We were late booking our accommodation but everything was seamless. We made early contact with Ali and he happily gave us travel advice to get there. He arrived within minutes of our arrival and went through all the security access codes, room facilities and travel advice for our evening event. He even txt the numbers to us and made sure we tested it before he left us. A member of staff was available by phone 24/7 which gave us reassurance but thankfully we didn't need to use it.

Due to the location there was a lot of traffic noise and sirens but that's to be expected near roads and in any built up area. It didn't bother us but future guests might benefit from taking earplugs with them. Our room was on 1st floor, 1 flight of stairs (inside the secure front door). I managed on my crutches, I hadn't mentioned my mobility issues at time of booking.

Everything was perfect, the budget double room is tiny but comfortable. There's also a kettle, tea and coffe, hairdryer, the iron with the iron board and a little stove. The location is perfect. Just in front of the building there's the underground station of Stepney Green, from where you can take the District Line and arrive in 10 minutes in the city centre. During night hours, there's the bus number 25 (that runs 24h) that arrives in Oxford Street in 30/40 minutes. The neighbourhood is okay, we were two girls and felt safe also during night hours. Moreover, we arrived later that predicted and the staff was understanding and kind, you just have to update them. If you're looking for a luxurious place in London, of course this is not the best solution for you. However, if you aren't too picky and you need a comfortable and safe stay, you definitely would want to stay at London Suites. For sure I would choose this place again. (I didn't take photos of the room, just the view from our room while we were having dinner! Great sunset view btw)

The location and staff were really cool .

Everything was great apart from the room not really being that clean and the duvet didn’t have a cover which was a bit weird. Was hair and dust on the floor and in the shower. Also the tv didn’t work which was a bit disappointing. I remember when I was leaving I waited for an excessive amount of time so I could get my deposit and was almost late to get to work.

Bed was comfortable. Host was incredible and so welcoming and friendly. Free amenities were lovely, as well as the fan and towels provided.

Bit on the pricey end all things considered, room was smaller than expected, although it still did the job, security deposit discussion was unclear and confusing.

The room was spacious with a comfy bed and the room was very clean. The location was also great as it was across the road from a underground station.

Could have had plates/bowls in the little pantry area as there was only 2 glasses in the cupboard.

Loved the Location, close to where I was going to class. Great friendly service! Very clean, and safe!

It is on a busy road. I was set, with a mask and ear plugs. But if you are a light sleeper not for you. Just be aware.

Very comfortable stay, the room was clean, the bed was soft and the internet works really well. Very friendly staff, Ali in particular made sure we were well informed about everything and responded quickly to any and all questions.

The manager met me outside. Showed me to my room. She was very polite. I had been worried because some reviews said it was loud due to the main road but I had no problems. It was a perfect location.

My only issue was the shower would not go hot. No matter which way I turned it. I did get it to go luke warm so I did manage to have a shower.

Everything is really nice,,, Ali... Is very good at his service.. I never got disappointed any of his action.... As I'm regular i would definitely appreciate his work and effort and other teammates... Carry-on

The was clean tidy and the care from the staff that was given was a extra special touch as always, returning guest as usual and will be back again( special thanks to Ali)
