Room was larger than I expected given it was meant to be 17sqm. The staff were great especially Nana and Avianca. Location had great transport links. Hot drinks on tap was a bonus.

There was the odd slithery insect but it didn't spoil my enjoyment of the place. The TV monitor was not really designed for using PC's through the HDMI port because the picture quality was not great. I guess its their way of cutting costs. I was able to adapt so it wasn't a show stopper .

The room is very comfortable and is good for a week's stay because it has everything you need. There is a large space on the ground floor where you can work if you leave much later than the check-out time. Free croissants for breakfast with a cup of coffee near the reception are a great way to start the day.

The windows don't open and the air conditioner doesn't do a good job of cooling. The second drawback was the lack of a washing machine and ironing board with iron.

Everything. The space in the 2 bedroom apartment apartment was fab. A/C worked well. Amenities good.

Unable to book parking in advance. This should be changed. There was space in the carpark when we arrived but I had already found an alternate. I wanted a gated/locked carpark because of the area so needed to sort it out in advance. Why can’t you treat the carpark as a room and allow people book it in advance as an extra to their stay. Your carpark is fab and v secure and I would have preferred to leave my car with you so please work out how this can be done and confirmed in advance. It would really make your place 11/10!!

The room was very clean and comfortable, bigger than we expected and everything we needed. The staff were friendly and down to earth, and everything was efficient and great to have parking! The only thing I would say is, at night it is best to get a taxi back instead of walking from the tube, as the road leading up to the hotel is a little dark and creepy if you are on your own. Not the hotel’s fault. Happy and relaxing stay, only not giving 10/10 because there wasn’t anything that particularly amazed us. Just exactly what we wanted and great value for this location.

Modern, clean, comfortable and attentive staff.

The location is nice and the transportation is convenient. There is a bus stop right downstairs. The kitchen in the room is fully equipped with cooking utensils and tableware. There is a Tesco supermarket nearby. The room is quiet and well-insulated. The mattress is neither too hard nor too soft, very comfortable. The coffee in the lobby is free and tastes good. There is also a floor scale available to weigh luggage. The staff are all very kind and friendly! Thank you！

Very satisfied

The room was excellent, but daily housekeeping would have been preferable. As the room is compact, regular cleaning and tidying are necessary to maintain a sense of comfort and organization. The breakfast was adequate, but adding butter or jam to accompany the croissants would be a nice touch. The location is outstanding, with Stratford station and Westfield shopping center just a short 5-minute walk away. However, the surrounding neighborhood might feel a bit underwhelming for first-time visitors to London. The area is diverse, with a significant immigrant community, and it isn't particularly well-maintained. Nonetheless, the convenience and accessibility of the location make it a practical choice.

The location was great, close to shops. Also reasonably quiet. We were allowed to enter our room before time and we were upgraded to the penthouse which came with the huge balcony, where we enjoyed more sites. Rooms are clean, and the staff are excellent in helping with any issue. No problem was too big or too small. They also had a complimentary breakfast with was really nice too.

If there was anything l would have liked a broom or a brush and shovel to tidy up a little, even though the rooms are serviced daily. Also the kitchen needs better knives. these are just small issues l had personally.

The apartment was spacious and clean with friendly and helpful staff.

Pleasantly surprised....the studio apartment was immaculate and spacious with cooking facilities. The concierge was excellent, polite, knowledgable and felt as it they actually cared!

the hotels car park is underground and only allows vehicles to park which have a height of under 1.9m which wasn't suitable for my vehicle so I had to park 10 mins down the road which wasn't ideal. This car park is obviously suitable for most 4x4s etc but a prior warning would've been appreciated.

Though not in the city centre, this hotel is easy to access by both public tranport or car. There is a secured underground parking with dedicated space for motorcyles and bicycles. The hotel room is decently furnished, with some basic kitchen appliance to make it more apartment looking. The bed is comfy and it has a bit of view depends on which side you're facing, as the building is higher than most around it.

The furnitures in the room start to show its age, though the building looks quite new. Especially the bathroom definitely needs a refresher. All hotels are expensive nowadays, and the value for this hotel is only mediocre.
