I had a nice big room at the back of the hotel. While it meant the view was of houses rather than the green, it was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep. The location is perfect, with Shepherds Bush Green and Westfield on your doorstep. I loved the hotel decor and nice touches like the retro cinema snacks in the lobby.

For a deluxe room, the bathroom was very small and tired. The water pressure in the shower was poor, and the lights kept flickering.

Tried to levy an extra service charge at check in and which we declined to pay The breakfast area was extremely cramped with too many tables shoehorned into a small space - we were given a table that attracted major foot traffic near the buffer serving areas and this was not relaxing - the breakfast was very average - the bread wasn’t fresh, the eggs and pastries were not the best at all.

One of the staff members paid attention to my little one and got her 2 teddy bears it was super cute and she loved the hotel and her whole experience. She slept happily with her teddy bears.

A mishap at reception about the room and requesting a bathtub but it was solved.

Funky asian vibe throughout the hotel; the breakfast was absolutely delicious and the blueberry and mango smoothie was divine; there was a fun perfume exhibit in the foyer with plants and scents to try, and there were nice almond biscuit nibbles on the way out. There was no noise at all from the bustle of the city either!

strange knocking sound from the pipes on the first night, I think someone upstairs did not turn the tap off completely which proved quite easy to do when we were using our own taps. Fortunately at around 2am the upstairs guest needed to use their tap again and turned it off properly after!

The hotel is in a great location, it is very nice inside. The staff were absolutely brilliant, really nice people and couldn't be more helpful. One of our group had a birthday and the staff put birthday balloons in the room, which was a great surprise for them. The owners should be really proud to have such good staff. We didn't have food in the hotel, so we can't comment on that as we like to get out and about and with so many places nearby, it meant there was no shortage of options. The room we had wasn't very big but enough room for what you need in a hotel room and it was a lovely and clean room. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here.

This was my 5th stay at the property. Always very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and well kept. I love the atrium bar and lobby. I am also glad to see they built a separate breakfast room as they had when it first opened but was removed when the Dorsett Dao was built. I like the location with access to 3 underground lines and the London Westfield mall with a large selection of great restaurants along with all the shopping.

I was somewhat disappointed with breakfast. They used to have menu items like eggs Benedict, pancakes, crepes and the like. Now,although good , it is pretty much the standard hotel buffet not unlike Premier inn . I usually stay in the standard room but moved to a larger room. I enjoyed the additional space but found the room bland . There were 2 large comfortable chairs but they were quite worn and could use some help or replacement. Also no desk chair. Had to use one of the big chairs at the desk which was somewhat awkward.

It's been a while but been forgetting to write this review. I arrived at Dorsett on one of the hottest days this summer and was greeted by the loveliest staff member at the reception. I really valued her care and also professionalism - some hotels say your room number out loud, which can be a security issue but she was super professional in this regard. She was also just really kind and lovely and I think that changes the entire experience. The room did not disappoint! I had a spacious room with a bath/shower. I had great sleep there and I loved the location of the hotel. It's also really beautifully designed. The free popcorn in the lobby looked like fun - although I didnt have any. And I appreciated the water dispensers with ice cold water! That's a nice touch. The breakfast was super yummy - I had missed having English breakfasts and this one did NOT disappoint :) Also, the price was really good for high season. Thank you so much!

The corner in which my room was in wasn't the best - I could hear a lot of noise from the neighbouring guests. But all good!

The Dorsett is a lovely hotel and so well located, particularly for anyone wanting to do some shopping with the huge Westfield Centre a few minutes walk away. The Shepherds Bush Market tube stop is also very close by so very handy to get in to central London. We were visiting London to celebrate my daughter's birthday and were delighted when checking in to be told we had been upgraded to a suite. The friendly staff also gave her a teddy bear as a gift and had decorated our room with balloons. She was made to feel very special and it started our trip off on the perfect note. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet with great amenities. We loved our stay at the Dorsett and would highly recommend it to other travellers.

I like the hotel and the room good for sleep, but very erly 5.30am i must checkout and go to work the staff in the morning was male indian his dont really know whats customer service is or how to talk to people. Noon time its fine. I need my deposit back thats 50£ she said no invoice i had been so many hotel no body ask me to pay D.P.S. anyway thanks for your unferdtanding well. Have a nice weekend. Jade.pc

The room locations not have time to see resturant or bar yet but if i going to have next visit and that when i like to asked the morning staff to re booking in but his not in the mood to talk. As my ankle was bad thats why i was going in to ur hotel before i run to work, a few of my friends or business links had stayed over at ur hotel.

All staff were good and the room really well appointed. Comfortable bed and nice and quiet despite being at the front.

The only moan would be about breakfast. I know the hotel was packed and breakfast very busy but with a self service all the staff have to do is clear, lay and check on the food items. There were loads of staff all very busy and yet when we went down, and there were around 40-50 after us. There was no juice, no fruit, no milk, mugs, precious little meat or cheese and various other items which for a hotel of this standing should not happen. Otherwise stay excellent.
