I came to hotel with my husband it was my birthday on 22 October, I love the reception areas it so nice decorated I love the red colour 😀 also is so clean I all around the hotel in the room aswell I will definitely come back again thank You

Everything was perfect in the hotel but Only 1 Think need little improvement breakfast option is little bit need to be change because not everyone eat that cheese there is no cheddar cheese or feta cheese option it was only 2 kind of cheese but I couldn’t eat that all taste is not my taste , also maybe couple of things they can add to menu I love the croissants 😊 thank you

Convenient location from which to visit relatives. Lots of restaurants nearby. Good breakfast at the hotel. Very clean. The hotel's movie theme wasn't a draw to me, but many others would appreciate it, I'm sure.

It was a little odd that the hotel has no front pull-in area for taxis and rideshares. Our taxi had to drop us off across the street and down the block, which felt very odd to our jetlagged selves--very busy road, was it okay to jaywalk, or did we have to pull our luggage halfway down the block to a traffic light? We always felt a bit nervous and insecure in the shower as the floor was very slippery.

A cosy hotel, stylish, great location near the underground station (Ealing Broadway), very clean, fast wi-fi, comfortable beds, helpful staff, later check-out (12.00).

Breakfast is really basic (though of good quality) and the same every day, during peak hours the replenishment is slow and sometimes you have to wait even for a clean tea cup. Our room was quite small (not a big problem when we were out all day) but the view was of a scaffolding and a construction site (on the other hand, I understand that the hotel management cannot influence the repairs of surrounding buildings).

Staff were very welcoming in this excellent Ibis, which also boasts 24h bar and food service (although a reduced menu offering only pizza after 11pm, but still that's really quite nice). Rooms are spacious and comfortable, and well insulated both for noise and temperature (it was well below freezing when we visited and the room was nice and warm). The breakfast/dinner space is nice and the area also has a number of cafe/restaurant options, as well as having a fast direct connection with central London through the Elisabeth line, so very convenient. We had a very good stay and would recommend this hotel for short or longer stays.

Very friendly staff. They helped with early check-in, which allowed us to go to London right away. Cleaning and towel changes were done every day. Nearby is Ealing Broadway railway station. It's two stops by bus or an 8-10 minute walk. From there, it's very convenient to reach central London using the Elizabeth line. I tried breakfast once - it did not meet my expectations, so I didn't have breakfast at the hotel again, although the price was reasonable - £9.5.

At night, a slight vibration from the air conditioner engines could be felt, but it didn't interfere with sleeping at all.

Well situated for both adventuring into the city centre and for getting to Heathrow, the hotel is about 10 minutes walk from Ealing Broadway station. Staff were pleasant and not intrusive, communication via email was very prompt. I like the film theme of the hotel, it was very fun and different. Can’t comment on the breakfast as I did not have it.

The lighting in the room is quite dark, which is perfect for nighttime but less so for getting ready in the morning.

It's an odd hotel with a movie theme running throughout. There are movie trivia questions on the carpets and the wallpaper and even some ofnthe furniture references the cinema. The room was quite large for the price (by London standards) and quite comfortable. The hotel was quiet, the staff was friendly, really no complaints.

The lighting was a bit dim. Looking into my black suitcase fot my black socks was quite difficult. It's a bit far from the Tube and the city. I was using it as a place nearish to Heathrow and it was good for that but honestly there hotel is in an area I doubt is high on most people's London bucket list.

We came to visit a friend who lives in the area and have a “tourist” weekend. Considering we didn’t stay in central London, it is very quick and easy access to central and the price of this hotel is more than half the price of staying central. I would definitely recommend to keep the cost low. The hotel was lovely, quirky, with all the facilities you need and expect. Room was cleaned daily to good standards, comfortable, big, satellite TV, great bathroom and water pressure. I would stay here again on my next visit to London.

Staff were really friendly and let us check in early which was a massive plus. Air con in room was lovely extra and all the facilities were clean. WiFi connection was great in our room. The check out time being 12pm was a massive bonus for us as we had been out late the night before at a concert.

We found the beds slightly hard and did struggle to sleep in them, this could be personal preference but the guest that stayed with me said the same thing. Shower pressure wasn’t the greatest but this didn’t matter too much to us! But there wasn’t anything that completely ruined our stay and the rest of the room made up for it!
