t need and weren’t expecting. Our family who hadn’t upgraded had a similar sized room without the access features.

We enjoyed the english breakfast, also there were enough variation of food to the kids (cereal, pancakes). They have it flexible way - gluten free option it's also there (toast and jam croissant). So we could enjoy it celiac safe way. The rooms are the same as in the pictures in addition with comfy beds. So the sleep was well. In general - what you see is what you get. But the service here it's even better! Thank you.

We came with family of five, so there's was a lot of stuff with us. We missed having more wardrobes and shelves, but this did not spoil our experience at this hotel.
