Great location. Close to underground plus also within walking district to central London if up for it. Close to many good restaurants & bars, open & light rooms.

Kitchen sink way to small but mostly ate out

Honestly couldn’t fault this hotel. Yes, slightly small room if booking studio but very well equipped and perfect for city stays. Very clean, comfortable and had lovely products in bathroom! Nicolas the gentleman at reception was very informative, polite and an overall friendly man! Complimentary coffee and juice on 5th floor was a bonus too. Will 100% book again

I planned a trip to London with my best friend during the semester break from university and was a guest in this hotel from February 21st to February 28th. WOW, we have both been to a few hotels around the world and we really loved this hotel. It's definitely one of the best. It is very modern, very clean and the rooms are spacious. It also has a lounge with free drinks (juices, coffee, cocoa and teas). A huge plus is definitely the staff, who were always extremely attentive and friendly. We particularly remember Mohammed, Hassan and Jamad and Renata. Once we asked for a plug for the socket, as the sockets in England are different to those in Germany and it was given to us immediately and helpfully. Our wishes were read from our lips. We really enjoy coming back and will recommend the hotel. It is suitable for vacationers and business travelers. Thanks for the nice time :)

Location, cleanness

The lady at check in and check out (same person). She wasn’t pleasant ( she checked us in with no empathy..)

Very good location. Close to the tube station (2 minutes walking). At that tube station you can take direct lines to the main objectives in London. Also, the Elisabeth line has connection with the lines that pass near (if you arrive at Heathrow airport). The place is quiet, there war a few siren noises from ambulance, police and firefighers but they didn't bother us at night. The room noise isolation is quite good, we didn't hear noise from the neighbours. There was the posibility to heat the room up to 25 degrees Celsius (the room has a thermostat that adjusts the ventilation system).

They didn't take the rubbish out until the third time we asked them to (this happened on the 3rd day, we asked them from the second day of our stay, maybe they just forgot). The view from the skyline studio was not great (we stayed on the 10th floor). The bed was less than 160cm in width, even if they say it's a large double bed.

Clean, modern and comfortable. Easy access to Aldgate East Rail. Good restaurants close by.

Penthouse suite had solar panels outside and weeds growing. Otherwise great views. The AC seemed temperamental but as it was cold outside, I did not need it. Things like kitchen rolls and washing liquids were not present.

It was my second time staying here, and I'd book again. Very helpful staff, clean and modern rooms, good facilities. Wonderful shower! Great location - walking distance from all that East London has to offer, and good transport connections.

We were initially in a room that had a door to an adjoining room. A couple of nights into our stay, some guests moved into the adjoining room, and the sound insulation between the two rooms was not sufficient. The staff very quickly moved us to a new (bigger) room, so we were happy, but next time we'd want to check this ahead of time.

I absolutely loved the area this is located. Super easy access to the tube and great places to eat and a great pub across the street. Only an 18 min walk to the tower bridge which was just perfect. The staff was great. I didn’t get the girls name who checked us in but she was amazing and made it possible for us to check in early.

The only thing was that our rooms ac didn’t work properly and it was freezing the whole time we were there. We asked front desk if we could get it fixed which they did but it only lasted one night before the temperature dropped again and the thermostat didn’t allow us to change the set temperature. Other than that we loved our stay.

Loved the hotel, specially how friendly the front desk staff was. Anastasia was super helpful during the booking process and very patient with our booking mistake on booking.com. As frequent travelers (2-3 big trips per year) she really raised the bar in terms of client service! Loved the Le Labo bathroom toiletries. Breakfast was OK, but good value for what you get, and more nutritious than visiting a bakery around the hotel. The design is very cool, eclectic and feels young. Highly recomen this hotel!

The bed wasn’t great, specially considering we stayed for 10 nights and walked all day, but it wasn’t terribly uncomfortable.

Great apartment/hotel! Great area, lovely entrance, staff and decent gym for a hotel (peloton bikes, free weights, treadmill etc). The apartment itself was nice and quiet and had a brilliant layout- super practical with washing machine, dishwasher etc and lovely windowsill seating to watch the city. The breakfast options were good too with a selection of fresh meats, salmon, a juicer, a DIY boil-your-own-egg station, pastries, yogurts, seeds, cereals, and more.

If I’m being really picky, the breakfast layout felt like a bit of a treasure hunt—especially those pots of yoghurt, seeds etc which mostly looked more like decorative centerpieces. Once you figured out there was yoghurt inside, there was the next puzzle: where to put the lid without feeling like you were committing a crime. The coffee could also use a little love, but hey, it’s hotel coffee—I wasn’t expecting a latte art swan. That said, I really did have a fantastic stay! Just a little feedback in case you're looking to level up the breakfast experience.
