No breakfast .it suits ne as i can use kitchen facilitys. Location wise is brilliant .,buses to tubes are bonus .

U can here people above my room walking makjng cricks at every step. Hot water cut off . Need all time to go and set it . No blinds in room only curtains .does not cost much to install.. Fridge and cup boards full of off and expired products .i can here anoying noise from toilet electric system straight light swich off .

The accommodation in Hanwell was good. The room I had was the top floor of the house, which did mean sets of stairs to climb. The stairs are a little tight and awkward. They're a little difficult if you're lugging big bags around. Or doing lots of things in the shared kitchen, which is on the bottom floor. But for solo travellers with minimal belongings like myself, it was OK. The kitchen had pretty much everything you needed to make meals. The room did have its own little fridge as well, which I found really handy for storing my own things away from the shared kitchen fridge. A washing machine sits in kitchen on bottom floor. Next to the bedroom there is a bathroom, which I found quite reasonable. A cleaner also pops in during the week, so the place seems to be kept well. The accommodation was about 13 minutes walk from the Hanwell train station. There's also some supermarkets within a ten minute walk up the road, and a couple of eateries around there as well. I didn't use public transport so can't say much on that, but the accommodation sits just off around the corner from a main road. For my short term stay, it was good. Would stay again.

A nit-pick, but there were a few sirens throughout the night from the hospital across the road. Sometimes they were in the early morning hours.

The property was a 10 minute walk to Hanwell station and there was a bus stop less than 2 minute walk away. There was initially an issue with the heating but the property owner was very quick to get someone out to fix it. It was great having a sink in our room and the bedroom was large.

You are very reliant on other guests keeping the shared areas clean. Unfortunately when we were staying, the kitchen was often dirty, some of our food was taken from the fridge and the kitchen was not very well supplied with plates or cutlery.

The staff were responsive and helpful. We initially booked for a week but extended the stay to 4 weeks. I would highly recommend for those who want a reasonable and descent place to stay. They also do long stays. The place is clean, the bathrooms and kitchen are kept clean on a daily rotation. You will find all your crockery, microwave, washing machine, 2 separate ovens and hobs, kettle, coffee machine and even a bistro table and chairs outside to enjoy your meals. The place is yards from the local bus stop with frequent busses to the nearest train stations leading to central London or Heathrow within the hour. Oena the lady who will meet you to greet and welcome you is very helpful, responsive. ask for what you need and she ensures to have you sorted.

on occassions few guests may be in a hurry to clean after themselves but this hardly happens. Not to worry - Oena who is always there to give you a warm welcome and reception always has it all sorted within record time.

Easy access / check-in. Mattress was comfortable. Lots of storage for clothing if you are staying for longer. Super close to the hospital for us to be on hand for our poorly relative. Sink in room was convenient for brushing teeth rather than having to leave the room to walk round to the bathroom. Hosts were quick to respond. We didn't use the kitchen but it looked clean enough with everything you could need.

Pillows were paperthin. Bathroom could have done with a sweep round as there were 'body' hairs on the floor. Only 1 towel set left for the 2 of us. Advertises as having a Hot tub, it definitely doesn't have one, thankfully made no difference to our booking but is misleading for future guests.

A very good place, I stayed there for almost two months! The host is really proactive in solving any issues that may arise. The cleaning personnel does a wonderful job maintaining the cleanliness of the place.

Soundproofing perhaps, but for a short stay it isn't too bad.

Very easy and quick communication. There was a shop right next door which was very helpful and the Elizabeth line was only a 10 minute walk away through a lovely park. The whole place was well kept and pleasant to stay in.

The pillows were paper thin and only one was provided per person.

Ada & Leo were very helpful and made our stay well deserved. Thank You for your kindness. It is rare that the words business and kindness are intertwined but these guys pulled through/pullthrough each time. I would definitely book again and recommend for those looking for a nice, quiet, descent, extra clean place, surroundings and facilities.

Nothing I found to complain about.

Easy access to property via clear instructions on welcome email. It appears the address was modified recently and the room was tidy, clean and well set up. The bathroom was also well kept. The property is set in a residential area There was parking around the area and free between 2030-0930.

No staff present at site, was not sure how to raise issues ( not that we had issues). There was no shower gel in the bathroom. Opposite the Ealing Hospital - expect a bit of noise from traffic and ambulances.

The location was perfect for me. The room was large and clean, with a very comfortable bed. There is a large kitchen for use by all residents.

As the house seems to have some long term residents it feels a bit like intruding into someone else’s home. The kitchen is for use by all but there’s no space in the fridge and there’s always someone in there. There’s no TV in the room- which didn’t bother me because I used my iPad but it might bother others. My room was ground floor at the front of the house which really needs some better curtains. If I wanted privacy I had to close them, but then the room was in darkness. Leaving them open meant having everyone outside gawking in, including some of the other house residents. The keypad on the main front door can be a problem as it sometimes didn’t work, leaving me locked outside until another resident called the owner.
