The location was excellent, especially for access to Stratford International trains and the bus station. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, quality mattresses, and extra pillows provided. While the bathroom was small but it included everything what we needed. The room also featured a smart LED TV and a fridge. The hotel staff were friendly, pleasant, and very helpful. On a particularly hot day, we were kindly offered complimentary bottled water for all family members upon arrival, which was a thoughtful gesture. A wide variety of tea, coffee, hot drinks, and snacks were available, whatever we wanted, it was there.

A truly wonderful experience from the moment we checkin, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality making us feel good. The room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable short and long stay. The beds were incredibly cozy, and we appreciated the little touches like complimentary extra toiletries and a well-stocked tea and coffee station all times. There are great restaurants, takeaways within walking distance. I would highly recommend Stratford Hotel for all guest who looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Bathroom was small not like 5* hotels but it was OK according to room size.

We stayed this hotel for over a week and no doubt to say “The room is like our home room”. The hotel’s location was excellent and ideal for our needs, with easy access to transport links. The room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds and extra pillows, making for a restful stay. We appreciated the smart TV, in-room fridge, and the generous complimentary selection of hot drinks and snacks. The lively atmosphere added to the experience, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout, they also allowed to wash our laundry with no extra cost. Thank you

The room had everything we needed: comfortable mattresses, a well-equipped space, a modern TV that connected easily to my mobile, and even a mini fridge to keep things cold. The Wi-Fi was incredibly fast, over 600 Mbps — amazing for a hotel at this price point! The location is excellent, just a short walk from the station, making it easy to get around. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby. The staff were friendly, cheerful, and very helpful. Check-in was quick and smooth. They kindly stored our luggage securely both before check-in (as we arrived early) and after check-out, since our flight wasn’t until the afternoon.

I recently spent 5 nights at a hotel, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel welcome and taken care of. The front desk was efficient and friendly, making the process smooth and stress-free. I appreciated the comfortable bed, fresh linens. Housekeeping did a great job every day, keeping the room spotless and stocked with essentials. One of the highlights of the stay, the hotel has 24/7 tea, coffee and snacks facilities. The hotel’s location was also ideal—close to key attractions, metro, restaurants, and public transport. After long days exploring, it was a relief to come back to a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. What stood out most was the service. Every staff member I interacted with was courteous, professional, and ready to help with anything—from local recommendations to arranging transportation.

The hotel is in a great location with clean, comfortable rooms. We had modest expectations but were pleasantly surprised by the facilities and overall experience. It’s a great option for a budget stay in Stratford, a well-connected hub with excellent bus and tube links. The high-speed Wi-Fi was consistently fast throughout our stay. Their back garden sittng arrangements are also good. Very friendly staff with good knowledge of London attractions they also allowed to left luggage after checkin to pick up later.

Easy checkin with friendly staff. My stay was for few days so instead of change my room after two days, I was given two option with upgrade to larg double room. The room was simple with TV, wardrobe and fridge & freezer. The bed was fairly comfortable, though nothing fancy but fine for few nights. The bathroom was compact, with a shower, toilet, and sink. Towels and basic toiletries were provided, and everything was tidy. Not only these I will remember the complimentary 24/7 Tea, Coffe, Snakcs provided.

I stayed at Stratford Hotel last night and was pleasantly surprised by the overall comfort. The room was clean and well-maintained, It had all the basics I needed for a short stay. The bed was actually quite comfortable, with fresh linens and a supportive mattress that gave me a good night’s sleep. The bathroom was simple but functional. It was clean, with decent water pressure and hot water available when I needed it. Towels were provided, and everything worked as expected. For a budget-friendly option, this place did a great job covering the essentials.

The staff was very kind and chatty. He made me feel at home by introducing himself and showing me to the room. There were also complimentary snacks and beverages at the concierge which is immensely helpful in a rainy evening. The room was quite spacious for one person. Hygiene was well-maintained.

On the location side, it is slightly far away from Stratford railway station, requiring a 20-minute walk. However, there are cafes and a supermarket quite close by, so it is not really a minus point. Regarding the room, I wished there could have been a wardrobe or more hanging spaces.
