The Place looked way better than the photos on booking, it had been repainted and it was bright and beautiful outside and inside. The staff were very friendly and supportive. Ready to answer any questions. The place was right at the road near a bus stop stage. The hotel is also very near forest gate train station. I was impressed that all facilities like supermarkets, shops, restaurants, church where 3 minutes walk from the hotel. The breakfast is good and served on time. The lady who serves breakfast is friendly she makes sure you get exactly what you want, she kept checking on us each day. Best location for mobility, regardless of what time of the day or night transport is within a stone throw reach.

The staff were fantastic very helpful and friendly, the room was very comfortable bed was so comfy and the breakfast that was included in the price was plentiful and delicious, full English buffet👍🏻

I didn't like the fact that the Junior Suite we were in was a lot smaller than the standard double that our friend stayed in, it Just didn't make sense it had the same furniture in as we had plus a bed side table and was nearly twice the size, to be fair to the hotel though I did mention it to the member of staff on duty and they offered to move us to a bigger room which we declined as the room we were in was comfortable enough and we'd unpacked before we seen the double room our friend was in, if we stay again we'd book a double room.

The breakfast was among the good things l found in this. Property.. For me it is excellent. Again, the beds are good ,the staffs are sociable. They always listening when ever you ask anything to them.

What l like most, is their location.and their dinning.. The toilets are good also but some are far from the rooms. Though the big rooms have toilets, which is call insult.

I can see its outside of your responsibility but mobile phone coverage, battery chaanonymous black men who hung about was a concern.

Accommodated a last minute cancellation (booked on same day). Breakfast was self serve, had coffee in rooms and friendly staff. Easy access into London.

No lamp in room, they were hot (we had read this in previous reviews so just packed a fan so we were fine), and yes there was no lift (not a problem for us as we have use of our legs).

To nights , two different rooms , 1st was room 19, small two single beds not good but the room was OK. 2nd, room 3 , room was big & looked very clean.

Room 3, toilet doesn't flush unless you play around with inside, shower either to hot or two cold, not enough power, hair dryer two hot & burn hands, new mattress needed, towels not big enough & more needed.

Mohammad at the reception did everything he could to fix my mistaken booking — really appreciated his help! The hotel is clean, tidy, and offers great value for money. Parking right in front of the hotel was perfect. free breakfast as well. Thanks to everyone for a great experience!

only the water pressure in the shower was a bit low.

Great sized room with a good sized shower room. Just a short walk to the underground Elizabeth line and local shops. There were good breakfast options which were nice.

Our window opened on the rear carpark which was fine but late night there would be people hanging around smoking and what not then early hours, those leaving were not at all quiet. We had to have our windows open due to the heat but it felt highly insecure as there was no sort of lock. The bathroom and shower were great but there were no shampoos or soaps available and as we were travelling light, we didnt bring any. If you stay here then expect the basics of breakfast and don't demand extras or play videos loudly on your phone. Its just rude.

Super fast wifi, friendly helpful staff, many convinient stores nearby, the room is quite clean

The wall very thin that I can even hear someone’s phone next room vibrate so my sleep wasn’t well during the stay.

Very good location, good value for money, parking. They allowed us to leave the car even after we’ve checked out of it because we wanted to do more sightseeing. Helpful!

I have long hair and the shower pressure was low, but that’s okay
