Staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. Very helpful in sorting out our initial security deposit and helping us to settle in. Also great that we could come back whenever due to the 24/7 concierge at the hotel meaning we could get back in within seconds of reaching the hotel.

Not all-encompassing for the entire hotel but a group of pigeons were coo-ing all night outside our window as well as the limited view from behind the blinds that wouldn't open, despite this though, incredible value for money and only a few minutes walk from Acton Town station which is direct to Picadilly Circus via the Picadilly Line.

The staff first .. lovely people and super friendly The location is fantastic .. central to tube and main line stations and just around the corner was a wethers for a much needed brekkie after a gig Very good value for money .. a fabulous shower and bath and very comfortable bed

The bar is now shut sadly so you can’t nip in for a quick one whilst waiting for you room Also our tv did not work which was not an issue for us I told reception in any event so they can sort for next guest

The hotel was located in Acton, which is just a 25 min tube ride from the central London. The tube station is 10 min walk from the hotel. The location was amazing, there are multiple pubs and restaurants around (prices are cheaper than in city center). Our room was in 3rd floor and looked really nice, the walls looked a bit odd but that didn’t ruin our experience much, the lady came to clean our room every day. I am truly surprised how good this hotel is given the price!! Recommend and will be coming back!

Everything was great.

The location was quite convenient as there are bus stops in front of the hotel, and there are various metro stations 10-15 minutes away.

I didn't like that you couldn't adjust the room temperature from the monitor next to the bed, but you had to go down to the reception to ask them to turn it on, which wasn't very convenient. There was no fan in the bathroom and it was wet. The shower in the bathroom was leaking.

The location was easily accessible from the transfer point at Luton Airport. Just a 10-15 minute walk from Acton Town station. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They consistently asked if we needed anything and were very attentive to ensure our stay was as pleasant as possible. The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything you might need. I highly recommend this hotel.

There wasn’t anything we disliked. It was all as expected and more. A very pleasant staying.

The room was quite small but just enough for 2 people for a short stay The room itself was very comfortable, nice bathroom and clean. Located on Acton High street close to the shops and a short walk from the Piccadilly Line. Surprisingly good for London.

There is no parking at the hotel. The only parking avaiable is at the Morrisons car park after 2300 and the car has to be moved before 8am. The hotel does not offer breakfast, which is also a bit of a shame and would have made the stay more pleasant.

Amazing value for London, the hotel has recently been refurbished and for the price, it exceeded my expectations. It was very clean with polite helpful staff. I asked for an extra pillow and it was delivered within 30 mins. It was clean and comfortable and well run considering it’s on the Acton High Street.

Due to idiots staying in another room, the fire alarm went off due to them smoking at 3am. This was not the hotels fault.

Hotel was in perfect location. Near to bus stops and not too far from train line.. Easy commute. Room was small but comfy. A little outdated furniture and not the cleanest but bed was very comfortable and clean. Ac, bathroom and all necessities were there. Hotel beside the shop and market.

There was nothing I didn't like. I got a fair place to stay for the money I paid. Quite happy

The hotel is great value for money and close to Acton Town underground station, which takes you onto the Piccadilly line to the centre. The room was great size, with a big TV and modern fittings. It's really good value for money, especially if you need to visit the central areas but cannot afford the prices there. The underground tickets are up to £15 a day per person, but if you use your credit/debit card at the start and end of journey throughout London, and you stay in areas 1-3, you won't be charged more than £10.

The check in took longer than 2 PM (but we were given a complimentary drink). Another little detail - there were no shower gels in the bathroom, only shampoos, but that was remedied the next day.

Staff were very helpful and the room was general cleam modern and comfortable..

Room needed some general maintenance, broken towel rail and missing sinc and bath plugs. Some dust patches on fitted unit and fridge air vent. Unfortunately the attached bar was not open. Tea making facilities in the room were provided but o spoon? Continental breakfast was an optional paid extra.
