Great size room for two, with a chair for comfort. Bathroom was nice and the shower had good water pressure. The bedding was comfortable and the room was well kept and clean. Location is very close to Stratford station, giving fast access all over London via train or bus. Also very close to the Westfield, which is convenient.

Overall, a great stay. The only complaint is that the curtains were not block out curtains, which made for sleeping in summer a bit uncomfortable when the sun would rise at 4am and set at 9:30pm.

About the 3rd stay here, staff always very welcoming. Only a short walk from Stratford station and to dlr or tube, 3 stops to 02. Hotel has arrangement with several local restaurants where you can get disount on meals.

Location for us was excellent as we were able to walk easily from the train station to the hotel and from there to the ABBA stadium which was the main reason for our stay. We were 2 minutes from the DLR which we needed to get to the Excel F1 exhibit another attraction we had booked. Restaurants were also walkable with some offering discounts if you let them know you are staying at the Westbridge. Rooms were very clean, comfortable and a good size, exceeded our expectations for the price we paid. We didn't use the restaurant or bar so can't comment but the reception staff were efficient and friendly. A lovely hotel would highly recommend.

We may have used the restaurant if the menu was a bit more varied.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Their hospitality alone makes you want to return. The room was small but cozy. Excellent location – a large shopping center nearby and very easy access to other parts of London.

The only drawback of the room was the lack of fresh air. Although the air conditioning was working, upon entering, there was a heavy, stuffy atmosphere with a strong smell of mold mixed with chlorine. In such cases, it would be great to have the option to ventilate the room. Unfortunately, the windows could not be opened.

Great breakfast, 8 min walk from Stratford station, terrific spacious bathroom with hair dryer, comfortable bed with reading lights! Good wifi!

Some of the lights were out and did not work. They should keep the patio available after 11pm (so a guest could unlock the door and then lock it again behind them); having to smoke on the street at 3am in that area, then wait to be let in felt dangerous and most of all, unnecessary...

We were staying over night with some friends to experience the Abba Voyage concert. The hotel was amazing. It was like staying in a country pub in the city. Staff very friendly and the rooms immaculate. Very quiet, no banging of other peoples doors in the hotel, which you usually get. Very quirky hotel, full of character. Breakfast great good choice from full English to continental. If staying London you must stay here. Tube station nearby and straight into the city.

I usually find something to complain about, you know a cracked tile in the bathroom, light switch not working or bed a little to hard. But I have no complains. It was a great place to stay in.

Staff were very polite and helpful. Food was tasty and good value for money in London. Complimentary water bottles and biscuits being replaced daily was a nice surprise. Convenient location being right next to shopping centres and train station with the O2 being just four stops away.

Not the comfiest bed and white sheets used were sometimes stained. SMART TV only had Freeview channels with Movies on Demand costing extra and no ability to use my phone's Smart View for YouTube or Netflix. Not noisy outside but sounded like windows were always open when they're sealed.

Fantastic hotel situated in Stratford. The hotel was beautiful, staff really friendly and helpful. We came to drop off our luggage, check in wasn't till 3 however upon arriving our roomwas ready and available around 1130am. After a very early 5am start this helped our weary selves to get some rest. Anything we needed big or small the staff helped with. The facilities included the gym (didn't make use of), the courtyard and the dining room were impeccable standard. Excellent breakfast buffet choices, from pastries to hot food. Local amenities within 10 minutes walk and a 5 minute walk to the tube. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and comfortable bed was a massive bonus. As northerners we don't do well with heat (sometimes), the air con only went to a certain temperature but we took note that its based on the season. That being said the lovely gentleman at reception came and opened our bedroom window upon request as and when we needed. The hotel although on a main road was extremely quiet and no noise could be heard from the adjacent rooms. The housekeepers do a light turnover of bedrooms during your stay and top up the coffee bar and mineral water all very friendly too. A good morning goes a long way. When leaving the hotel and returning, was met with a lovely goodbye and warm welcome back. The hotel is great value for money too. We will be back upon our next trip to London.

The breakfast was great with ample food of good quality. Eat a big breakfast to keep you going until dinner ! Front desk and restaurant staff were always very friendly and helpful with advice on trains etc We didn't bring an AC travel adaptor to charge our cell phones which the hotel kindly loaned us. The hotel does have loan umbrellas which we didn't have to use but is a great idea. The friendly staff allowed us to store our bags at the hotel as we arrived early. We used the hotel as a base for travelling in/out of London central.....the hotel is a bit of a walk (10-15 min depending on the pace) from Stratford station which is fine and adds to the experience unless it's windy and raining. There's a small convenience store walking back from the station where you can buy milk etc ..we like a lot in our coffee :-) or snacks late at night.

The AC turned off by itself at night for some strange reason and didn't keep to a constant temperature, The room is really small and no real closet space to unpack our clothes into so you kind of have to stack your suitcases and live out them for the duration of the stay. We were advised on arrival that house keeping would only be done on every 2nd day but tea/coffee would be replaced daily... Small gripe but not a major issue....we never expected to have to wash our mugs in the bathroom on the off days ? Other than these small issues, space being the biggest one.....we would definitely return to the Westbridge.

We thought we would drop our over night bags off at the hotel around 12noon and we were greeted by Pierre on reception and was informed that 2 of the 3 rooms booked were ready bonus. We were going to the ABBA Voyage on the Friday evening and this was a birthday treat for one of our party and Pierre had some balloons and a birthday card put into the room when we arrived back from shopping at the Westfield Shopping centre. Pierre was lovely and nothing was too much trouble and later in the day Roland was on the reception and we asked for some more milk and tea bags and he got them for us and again couldn’t do enough for us. The room was good had everything you needed and the breakfast was good the next morning some of the hot breakfast was only warm but still edible and good choice of items for breakfast. Situated in a good position for ABBA Voyage and trains/tube stations.

The only negative was that the room we had was on the side road and where the cars/people came out and the gate being opened and closed was loud also the windows could do with being triple glazed as most of the night you could here the traffic and emergency vehicles going up and down the High Street so had a disturbed night sleep wise.
