It is located within walking distance to two stations, which made it easy to access the city and getting around to all the sightseeing. Cafes, resturants, and grocery store also within walking distance. It was especially handy having tesco around the corner for cheaper eating options and for things like cheap bottled water and snacks. Room and bathroom were clean and it was good value for money to use it as a place to sleep and shower. Also, we were able to leave our bags at reception at check out for the day as we had a late flight in the evening. The area was a safe area to be located in.

It had a fridge, maybe a microwave would be handy? There is no air conditioning..

Easy to find and a 10 min walk from Hammersmith tube station. Beds were comfortable. Had a large fan which was useful due to the good weather. Good TV that you can connect to your netflix. As we were top floor noise of other people was not an issue.

Room 17 (top floor) - lights did not work, had to shower with our phone torches but they were fixed the next day. Musty smell to room, shower tray had limescale build up which made it look grubby. No mattress protector, only top sheet. Room was very hot as it is the top floor so also a lot of stairs. Large fan very dusty so had a cough for a couple of mins after it started due to the dust being pushed around the air.

I was in London again with friends for a few days and since my hotel of choice, the Comfotel BLU, where I had stayed the previous two times, was already fully booked, this time I chose its "sister hotel" Comfotel GRN. Some of the existing reviews of this hotel are really appalling, which is why I would like to expressly say here that I CANNOT share these reviews, the complaints and the moaning in any way!! The hotels of the Comfotel group are run with so much passion, care, cleanliness and warmth towards the guests that you actually very rarely find. Super-friendly and courteous staff! The rooms were absolutely spacious enough for us and equipped with everything you need for a short trip. It is particularly worth mentioning that they are COMPLETELY cleaned every day, including bed linen, towels and even the vanity kit (small sealed bag with soap, shampoo, shower gel etc.). It won't be long before I visit there again, and not just because of the relatively low price! Thank you very much, guys! You are awesome! See you soon again!

This hotel is in a great location with shops and transport close by. It was nice and clean with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The receptionist Venu was very polite, friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back to stay again.

We were on the top floor which had a lot of steps - we didn’t mind too much as we are young and fit but someone less able would struggle as there is no lift. The people staying in the room below were being loud on the night time - we could hear every word which was annoying.

It was at a very nice location. We had our own bathroom. It was quite quiet. We had a good wi-fi. Everyday a lady came in to clean and to give us new towels.

We didn’t like the smell, so we bought a air freshner, we recommend it. The shower was okay, it wasn’t very strong and it was only from above, you can not handle the shower. It was getting really hot at night from the heating abd we didn’t understood how to lower it, but that was fine we slept with an open window. After all we spent an amazing stay, these things were not that big of a deal so we just went with it.

The reason for my stay was because I was having surgery at enhance medical. Parking that was suggested was 30 streets away, not ideal, however you can park on Tesco car park, pricey but it was on the next street and was ideal for us to pay due to surgery, the room was very clean, complimented with shampoos, lovely shower, fan, was happy.

I did not like how the doors are constantly slammed by guests as I was on the bottom floor next to the main front door and staff room. The bangs made us jump

We were able to check in early, confirmed before arrival. Staff were kind and accommodating with queries. The room was clean and we were upgraded as a birthday gift! The hotel staff were kind enough to write my mum a card with best wishes! Comfortable beds and plenty of tea and coffee. Lovely floral aroma throughout our room! The room had a relaxing feel to it, it was extremely comfortable and pleasant. There’s plenty of places to dine and drink down both sides of the road. Location feels safe too which is important to us as we like to roam around and explore.

The windows were unfortunately very stiff which made them difficult to close. We slept well apart from road noise and noise from upper floors which is out of control of the hotel and their service.

Easy check-in. The personnel is very kind and assisted us to reserve uber as we had an issue with the app. We spent our two days in London mostly outside, but the accommodation was perfect place to go after a full day of sightseeing. GAILS bakery was just around the corner for nice breakfast. Tesco was also very close. Metro and bus stops at 5-10 minutes walking. It took us around 40 minutes to reach the city center. Very good value for its price. Would turn back again.

The location, easy to find, comfortable bed, was very warm in the room but they did provide a fan. Tea and coffee making facilities, fridge but looked very old.

There was a funny smell in the bathroom, nice powerful, warm shower but the head looked like a lot of limescale had built up so looked a bit unpleasant. it was advertised as with parking but to guarantee a space you have to book somewhere elsewhere and pay,very busy road, you would be lucky to get a space.

from the service to the cleanliness and comfort—was excellent. I really appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail.

Traveling with young kids, the bathroom with the overhead rainfall shower was a bit of a hassle. However, we didn’t mention this preference when booking. I would also suggest letting the staff know in advance if you prefer fewer stairs to climb when traveling with young children.
