The location suits us personally being close to family. The immediate neighborhood is great with so many little cafes and restaurants, supermarket, etc. The hotel has parking you can reserve at a reasonable price (for London). This is our 4th time staying at Best Western chiswick, so it clearly is a place we would come again.

The rooms are on the small side, but typical for London at any reasonable budget. We would prefer if bottled water was provided in the rooms.

The hotel is close to Turnm Green Station (7-8 minutes away) and High Rode is a convenient bus route. There are many nice restaurants, supermarkets, clothes shops and other shops in High Rode. There are many guests with children for dinner, and it was a pleasant town with a middle-class atmosphere. In the morning, High Rode is full of children going to and from school, and it was safe and fun to explore the town.

There was no explanation about whether we could use the coffee machine in the lobby. It's mean of them to tell us when we're checking out.

We were upgraded to a studio room in a separate building. Nice to have a larger space with kitchenette and washer-dryer even if we didn't use it. Very quiet. Didn't breakfast at the hotel but the restaurant had lots of windows and looked cosy.

Extra towel hooks/rack in the bathroom. Some dark stains on the carpet detracted from the cosy vibe of the room. Unable to use key to enter the building from street entrance so used side entrance. Building was the last in the row and had an unpleasant smokers' smell in the hallways. The building next to it smelt much nicer and looked recently renovated.

I recently spent a few days at the Best Western Hotel in Chiswick, and I cannot praise it enough! Clearly a lot of time and effort has gone into developing the property, however, there is a risk of loosing the attention to detail. A little black mould around the shower, curtains detached from the rail for a couple of hooks, a few chips to the furniture. Not issues that cannot be fixed easily nor would they prevent us from booking again The mattresses are a little hard and would benefit from a topper and softer pillows would be nice

The communication with the hotel over parking was great prior to arrival. The room was spacious, clean, quiet (bearing in mind proximity to Chiswick High Street, Great reasonably priced parking (for London). Warm welcome upon arrival. Handy for Turnham Green Tube station. We were initially offered a room in the basement but having seen the very small windows from the park, didn't really fancy that, so reception upgraded us to a lager family room on the ground floor that was excellent. Lots of local dining options. If you like Tapas, visit Avanti a short stroll away.

Good value for the money. We were upgraded to a family size room that gave us enough space for our luggage. The room was very comfortable and in a nice area. I knew we were farther from the city and would have to take a train into London. I was happy with the safety and quality of the neighborhood. The staff were very friendly and polite. It actually was much nicer than I thought it would be, and we had no negative experiences.

We were happy with everything, but having the room card in the light switch to use it is annoying. I notice hotels are doing that now.

It's difficult to find a reasonably priced room in London on a Saturday night, even for one person, so I was thankful for the room at Best Western. The Piccadilly line from Heathrow didn't take long and took me straight to Turnham Green. I walked down a quaint street with lots of shops and restaurants and then onto the main road with my big suitcase with ease. The walk took about 10 minutes. If I stayed longer, it would have been a great little neighborhood to explore further! I knew from reviews that it would be a small room, but for a one night stay and not much time spent there, it met all my needs. Though the bathroom was small, it was very clean and the shower was spacious with hot water and great water pressure. Staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. I checked in and out in less than 3 minutes each.

It was difficult to get a "just-right" temperature for the room with the radiator and ended up being quite dry the next morning. But that's to be expected and not too big of a deal for a brief stay.

Good location, buses and tube station in walking distance. Very nice area with plenty of restaurants and cafes of all styles and price ranges, food store. About 10 minutes walk to the river. About 3 tube stations from Kew Gardens. The room was cleaned every day, had everything needed except a fridge. Silent enough at night.

Would be nice to have a small fridge in the room. Broken ceramics on the floor in bathroom, need replacement. You hear everything happens in the corridor, several times I was woken up by guests coming late.

Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful which made the stay top-notch. The bed was very comfortable with nice big pillows (two softer, two firmer). Anila was amazing and accommodate my early arrival and checked me in as well as upgraded me to a suite which was perfect since I needed a fridge! Shower water pressure was perfect. There was even a towel warmer on the wall. The location couldn't be any better with a wide variety of food choices and Turnham Green station is is a 5-10 minute walk. I'll definitely be staying here next time!
