A fantastic stay from start to finish. I was in the City for an awards evening and found Commercial Road. Firstly it is ideally located for the City and Canary Wharf so would be great for business travel and when I am back again. The apartments are stunning!! Super modern furnish, spacious and I was lucky enough to have a higher apartment which meant fantastic views. It was really easy to check in, the apartment had proper air-con and the sofa, bed were amazingly comfortable. The kitchens, bathrooms are immaculately presented and the building was really easy to find due to be well signed at the front door.
There was genuinely nothing I did not like about the property, full credit to the owners.... I wish everyone could provide accommodation to this standard.

Special thanks to Sukhi who saved our week-end! When we arrived, we were very disappointed to find out that the environment was extremely noisy. The flat was directly on the Commercial Road or A13 motorway. Even with double or triple glazing, we could hear the sirens every 5 minutes. So we asked to change flat for one overlooking the back. Within one hour, we could move to another flat which, not only was quieter, but bigger than the first one. A special thank you to Sukhi who was on duty that week-end and arranged our move. We had a wonderful stay in a one bedroom flat which was perfectly equipped and quiet.
I mentioned wanting a quiet place in the Booking comments. May-be Viridian did not see this but the level of noise in all the flats overlooking the Commercial road is unbearable. It is also a bit far from Aldgate East station (12 minutes) Otherwise, all flats are spotless and well-equipped with modern conveniences.

My stay was really comfortable and convenient. The check-in process was easy, with no need for a key, everything worked with codes, which was convenient for me since I did a late check in. The apartment was cozy, nicely furnished and had good quality amenities. The blackout curtains helped me get a good night’s sleep, and the bed and duvet were exceptionally comfortable. I was surprised by the view at night, it was lovely, with a clear sight of The Shard and the city lights. In the morning it was lovely to sip my morning tea sitting the balcony. Check-out was also straightforward. Overall, a great experience – I highly recommend it.

Entrance welcoming and warm. Access to rooms was easy. Open plan apartment"s layout was really good. Liked the tv den within the main room with the pot plant. Plenty of comfortable furniture especially in the bedroom and the kitchen was well stocked with large fridge, freezer, micowave, oven, and washing machine. Loved the bathroom with it"s feeling of space and luxury. Lots of meal and cafe options close by. There was clear signage throughout and nice and simple to use instructions guide.

I had an awesome stay at the Whitechapel Property. I wasn’t expecting it to be so good. Everything is brand new, functions seamlessly and it is a perfect space to stay for days. Super close to the city and around safe streets. The staff was super helpful getting something I left behind. Definitely staying there again in the future.

Just like the pictures, very aesthetically pleasing. The apartment had all the needed facilities. Was close to public transport. Easy to access and check in. Would definitely come back or recommend.
I didn’t receive my booking details on time. When I arrived in London I had to call and wait for a period before receiving it. Also the apartment wasn’t cleaned properly, there was a lot of dust under the couch and bed and we also found a cigarette.

Clean, comfortable and well equipped
On booking, our arrival time was requested and submitted. On arrival we could not get access and in a call with the helpline, I was advised that check in was 4pm. This was adjusted as a discretionary measure to 3pm ( that’s appreciated, thank you ) but anything earlier requires payment of what I consider a large fee.

Very clean and modern. Well equipped.
It was a little loud there is a cooling fan or something outside also something AC in the cupboard in the hall which you could hear constantly. We didn’t mind but could of get annoying if not used to night time noise

The appartment itself was very cozy and looked just like in the pictures. Our stay at Viridian Appartments East London went well.
Due to situating next to a hospital, you can hear the ambulance sirens all throughout night. Having ear plugs is a must!

The room was super clean and easily accessible. The water pressure was super high, making showering super pleasant. After I checked out, I noticed I had left my phone in the apartment. The staff helped me retrieve the phone.
I was staying in a roadside apartment, which made it a bit noisy whenever large vehicles passed by.
