Apartment was spotlessly clean, with super fast wifi, and everything working, loads of hot water, fully equipped kitchen, everything needed. The location is fantastic very close to brick lane, Spitalfields, Aldgate East, plenty of supermarkets around. Extremely easy to check in, with the door codes a day in advance which was much appreciated for convenience.

All good but checkin 4.00pm not good and exact checkout 11.00am I not stay again because they never want to listen customer. I only stay 2 days and shift next place

Attitude towards customers. Very bad. Room was free by 1.00pm but they told you take 4.00pm

We stayed at apartment 3 which is on the first floor. At time of booking, after reading a couple of reviews, we asked for any apartment other than apartment 1 which is on the ground level next to the main entrance. The apartment is spacious and well furnished. The kitchen is big but lacks some cooking utensils. The bed was comfy. Tube is just minutes away and there are a few grocery stores nearby. The street is quiet and views are nice. We enjoyed the small balcony.

We weren’t able to control the temperature but managed with opening the windows and closing the bathroom door where the only radiator is. The coffee machine unfortunately didn’t work. The kitchen lacks some cooking utensils. Unfortunately they don’t provide dish detergent and sponge for the kitchen but do provide a couple of dishwasher tablets. Every door in the building (but especially the entrance door) is slamming hard and is very noisy throughout the building. The glass windows and balcony doors were not cleaned in a while and the bed cover was filthy and full of others people hair which stuck to our fresh linens.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It had everything we needed and more!!! Even a dishwasher !!The space was impeccably clean, with a great layout and brilliant natural lighting. There’s also great lighting at night with all the lamps! The beds were extremely comfortable, and the apartment had a great flow, making it feel both spacious and cozy. The balcony was a lovely bonus, perfect for relaxing. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and convenient stay. Plus the stations are close by, a Tesco express!! Loved it!!!

We did miss having radiators for consistent warmth. Despite there being thermostats!! They provide enough heaters for the space, so it’s a minor issue. Also, the stairs were a bit of an inconvenience at times. Despite these small drawbacks, the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend it overall!

It was easy to get into my assigned unit, everything was clean, the place was super close to a zone 1 tube station, there was a fridge, there were towels provided and body soap/shampoo/conditioner, there was a Sainsbury’s super close by

There was no toilet paper when we got there, so I had to run to Sainsbury’s for some

Clean, well equipped, spacious and quiet. Good options for transport and food/ drinks near by.

Minor point, the immediate roads outside are a bit grubby and need cleaning but only a short section to get to the main roads

Fabulously equipped, generally clean and tidy. Easy to get in and out. Perfect for what I needed and excellent value

Only issue was with the plug not staying put in the bath so it continually drained, and cleaners walking into apartment before check out- luckily I was on my way out anyway.

A regular with Q for some time. Price, choice, locations, size and comfort of apartment and the ease of service make Q the ones to beat in this category.

4th floor no lift

spacious, conveniently located, clean and modern. good layout, very responsive and helpful staff.

no lift which is challenging with heavy suitcases. it is a little tucked away down a laneway which I felt at times a little anxious about at night walking there by myself. Some basic kitchen utensils are missing - spatula, wine bottle opener, ice tray, another large frypan and a bigger saucepan (given the apartment sleeps 6). I bought a wine bottle opener and left it there.

Very nice location just 10min away by foot from the venue which we visited. Shops and nice food places just around the corner and several metro stations in close vicinity. Apartment was well equipped. Very nice for a stay in downtown London.
