the value for the location of the hotel was incredible, just a 10 min walk from the tube. the facilities were great, and the breakfast was nice, really good value and they cook it fresh there and then. I'm nor sure the name of the member of staff that was working there on the day we checked out but she was responsible for breakfast and the reception desk by herself and was working incredibly hard.

the room itself was quite small and very hot, but you could open the windows to let cool air in. although check out time wasn't until 11, the cleaners were in the corridor cleaning other rooms from 9am so was difficult to sleep in.

Staff were lovely, check in was extremely easy and there were lifts to aid accessibility of the rooms. I stayed in a single room and was pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was. I was also provided with fans as the weather was exceptionally hot. The place was sparkling clean, well equipped, the bathroom spacious, well lit and all facilities were in top condition. The location was exactly what I needed, right around the corner from my event and happily sitting between two different tube stations as well as bus stop links to Stratford and beyond right outside the doors. Was also given a couple of little vouchers for a discount on breakfast and a free drink from the bar which was a lovely surprise. All in all a lovely stay, couldn't have asked for a nicer place, friendlier staff and a better location.

Very friendly , helpful staffs , the room is small but very clean , we had the room with a view of the road , little bit noisy but we were not disturbed by it . Very generous with the coffee and tea bags in the room . Lots of restaurants around the hotel , 5 mins walk , you find poundstretcher and Iceland and the Westfield shopping , it's on the Elizabeth line ,so directly from Heathrow to Stratford, doesn't need to change , and I noticed a number of busses right outside the hotel , will definitely stay here again next time and explore more of this area ....

Everything was very nice , the only negative thing was we couldn't lock the door from inside , but if we close the door , no one can come inside without a key . CCTV all over the place , so we weren't worried at all

Nice hotel conveniently located for a swimming competition we were attending at the London Aquatic Centre. It is close to Stratford station and several bus routes. The room was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfy and shower was good. The staff were welcoming and allowed us to leave our luggage during the day we checked out as we had an evening flight home.

We were there on a warm weekend and the rooms were a bit hot at night, but it was quite noisy if the window was opened to cool the room down. Would have been good to have a fan in the room

I was like every thing

Hotel location is good for me, There is a Morrisons store 200 yards behind the epsilon, with one hour of free parking whilst you get the things you forgot to pack. I tend to use the hotel bar, read my newspapers and enjoy the buy three get four deal. On my second night, it transpired that it was one of the brothers birthday, so the staff gave him a mini party complete with lots of photos laughter and cake. I was offered some, it looked lovely, sadly I had to refuse as Amstel lager and cake don`t mix too well. The staff are wonderful folks, all that`s needed from guests is politeness and a smile. And you will be treated as a friend. And lastly the price. I doubt you will find better accommodation for the money, don`t forget this is London.

Nothing really. It`s my hotel of choice. Please see the above comments, this is a difficult question, trying to fill in in an answer required by Bookings. At last the green line, thank you Bookings for a complete waste of my time. I have nothing to dislike about this hotel. this question should have let me say NO and exit.

I forgot my card and they said if I don't have card I can go into the room even when I was showing them on my phone that is not right some people may not have enemies or whatever People don't have any other money for hoping that they've paid for a room and this room is to small that's my room for your couple no desired in the room nothing so not happy still waiting for my refund I had to pay another money so I can give them a proof of a physical card

I had a really nice experience in Epsilon hotel. Great position (only 10 mins walk to stratford westfield and the tube). The room was big (bigger than the rooms size in the city centre), cozy, bright and with all the facilties you need for your stay. Nice bathroom and shower. In the reception guys are very kind. They give you a free drink entry and a discount for your breakfast...good job!!! I enjoyed my time!!! Thanks

The proximity to Stratford mall,train station and other shops and supermarkets is quite convenient & helpful. There's also a bus stop near the hotel and grocery shop just opposite the hotel. It's really a nice cosy little hotel in the area, which makes it so easy to navigate around. I really appreciated it and hopefully I will book the same hotel again whenever I'm in London.

The room is small and not enough space if one has more than one medium luggage. It would be nice to have a little bit more space.

Good hotel. Clean. Good location. Staff were polite and friendly. Good price. We went by train rather than pay the £17 overnight parking. Didn't have breakfast, so can't comment on that.

Just a bit noisy from street noise when you have a room overlooking the main road.
