Great location for tube, bars and restaurants

Quiet for location. Nice sized room. Great shower.

Boutique, close, short walk to queen Elizabeth Line and tube, and a lot of shops, casual food places. Great breakfast of high quality. Bed comfortable.tv and bathroom function well.it was quiet.Hotel has nice dining area and cute bar lounge.staff welcoming and professional. 20 minute ride to Heathrow or Kensington or st Pancras.

It's a bit dated in places. Overall, fine.

I have never felt so at home in a hotel. They honoured my request for a quiet room on a higher floor, and I was allocated a room on the fifth floor at the back of the hotel. The bed was so comfortable and the room had excellent lighting. I selected the breakfast option whilst booking, it was just so good. The restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast itself was buffet style with hot items ordered separately. It was great having these items cooked to order. I also had dinner at the restaurant one evening, and it was one of my favourite meals whilst staying in London, the food was very tasty and beautifully presented. Transport links could not have been better. Ealing Broadway Station is a 5 minute walk, additionally, there are excellent bus routes from Ealing. The hotel is opposite Ealing Broadway Centre with excellent shopping, restaurants and facilities. Every single member of staff welcomed me, and made my stay memorable. I would without a doubt recommend this hotel to others, and it is now officially my favourite place to stay.

Car park only room for 6 cars, need to book before arrival - I did so no problem Seem short staffed- waited at reception for 15 mins, as only one person on & he’d been called away to a smoke alarm going off in one of the rooms- no other staff around. Room needs some TLC - both bedside lampshades cracked with a hole, stains on carpet, needs repainting No fridge Despite faults would stay again

No useable plug sockets near bed. Would have liked a full size mirror.

The HUGE bed! Luxurious feather quilt. Tea making facilities. Breakfast.....daily fresh, great choices of Continental and cooked items, egg, bacon, sausage, mushroom, beans & tomatoes. Cereals; fruit, pastries. ...excellent and ample. Pot of tea made each morning. The staff at breakfast Justin and Fenna were very attentive, pleasant and professional! The area, near Ealing Broadway tube and train Station. Busy area with lots of restaurants, bars, shopping for everyone. Clean, friendly hotel. All staff very professional. Daily housekeeping each day standard.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, at a walking distance from Ealing Broadway station. There are many options around to eat. The rooms are of good size for London standards. The ground floor has been recently maintained. The guest floors need maintenance (painting, change the carpets in the rooms, more comfortable pillows). The staff is as always amazing. Special thanks to Katia at the reception, Justin at the breakfast and Marianna from housekeeping.

Rooms need freshning up and more comfortable pillows, the current ones are too soft and too low.

Room was clean, there were tea, coffee and hot chocolate in room. Forgot to bring a hairdryer so it was amazing that the room had one. The room/bathroom had a modern design which I liked. Bed was very comfortable.

The television could be more updated i.e. have YouTube, Netflix just more things to watch than regular channels. Carpet in the room had some stains nothing too major. Room came with 2 free bottles of water but if you want more bottled water for longer stays you have to call reception and pay £2.00 for a single bottle.

Location was excellent for us as we were driving so looking for somewhere easy off the M4 with parking. Parking was available early and even better so was our room. although a 2pm check-in is better than others. The room itself was great with complementary tea, coffee, water and biscuits. Good value in March and friendly staff. Unfortunately Ealing Broadway was operating bus replacement services but the walk to South Ealing wasn’t a hassle. Didn’t have breakfast in the hotel.

The carpet could have done with a deep clean. The room was street side so a little noisy.

Rooms were spacious, clean and comfy. The cleaning staff did their best on cleaning the room daily, changing the towels, replenishing the coffee, tea and water bottles. Didn't have breakfast there, but the menu (which was set on the elevator) was appealing and not pricey. 12 pounds for a full English breakfast. 3 pounds for a cup of tea. The park was 1 minute walk and the shopping mall was 5 minutes walking distance.

For the money we paid, we got all we needed.
