Great location beside tube station . Excellent air con ( 34 oc outside ) . Clean and good shower . Staff helpful . Tea and Coffee making facility and a fridge . Comfortable bed and tv . It was good value for money.

The room is small and view is not good - best for a busy Stay where you are out all the time .

Ideally located to park at Westfield Shopping Mall (drove up from Dorset), and next door to Tube station to travel to Wembly Arena to see a concert, by train. Booked a family room for me and 2 adult daughters for 2 nights. Room spacious, clean, modern and quiet. Very happy. Generous with coffee, tea, biscuits. Free bottle of cold water provided on our arrival while booking in on a hot day. There is a small bar in reception area and shops, including Sainsbury's local, very near to hotel. There is a small fridge in the room. Staff all very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Room serviced and new towels. Daughters had stayed here before and recommended it, and we will use it again!

I like how they prioritise cleanliness in the facility. The bed is very comfortable.

I did not like these kids that hang around outside. They do not lock the main gate - I think they should consider the safety of the clients. If they just keep it unlock - anyone can just come in and out. I did not like the male staff during our check in. He seems unfriendly. Does not even smile. He even gave me a frustrated look just because I did not bring the physical card that I used for payment. I said I only have the one in my apple wallet then he gave us an unfriendly look and said "Well, I need to complete the process."

The hotel is conveniently located next to a tube station and only a three-minute walk from White City Shopping Centre. The staff were very welcoming and gave two complimentary bottles of water when checking in, which was a nice touch. The room was comfortable with spare pillows, free tea and coffee and access to a fridge and safe if you needed it.

The place feels a little tired and could do with a spruce up, but I did find it clean. It is a bit tricky to find, located behind a large black gate. I knew it was unlocked based on other reviews, so I found it easily enough, but it wasn't apparent that it would be open. The shower was fine, although on the small side.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. It was quiet (amazingly so since it is next to the train station) and dark at night. It is a short walk to the new Westfield mall and in a very lively area. Ideal for a place to spend the night before our flight the next day. A two minute walk to the Underground Station next door.

The room functionally did not have a window. It had two layers of curtains and then a fake woven grass covering on the outside. Otherwise the room would have looked into some sort of maintenance vehicle parking lot so that is probably a decent trade off. Also, the TV cable wasn't working so couldn't watch anything. That plus no window made being in the room rather like being in a cell.

I arrived at the venue staff were very polite. The room was lovely and they did arrange balloons and a card for my daughter at my expense and request. The shower was lovely and hot. We stayed in a basement room with 2 single beds and a large double bed the single beds were very comfortable And they do offer tea, coffee and fridge which was lovely. The hotel is in a very good location for Westfield shopping centre and also the tube is right next to the hotel which is very convenient as well as the shepards bush market adjacent to the hotel Overall a pleasant stay

We were situated in the lower level as we had a 3 bed room but it is quite noisy if people are staying above you (which obviously is no fault of the hotel) but just a heads up.

The staff were amazing very friendly and helpful ,the room was very clean and comfortable and location was fab as qe were visiting the o2 empire so very short walk and location for the tube was literally next door

The room we were in was 102 and the window wasn't very secure do you could hear everything from outside ,didn't bother us at all tho ,and the only fault we had with the room was the pillows could do with being a little more comfy apart from that couldn't fault the place very worth the money

The location was roughly 20-30mins using the tube from where I work near Oxford Circus, so pretty convenient. The room was on the small side but perfectly adequate for overnight work stay purposes and a nice finish, The bed was comfy, shower nice and hot, tv worked fine, even had an ironing board and iron to use if needed. Staff were friendly and efficient too.

My only slight dislike was the noise from plumbing and/or some other sort of utilities. My room was lower ground/basement and so maybe just unfortunate to hear more than you might in other/higher level rooms. That said, it wasn't something that kept me up at night, and in fact I slept really well. Considering the room price, overall this wouldn't be an issue that'd stop me staying again.

Perfect location close to train & tube stations , Staff member was super helpful by letting me check in earlier to get organised and also next day kept my baggage until later so that I could go about my business this was so helpful and appreciated it for my stay Very clean room and bathroom all toiletries provided , bed was super comfy Staff very welcoming helpful with all my questions and friendly Little bar area available for drinks or snacks was good as an option too

Nothing I would not hesitate to stay again

The location was great, right in the centre of Shepherds Bush, on the corner of the green, opposite the market, down the street from The Empire, literally next door to the tube station and yet, we didn't hear ANY noise from the overhead train. The room was spotless and even though is was small, it had everything me and my wife needed with a lovely big shower. TV even had Netflix. No signs of damage or wear anywhere, staff were friendly and for only £150 a night? Absolute bargain considering the location. Highly recommend.

I personally didn't find the bed very comfortable but that's a very subjective opinion and shouldnt out other people off.
