I had a nice big room at the back of the hotel. While it meant the view was of houses rather than the green, it was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep. The location is perfect, with Shepherds Bush Green and Westfield on your doorstep. I loved the hotel decor and nice touches like the retro cinema snacks in the lobby.

For a deluxe room, the bathroom was very small and tired. The water pressure in the shower was poor, and the lights kept flickering.

We were upgraded to an apartment which was excellent Being offered a free breakfast

Tried to levy an extra service charge at check in and which we declined to pay The breakfast area was extremely cramped with too many tables shoehorned into a small space - we were given a table that attracted major foot traffic near the buffer serving areas and this was not relaxing - the breakfast was very average - the bread wasn’t fresh, the eggs and pastries were not the best at all.

One of the staff members paid attention to my little one and got her 2 teddy bears it was super cute and she loved the hotel and her whole experience. She slept happily with her teddy bears.

A mishap at reception about the room and requesting a bathtub but it was solved.

Could do with a touch more attention to detail., room quite warm despite air con which didn't appear to make much difference and the design of the hotel meant the windows could not be opened. No caffeinated coffee in the room, only decaff. Buying a drink at the bar took an age ! Not enough staff to cope with demand. It's a shame as if it wasn't for the above I would have given the hotel a 5 star rating.

The hotel is very well localized. It is very near to Westfield London Shopping, 2 tube stations and 1 overground station. You will have access to 3 different lines, including Central Line, which lead you to the most common places to visit. Also, the staff is very attentive and helpful and the hotel is new and modern. It is a pleasant place to stay.

The cleaning of the room could be a little better. It happened to see some dirt from the day before after the housekeeping, but I must say that it was not an issue. They joined two single bed and this, in fact, bothered me more, as the separation was uncomfortable. We also have some problem with the safe, and asked for help 3 times, but it was ineffective.

It is a great location and the room itself is very nice. The staff are very nice. I always enjoy staying here and will continue to stay here in the future.

The housekeeping was rather haphazard. Some days I had towels replaced and other not, sometimes they were hung in proper places and other days they were just put in a pile on the sink. Very odd. One day the refrigerator was left slightly open by housekeeping, which wasn't nice when I came back. The carpet and some furniture need attention. Looking worn and should be replaced for such a nice hotel as this.

I like the ease of dropping my bags to collecting it prior to check-in, which was smooth. The staff had a little birthday surprise for me when I got to my room with balloons and brownie. I like the view from my room and the fact that there was a fridge with complimentary water. The size of the room was just right.

I didn't particularly like the bed because you definitely felt that it's two separate beds that had been put together. There was no hot water during the night because apparently it was reset, and sometime in the evening too, one of the lift broke down. And so the next day, there was a bit of a wait to check out because everyone was waiting for a lift.

A very nice hotel with an excellent restaurant, beautiful, comfortable and luxurious suites (but I had DE LUXE ROOM). Perfect location, next to the concert hall O2 Empire. A nice place, a park in front of the hotel and many shops, restaurants, cafés nearby, 10 minutes walk to the Holland Park, cca 10 minutes by taxi (or bus) to Kensington Palace.

Quite cold staff at the reception, and the cleaning service made up my room only at that time I complained at the reception

1..Breakfast coffee machine - cold coffees,seemed old,2 days was broken,sad that such a hotel has only one coffee machine to serve all customers.. 2..rude receptionist to tell us when waiting for an uber taxi at 23.45 and my wife just closed eyes to relax on a lobby's couch "sleeping is not allowed".(need to understand sleeping from closing eyes as sitting on a couch)unacceptable-unprofessional - needless to mention after a)..spending a whole week to hotel and b).. specially next to us some youngsters were having McDonald's at hotel's lobby..sad

Overall, we've had an okay experience staying at the hotel. It looks good on inside and outside and has facilities like a bar, a restaurant, and a gym. There's also a nice lounge and computer room where you can help yourself to drink and snacks for free as a paying guests.

The room size was much smaller than advertised and paid for, and there were no basic items like slippers, toothpaste, and a toothbrush. The pillows are slim and uncomfortable, and the mattress is firm. The management really tries to cut costs, which is evident in Spa with sauna facilities having been removed and the breakfast is rather poor compared to other 4 stars hotels.
