Super helpful staff, the location was great for the tube and shopping, room was cleaned daily.

Room was quite small and the matress was very soft. Needed double glazed windows to cut out some of the noise.

There were stains on the head board, the curtain and the pillow under one of the cases was yellow :( Overall cleanliness wasn’t bad but the stains should be cleaned properly and old pillows replaced

Great location for attending gig at Shepherd’s Bush Empire. Nicely decorated. Smart, modern. Easy check in and out. Very clean and tidy.

The mattress was incredibly soft, too soft and gave no support. It did give us both backache. The only negative of our stay.

W12 Rooms is a very conveniently located property in Shepherd's Bush area of London. It is within 20 minutes distance by Tube from Central London and is right next to the Tube & Overground stations. It is also very well connected by bus. There are supermarkets and malls right next to and opposite to the property apart from a wide variety of eateries. So, location wise it is a complete win win if you want to be able to access central London but not pay those kind of prices. The room I had was most comfortable with daily housekeeping and a clean bathroom, with a good shower and water pressure. The television had several channels and provided for good end of day telly viewing. The room was spacious and came with a cupboard as well as a mini fridge which was very helpful given that the property does not provide food. The staff were always helpful, smiling and did their best.

The property is located at a busy intersection and I had a road facing room. Sometimes, at night, it would get noisy. The constant sirens from police cars and ambulances didn't help either. While the property itself was safe, convenient and provided for everything one may require, as a solo traveler, I found the area to be a bit sketchy after dark. Drunk people, rowdies and folks coming up to your face to ask for spare change felt a bit overwhelming. To be honest, I only noticed these activities after dark, post 10pm in the summer. During daylight, the area seemed fine. The good part was that the Tube station and the bus stops are at a stone's throw from the property, so I didn't feel terribly unsafe.

Excellent location. Right next to the underground and the Wayfield shopping center. So very convenient. Even a corner shop next door to hotel for bits. We had a fridge in our room, so bought milk etc for tea and coffee, although they do supply the basics for that also. The hotel staff were all really friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, bed really comfy, with all you need. So nothing not to like!

Nothing really. There obviously some outside noise, but you’re in the centre of a busy place, so it’s what you’d expect. But nothing that disturbed us or getting to sleep.

Amazing location extremely close to the central line. The staff were really friendly and helpful. This was such a great base for exploring London! It's fantastic that you can get a proper single room which is perfect for solo travelling. Fresh towels daily, staff always on hand to help. Tonnes of places to eat with Westfields round the corner.

There was scaffolding on the outside, which is likely just temporary. This just meant that the curtains needed to stay closed, so the room was a little dark.

It was really near that location of the business I was going to. Check in was easy, staff are so friendly and the room is clean, comfortable and perfectly adequate! The towels are big and soft and shower with good pressure. Yes there is a scaffolding at the front, but it is for future improvements. ! Easy access , even at 2 in the morning, with food place and 24h shops open. It is noisy in the morning, but you are in the middle of London by a busy area, so it is to be expected, did not bother me though. I will definitely stay in the future when I am back in the area!

This hotel in my experience was great. The room and overall hotel were exactly a three-star hotel and at a great price, so if you are expecting a five-star experience on a three-star budget then you will be disappointed. If however you are perfectly content cleaning up after yourself and self-sufficient, you shouldn't find any problems with this hotel. It is in a very old and very busy part of London - of course the rooms will be small, and you will find pretty much the same in all the hotels in the area. The location in terms of transport and food options and being in the thick of it is fantastic but be warned with these pros, the cons will be it is bloody noisy, especially at night. Bring your earplugs. Frankly if you are over the age of 20 and have travelled at all and haven't already learnt to bring your own earplugs to unfamiliar places, that's on you. The staff were fantastic, helpful and extremely responsive to an early issue I had with the fridge. Lovely and cheerful with an easy check-in. Would highly recommend.

I can't think of much however I must stress you need to go in with the proper expectations. I wouldn't recommend it for families, and you need to be self-sufficient and not someone who needs or expects a maid every day because you're on holiday. It's small, but again if you are someone who is not expecting to hang around all day like it's a resort, it's perfectly appropriate and very clean to boot.

The hotel was clean, well presented and friendly. Staff were helpful and made me feel very welcome. The room was small but smart, clean and had everything I needed, even a small fridge and safe. I was at the front of the building so there was a fair bit of road noise but it did get quieter at night so didn’t bother me, however the location easily made up for it!

Location was excellent - right next to the Shepherd's Bush tube station which made getting in and out of London really easy and quick. And also only a 5-10 min walk for the Westfield London centre - great for shopping and restaurants The room was furnished nice and really clean with all the basic items needed. Big plus - the bed was soooo comfy. Staff on reception were excellent - incredibly helpful just with small things... great for directions and like how I dropped my bag off early (before check in) when I returned later they had already moved it to my room. I think the value for money was great.
