Everything about the property was superb

The accomodation was perfect for an inexpensive visit to London. The location between Stratford Station and Plaistow Station was convenient with a short bus ride from either station to the hotel, or a 12 minute walk. The room was basic but adequate, clean and the private bathroom was good. A cooked breakfast was available, orange juice, cereal, eggs, beans, coffee tea and toast freshly cooked. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The room lacked a table and chair, but I felt this was a minor inconvenience.

The bed was really comfortable. They had a fan in the room which was great because we like to sleep in the cold. I didnt end up having breakfast because we left at 11am, however the staff were kind enough to let us have dinner in our room the night before. Staff were lovely. Great experience.

There was unfortunately a street light right outside of our window. Thats not something anyone can control, its just unfortunate. The linen was a tad dirty but i just flipped it over. Would be helpful if the wifi name was somewhere in the room, maybe on a little card on the side table to avoid having to go down to front desk. Not really anything i have to complain about though!

It was convenient and the staff were always busy but polite. Coffee was on tap in reception area which I especially liked

Breakfast had no meat just eggs and beans plus toast with options of butter and jam

The room was bigger than my expectations. The bathroom wasn't with too many amenities but was also clean. The place is close to Stratford Station definitely worth it for the price!

Perfect place for a budget stay in London, very easy access to public transport and to airport and friendly staff. I needed a place for a shower and a couple of hours sleep, and I had it.

I got what I paid for. No complaints.

The staff is very professional The property is close to the shopping area and transportation for everywhere , and close to sports infrastructure (west ham stadium)

Easy to find, good choice of places to eat and polite, helpful staff.

Room had a kettle but nothing to drink from. I can sleep anywhere but others may find the mattress uncomfortable.

The room smelled and was clean and fresh which surprised me looking at some of the earlier reviews. We also asked if we could check in a little earlier which they let us no problem which was lovely! Very good for a hotel with a 1 star rating.

We had breakfast in the morning which wasn’t much to choose from and the lady who did the breakfast wasn’t very welcoming but it didn’t completely ruin the stay.

Great location to get around the city, very close to a station and bus lines. Lovely breakfast and friendly staff. Excellent value for money.

An extra pillow would have been nice, although not having it didn't ruin the experience
