Perfect location, lovely walk into Hammersmith but away from the hustle and bustle. Room was spacious, clean and perfect for my 4 night stay. Bed was very comfy. Fan provided which was well needed for the 25degree weather.

Bad smell in the hallways - room was fine however! The bathroom radiator was on 24/7 meaning the room was roasting - fixed by simply closing the door. Mould and dirty grout in the shower but generally clean otherwise. Pub downstairs lacked atmosphere, even on a Saturday night it was dead. Also tried to get food one night and after asking for a menu no one came near me or was even about to ask to order so I gave up.

The Bridge is brilliantly situated 15 minutes walk from Hammersmith station from which just about every tube line and overland train goes. Additionally on the Bridge side of the Thames buses leave from a stop a minute's walk from the hotel into Barnes and beyond. Our room was spacious and light and spotlessly clean. Breakfast is a sort-it yourself job which keeps the price down and yet provides great options. In the room are tea and coffee-making facilities plus small cereal boxes and the requisite cutlery and crockery and on floor one there's a fridge with v good quality yoghurts and fresh muffins. The rooms are totally soundproofed from traffic outside and pub activity below but the pub is a warm and welcoming place to go into for coffee or a drink or have a good pub dinner, with 10% off if you're a guest no matter if you have friends with you. I would recommend the Bridge for location, amenities and value for money

The carpets!! Obviously stair carpets do heavy duty but very worn carpets are dangerously slippery, the carpets on our landing were v dingy and the large stain outside our room was grim!

Beautiful and quaint 'pub' with rooms above. Very little noise and hardly any traffic. Situated in a lovely neighbourhood with access to the Thames, restaurants, shops, parks, local transport and easy walks. There was real coffee, fresh milk and a Nesespresso machine in the room, this was marvellous for us Italians. The bed was comfy and there was more than one pillow each. The pub has a pretty garden in the back where we enjoyed a drink in the sun. Heaven. The staff were friendly and warm. We loved our stay and we'll be back!

Very minor: the room was a little cramped and we could have done with a bench to put our suitcases on.

Great location, right next to the Hammersmith bridge Easy, fast check in Room spacious with everything you need Bed lovely and comfortable Nice and quiet location Air conditioning in the room Lovely size TV in room

My own hang up ,I paid £140 for 1 night (breakfast not included) booked weeks in advance... but it was £60 cheaper if I had booked the night before/on the day and that was with breakfast lol but I think that's just how it goes sometimes 🤷‍♀️ just recommend holding up on booking as you can save quite a bit of money if u wait lol

Great staff, food and drink, quiet location, (probably because Hammersmith bridge was closed to traffic, room was warm and comfortable, the bed was great. The shower was lovely, the room had had some work done and we were warned and had a discount as a result. 10% food in the restaurant for guests is a nice touch. The milk in the fridge is so much better than the traditional long life fare from other hotels.

The room was a little tired loose screws on the shower door. Hot tap on the basin was missing it's handle. No normal tea only herbals and earl grey. The sink plug wasn't easy to release. The stair carpet outside is tired but does not distract from the room itself. And the 10% discount on the meal is completely overwhelmed by the service charge on the food! We were going to leave a tip but didn't when we saw that.

Great location within walking distance of Queens Tennis Club, Fulham and other riverside restaurants etc. Lovely room on the top floor which was the quietest most peaceful room we have ever stayed at in central London. Good food and atmosphere in the pub. The whole building appeared to have been recently renovated so the room and the pub were all decorated well

Nothing…. (it wasn’t a problem for us but the stairs up to the rooms are fairly steep as it is a period building)

Great location , staff member who met us on arrival was very helpful. Room overall was very nice , comfy bed , warm , nice towels , good shower - a couple of things could have made it fabulous- on entering the room ( room 5 ) there was a very musty smell I think this was because there is no opening window or ventilation . There was a fair amount of peeling paint in the room and in the en-suite again I presume this is again due to lack of ventilation . Easily solved remove peeling paint & repaint shame it wasn’t !! Carpet was clean but body stained on places again easily solved ! And finally the toilet brush should be binned it was disgusting. We would stay again but would be nice to see these issues resolved.

See above just those few issues

The room was so quiet, clean, comfortable and beautifully furnished. The location, being a few minutes south of Hammersmith Bridge, made such a difference from the hustle and bustle of London. Although out of the city, there is a direct train to central London. We have said that we will use this as a base next time we go to London, even if doing something in the centre

Staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast - cereal with milk in a fridge just down the corridor along with chocolate brownies to help yourself, was a bonus we did not expect . Tea and coffee in the room was also a nice touch. Small room but then that's what we booked and you'd struggle if you had a big suitcase, but the room was well organised proving more than adequate space for our one night stay. The shower was great and information on the room and how the air-conditioning/heating worked was clearly laid out. Everything was clean and tidy. Very comfortable bed. Also, there's a 10% discount on the menu in the pub. Would definitely stay here again!

These are only minor points - the toilet had a weak flush. Stairs are quite narrow and steep.

Great location for our trip within walking distance to our venue. Beds were comfy. Clean crisp bedding with lovely pillows. Tea coffee, bottled water and cereal in the rooms plus along the corridor a communal fridge with fresh milk, yogurts and muffins which was an added touch. This was our 2nd stay here and will definitely book again.

Some of the paintwork could do with a freshen up but that didn’t affect our stay.
